Driven-Right-Leg 회로 개선에 의한 접지접촉 간섭파 제거에 관한 연구

Abstract - This study describes a method developed to reduce electromagnetic interference induced to bio-potential ECG amplifier with the Driven -Right-Leg circuit when human body contacts earth ground, accidentally. Since the contact between body and earth ground disturbs the presumed operation of the Driven-Right-Leg circuit, the ECG signal includes serious interference level, preventing ECG signal analysis by formal methods. To decrease the current flow to the Driven-Right-Leg circuit, a resistor is added between the output of the circuit and the amplifier common. Experiment has shown that the modified circuit reduces the interference level significantly both during body contact to earth ground (~1/5) and during without contact(~1/2).

Pb is considered to be eliminated from solder, due to its toxicity. Nowadays, in addition to lead free solder, flux is also considered as another harmful substance. Flux is necessary to removal of surface oxide of solders. However, residual flux which remains in the electronic parts after reflow, often cause corrosions of devices[2]. Furthermore, the rinses of flux are also regarded as contaminating substances[3]. So, a lot of interests are concentrated on the development of fluxless soldering process. Until now various fluxless soldering methods are introduced, and plasma treatment is one of them. In this study the influence plasma treatment on the bonded microstructure was investigated, and the plasma was applied for removing the surface oxide of solders. Sn-37Pb, Sn-3.5Ag solder balls are used for this experiments. The commercial automatic soldering machine of hot air blowing type was used for reflow, and solder bump on the Si wafer was formed by Ar+H₂plasma which is generated from plasma etcher. In order to know the influence of plasma treatment on microstructure and mechanical strength, the fracture surfaces of plasma treated one was compared with the non-plasma treated solder bump. Interface strength was measured with shear tester, and SEM was used for view of cross-section and fracture surface of specimens.
Introgression of brown planthopper resistance of O.rufipogon to japonica rice cultivars

The Brown planthopper (Bph) is one of the most serious pests of rice affecting rice yield and quality throughout the country. Combining the Bph resistance in the existing quality japonica cultivars is an important breeding target in Korea. Wide crosses using several strains of AA-genome wild rices, O.rufipogon have been used to produce the primary germplasm which is highly resistant to Bph. By repeated backcrossing, the resistance gene was introgressed in the background of two japonica cultivars, Ilpum and Hwaseong. Among the advanced backcross progenies, the ten BC2F3 lines were identified as the highest resistance in the comparative Bph bioassay with other resistant sources. The 24 polymorphic markers spanning the twelve chromosomes were tested for association with marker genotypes and resistance/susceptibility reaction in the 80 BC2F3 lines, RM3748 on the chromosome 7 showed the highest association.

The Brown planthopper (BPH) is one of the most serious pests of rice affecting rice yield and quality throughout the country. AA genome wild rice, O.rufipogon is a useful source of insect resistance to BPH. To broaden the BPH resistance in the existing quality japonica cultivars, crossess were made between a highly susceptible quality rice cultivar, Ilpumbyeo, and five accessions (acc.106109, 106286, 106424,105908,80671) of O.rufipogon. Among 126 F8 RIL lines evaluated for Bph resistance at NICS, the highly resistant 22 introgression lines were identified and Ilpumbyeo*2/O.rufipogon (acc.105908) showed different genotype at the marker loci of Bph1, Bph18 and the resistance reaction to BPH in the BC1F2 population fitted to 3:1 segregation mode, indicating the possible new dominant resistance gene might be involved. Polymorphism between Ilpumbyeo and resistant line was low with 36 (27%) SSR markers among 130 markers detected. Currently mapping population of BC2F2 is established and SSR marker analysis will be carried out to find out the resistance loci.
증례 : 감염 ; HIV 감염 환자에서 발생한 Ramsay Hunt 증후군 1예

RHS는 안면신경 무릎신경절에 수두대상포진바이러스(varicellar zoster virus)가 감염되어 있다가 얼굴과 귀에 분지되어 있는 감각 분지로 재활성화되어 발생한다. 전형적인 3가지 증상인 얼굴마비, 귀 통증, 외이도와 귓바퀴의 소수포성 발진이 나타나면 RHS라고 진단한다. 본 증례는 사람면역결핍바이러스 환자에서 RHS 진단과 치료의 국내 첫 보고이다. 40세 남자가 우측 귀 통증과 귀가 멍멍한 느낌을 주소로 내원하였다. 입원 직후 우측 얼굴의 말초 신경마비, 이루, 두통, 혀의 우측 운동 장애가 나타났으며 우측 외이도와 귓바퀴에 소수포성 발진이 관찰되었다. 입원 10일째 청력저하를 호소하였으며 고막 천공이 관찰되었다. 말초혈액 검사에서 사람면역결핍바이러스(HIV) 항체가 양성으로 도출되었고 확진 검사 양성이 확인되었다. CD4 T cell은 281/μL였다. 치료는 valacyclovir와 steroid를 투여하고 highly active antiretroviral therapy를 시행하였으며 안면마비를 포함한 증상은 치료 후호전되었으나 청력저하는 호전이 없었다. Ramsay Hunt syndrome is caused by reactivation of the varicella zoster virus in the geniculate ganglion of the sensory branch in the face and ears. It is characterized by peripheral facial palsy, ear pain, and vesicles in the auditory canal and auricle. We report on a first case of Ramsay Hunt syndrome in a patient with human immunodeficiency virus in Korea. The patient, a 40-year-old male, first presented with otalgia and ear fullness. On admission, he had right facial palsy of the peripheral type, otorrhea, headache, limited tongue movement, and right auricle vesicular eruptions. He had positive human immunodeficiency virus antibody and Western blot tests. His CD4 T cell count was 281/μL. The patient was treated with valacyclovir and steroid with highly active antiretroviral therapy. His symptoms and facial palsy improved with treatment. (Korean J Med 2016;90:169-172)
