        텔레스코픽 크라운 임플란트 지지 피개의치와 치아 지지 피개의치의 하악골내 응력분포에 관한 유한요소분석

        PURPOSE. The purpose of this study was to investigate the stress distribution in mandibular implant-supported overdentures and tooth-supported overdentures with telescopic crowns. MATERIALS AND METHODS. The assumption of this study was that there were 2, 3, 4 natural teeth and implants which are located in the second premolar and canine regions in various distributed conditions. The mandible, teeth (or implants and abutments), and connectors are modeled, and analyzed with the commercial software, ANSYS Version 10.1. Stress distribution was evaluated under 150 N vertical load bilaterally on 3 experimental conditions - between canine areas, canine and 2nd premolars, 10 mm posterior to 2nd premolars. RESULTS. Overall, the case of the implant group showed more stress than the case of the teeth group in stress distribution to bone. In stress distribution to superstructures of tooth and implants, there was no significant difference between TH group and IM group and the highest stress appeared in TH-IV and IM-IV. The stress caused from bar was much higher than those of implant and tooth. TH group showed less stress than IM group in stress distribution to abutment teeth and implant. CONCLUSION. The results shows that it is crucial to make sure that distance between impact loading point and abutment tooth does not get too far apart, and if it does, it is at best to set abutment tooth on premolar tooth region. It will be necessary to conduct more experiments on effects on implants, natural teeth and bone, in order to apply these results to a clinical treatment. 연구 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 텔레스코픽 크라운 하악 임플란트 지지 피개의치와 치아 지지 피개의치에서 지대치의 수와 위치에 따른 응력 분산을 비교하기 위함이다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 본 연구에서는 임플란트를 4개 식립하고 임플란트 지지 피개의치로 설계하였고, 식립 위치를 견치와 소구치 부위에 위치 별로 3개 또는 2개 존재시를 실험군으로 설정하였다. 자연치아를 갖는 경우도 견치와 제2소구치 4개를 가진 경우를 대조군으로 설정하고 부위별로 3개 또는 2개를 가지는 경우를 실험군으로 설정하였다. ANSYS Version 10.1 (Swanson, Inc., USA)로 분석하였다. 결과: 악골내 응력의 경우, 전반적으로 임플란트(IM)로만 구성된 경우가 치아(TH)로만 구성된 경우에 비해 응력이 크게 발생하였다. 상부구조의 경우, 치아군(TH)과 임플란트군(IM) 사이의 차이는 크게 없었으며 편측 견치와 제2소구치에 지대치 또는 임플란트가 위치하는 경우 가장 큰 응력이 나타났고 바(bar)에서 발생된 응력이 임플란트와 치아에서 발생되는 응력에 비해 상대적으로 훨씬 크게 발생하였다. 지대치와 임플란트의 경우, 치아군(TH)이 임플란트군(IM)보다 응력이 작게 발생하였다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과로부터 지대치(임플란트 또는 치아)를 설정할 때는 하중작용점과 지대치 사이의 거리가 너무 길어지지 않도록 지대치의 수와 위치를 확보해야 하며 소구치 자리에 지대치를 확보하는 것이 유리하다. 앞으로, 실제 임상에 적용하였을 경우, 임플란트 및 자연치아와 악골에 미치는 결과에 대한 연구가 더 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

        An SRM for a pallet truck drive is developed and tested. The drive system has to operate with low voltage and high current, and has to have the characteristics of DC series motor. The small size, ruggedness high efficiency make it possible to replace with DC motor. Test results show that pallet truck with SRM has better performance characteristics than that of the DC motor's.

        The simple motor construction and low cost, fault tolerant power electronic drive has made the switched reluctance drive a strong contender for many applications. But the switched reluctance drive does exhibit higher levels of vibration and acoustic noise than most competing drives. The main source of vibration in the switched reluctance drive is generated by rapid change of radial force when phase current is exthinguished by commutation action. In this paper, a hybrid excitation method is proposed to reduce vibration and acoustic noise of the switched reluctance drive. The hybrid excitation has 2-phase excitation by long dwell angle as well as conventional 1-phase excitation. The vibration and acoustic noise are reduced because the scheme reduces abrupt change of excitation level by distributed and balanced excitation.

        酸棗仁이 CT105에 의한 신경세포 상해 및 白鼠의 기억에 미치는 영향

        Objective: This study was designed to research whether demonstrate neuroprotective and memory enhancing effects of Z1BU, suggesting its beneficial actions for the treatment of AD. Methods: The present study investigated effects of the dichloromethane extract of Semen Zizyphi Spinosae(ZIBU) on neurotoxicity and reactive oxygen species(ROS) and nitric oxide(NO) formation in PC 12 cell line overexpressed with carboxyl-terminal 105 amino acid peptide fragment of amyloid precursor protein(CT105). In addition, the present study evaluated its radical scavenging activity and effects on acetylcholinesterase(AChE) activity. Furthermore, effects on neuronal loss in CAl area and cognitive deficits induced by scopolamine treatment were also evaluated in rats. Result: we found in this study that ZIBU significantly inhibited apoptotic neuronal death induced by CT105 overexpression in PC12 cells, with the IC_(50) value of 23 ㎍/ml. Based on phase-contrast and fluorescence microscopic examinations, ZIBU reversed morphological changes of CT105-expressed PC-12 cells. It was also found that Z1BU significantly induced neurite outgrowth and inhibited formation of ROS and NO.Z1BU scavenged DPPH radicals and inhibited AChE activity. Furthermore, it attenuated memory impairment induced by the injection of scopolamine in rats, based on passive avoidance test. Crystal violet staining of rat brain slices exhibited increase in the viability of pyramidal neurons in hippocampal CAI area. Conclusion: these results demonstrate neuroprotective and memory enhancing effects of ZIBU, suggesting its beneficial actions for the treatment of AD.

        저온저장기간에 따른 고등어(Scomber japonicus)의 이화학적 지표 변화

        This study examined changes in physicochemical indicators [K-value, lipid peroxide, and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS)] in mackerel muscle during refrigerated storage at 4℃. Analyses were conducted every 3 days for 15 days. First, we visually observed changes in the mackerel. After 3 days, there were rapid changes in color and a rotten smell developed. The K-value of mackerel muscle was 4.21, 19.00, 42.13, 51.71, 71.19, and 80.34% on days 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15, respectively; lipid peroxide level also increased, to 5.34, 5.44, 6.59, 7.29, 8.32, and 8.71 nmol/ mL, respectively. TBARS increased from day 0 to 6, but did not change significantly after day 6 (0.98, 1.74, 2.73, 2.09, 1.86, and 1.93 mg Eq. MDA/kg, respectively). The changes in K-value and lipid peroxide level demonstrated a loss of value as fresh food after day 6. The freshness of the stored mackerel had decreased by day 6 and mackerel stored for 9 days was less marketable.

        항 Ro 항체 양성 전신성 홍반성 루푸스의 피부 소견

        In Systemic lupus erythematosus several correlations with anti-Ro antibodies have been noted. They are the increased incidence of photos nsitive skin disease, rheumatoid factor positivity, Sjogren's syndrorme, and a greatly increased incidence of the DR 3 hapIotype. In this study we examined the prevalence of anti-Ro anibodies(not concerned for anti-La, Sm, RNP) by double immunodiffusion method among thirty two Korean patients with systemic lupus erythematosus who had positive results on routine fluorescent antinuclear antibody test. We also have seen skin manifestations on these patients, and examined if there is any difference of the incidence for each skin sign between anti-Ro positive and negative subgroups. From the data obtained, the proportion of anti-Ro positives among these patients with systemic lupus erythematosus was 53% Regarding to the difference of the incidence of cutaneous rnanifestations between the two subgroups, the photosensitivity reaction was recongnized as a uniqu symptorn rnore prevalent (p<0. 05) in anti-Ro positive subgroup with the frequency of 65%.

        24 시간 심전도를 이용한 Signal - Averaged Electrocardiogram 의 Time Domain Analysis 와 Spectral Turbulence Analysis 의 비교연구

        N/A Objectives: Signal-averaged electrocardiography (SAECG) has been found to be a useful noninvasive technique for identifying patients at risk for life-threatening ventricular tachycardia. Delayed and fragmented activation of abnormal myocardial tissues causes the occurrence of high frequency low amplitude (HFLA) electocardiographic signals or late potentials. Generally, there are two methods in analyzing signal-averaged electrocardiography. Late potentials in the time domain analysis do not provide sufficient diagnostic power with regard to life-threatening Ventricular tachycardia. Buckingham et al. (1989) reported a time-domain sensitivity of 62%, a specificity of 75%. Spectral turbulence analysis (STA) of the signal-averaged ECG is the most recent frequency domain technique to improve the time domain sensitivity and specificity. So, We designed the study to compare the efficacy of Time Domain Analysis and Spectral Turbulence Analysis among five groups (Normal control, QRS widening, Postmyocardial infarction, Frequent VPC's with group beats, Nonsustained ventricular tachycardia). Methods: 88 patients were selected from the patients who had been admitted between January 1994 and October l994, at National Medical Center. Patients were divided into five groups, which were respectively, Group A: Normal control group (n=33), Group B: QRS widening group (n=14), Group C: Postmyocardial infarction group (n=10), Group D: Frequent VPC's with group beats (n=22), Group E: Nonsustained VT group (n=9). We compared Spectral Turbulence Analysis and Time Domain Analysis of Signal-Averaged Electrocardiogram by 24 hours-Holter monitoring. Results: 1) In normal control group(Group A), 9.1%(3 patients) were positive by Time Domain Analysis, but, all were negative by Spectral Turbulence An- alysis. 2) In QRS widening group (Group B), 71.4%(10 patients) were positive by Time Domain Analysis, but, all were negative by Spectral Turbulence Analysis. 3) In postmyocardial infarction group (Group C), 309o were positive by Time Domain Analysis, and 10% were positive by Spectral Turbulence Analysis. 4) In frequent VPC's group (Group D), 22.7% (5 patients) were positive by Time Domain Analysis, and, 4.5%(1 patient) was positive by Spectral Tur-bulence Analysis. 5) In Nonsustained VT group (Group E), 33.3% (3 patients) were positive by Time Domain Analysis, and 11.1% (1 patient) was positive by Spectral Turbulence Analysis. Conclusions: In Time Domain Analysis, abnormal results were presented at Group R (QRS widening group) by 71.4%, which was markedly higher than other groups. But, in Spectral Turbulence Analysis, abnormal results were not presented at Group A and Group B. In Group A and Group B, Spectral Turbulence Analysis shows less false positive results than Time Domain Analysis.

        99mTc - HMPAO SPECT를 이용한 정상인 국소뇌혈류의 정량적 분석

        N/A Regional cerebral perfusion was evaluated in 15 normal controls by single photon emission comput- ed tomography using Tc HM-PAO. For quantitative analysis, 13 pairs of hornologous region of interest (ROI) were drawn on three transverse slices matching the vascular territories and cerebral cortices, and normal values of '3 semiqunatitative indices including Right to left ratio (R/L ratio), 'Regional index' (RI), and 'Region to cerebellum ratio (R/cbll ratio) were calculated. Mean values of R/L ratios of homologous regions were ranged frorn 0.985 to 1.023, and mean +- 2 s.d. of ali regions did not exceed 11% of mean. Significant difference of Rls (mean count per voxel of a ROJ/mean count per voxel of total ROls) between regions were found (p<0.001) with highest values in occipital cortex and cerebellum. After attenuation correction, Rls in deep gray, cranial portion of anterior cerebral artery and vascular territories in the 2nd siice increased significantly (p< 0.05 0.001). hut vise versa in other ROIs. Reginn to cerebellum ratios also showed regional difference siinifar to Rls.
