        Improvement of adhesion properties of glass prepared using SiC‑deposited graphite mold via low‑temperature chemical vapor deposition

        Compression glass molding is a promising technique for mass production of near net-shaped, high-precision, and low-cost optical glass elements. However, the glass molding process causes the damage of glass and the mold during demolding because of the chemical or physical adhesion of the glass to the mold. To overcome this limitation, graphite molds are used owing to their good lubrication and easy machining. However, graphite materials show rapid oxidation at high temperatures in the presence of oxygen. Therefore, in this study, a thin SiC coating layer was deposited on the graphite mold using the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method to utilize the lubrication properties of graphite and the anti-oxidation properties of SiC. The specimen obtained using the low-temperature CVD method showed high carbon content and good lubrication properties than that obtained using the high-temperature CVD method.

        Contemporary society that is apt to be homogeneity because of the development of computer communication and mass-media desires to seek its own identify in native realm. Contemporary Korean architecture has endeavored continuous discussion and practice to keep its identity within the current tendency. The purpose of this study is to grope the alternative for genuine 'Koreaness' to analyse the variant trend of its characteristics 1990's. The variation of Korea society in 1990's that emphasize self-regulation and individual value has influence on the realm of architecture so much. The cognition of 'Koreaness' has changed with center in the individual and small-size design group, not present accommodation of past, but continuous research to find archetype of tradition which can play a decisive role of linking present and future on the foundation of past. Many attempts and practical works that express 'Koreaness' in 1990's are performed in the area of residence works that reflect Korean emotion and life-style directly. This change can be an answer to solve the problem of peculiarity and universality in 'Koreaness'. After 1960's the main theme of 'Koreaness' was traditional architecture form, but because of the induction of Postmodernism and at once its reflection and critical attitude with limit of formal duplication, which lost its meaning. In 1990's, research for spatial form as Korean emotion and image has carried out and played an important part of original expression for 'Koreaness'

      • 남자 볼링 선수들의 5스텝 & 훅 볼(Hook ball) 투구동작 시 운동학적 분석

        본 연구는 5스텝의 훅 볼을 구사하는 엘리트 남자 선수들을 대상으로 어프로치 투구동작을 운동학적으로 분석하여 선수들에게 정확한 외재적 피드백 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 실험 결과는 다음과 같다. 거리요인에서 보폭은 E3에서 평균66.86+-6.03 cm이고 E4에서는 평균61.58+-7.59 cm이며, E5에서는 평균150.53+-2.62 cm로 나타났다. 구간별 신체중심의 이동거리는 P2에서 평균 86+_6.03 cm이고 P3에서는 평균136.29+-10.83 cm이며, P4에서는 평균 24.44+_3.341 cm로 나타났다. .......

      • 남자볼링선수의 어프로치투구동작에 관한 운동학적 분석

        본 연구는 초보자와 지도자들에게 남자선수들의 어프로치투구동작에 관한 3차원적 각 분석에 따른 연속 투구동작의 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 P광역시 소속 전국체전 메달리스트로써 남자선수 2명을 대상으로 하였다. 각 이벤트별 몸통 기울임과 상지관절(오른 어깨, 왼 어깨, 어깨 회전, 어깨 상하 경사, 오른 팔꿈치, 왼 팔꿈치, 오른 손목 및 왼 손목)각도를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 선행연구와 비교하여 볼 때 E1에서 E5로 진행됨에 따라 몸통기울임 각도는 E3, E4, E5로 갈수록 점점 각도가 낮아지고, 오른 어깨 각도는 E1에서 E4로 천천히 낮아졌으며, 어깨 회전 각도와 어깨 상하 경사 각도는 E2 E3 E4로 진행 할수록 특히 E3에서 낮은 각도의 급격한 변화를 보였다. S1과 S2의 왼 어깨 각도와 왼 손목 각도가 E3과 E4, 그리고 E5에서 각각 다른 현저한 각도의 차이를 나타내는 것은 각 피험자 개인의 투구 폼에 따라 다르게 나타나는 것으로 사려 된다.

      • 벼 잡종초기세대에서 이삭줄기 대유관속 수와 이삭 특성의 분리양상

        The segregation modes and the selection efficiency of large vascular bundle(LBV) number and panicle characteristics were measured in three hybrid populations of rice. F_1 plants of the three crosses showed different direction and degree of dominance in vascular bundle number and panicle characteristics. The panicle neck diameter(ND), number of primary branches(PB) and LVB showed a typical normal distribution in F_2. When F_2 plants were divided into two groups up culm length of 90cm, the distribution of LVB number and panicle characteristics were not different between two populations. The selected and non-selected F_3 populations showed no difference in distribution of LVB number and panicle characteristics. However, F_3 populations grouped by culm length of 90cm showed different distributions in LVB and 100-grain weight among six characteristics observed. In F_2 populations, ND showed positive correlationship with PB, LVB number and grain number per panicle(GN). ND was positively correlated with PB, LVB number, GN and panicle length in selected and non-selected F_3 populations.

        Recently, there will be need to make up construction site on the reclamation ground in considering effective using the small country and expansion of urban site. therefore, there is coming many troubles such as effluence of seepage-out water and differential settlement as constructional structure is made on the soft reclamation ground. This study, examined behavior of foundation, property and behavior of pollution matter and the stable term of reclamation ground when reclamation ground is used to construction site, indicate that there are necessary fact for maintenance-management to investigate 10 case of reclamation construction for the analysis of troubles and their cause. Usually, the reclamation ground is constructing on the soft soils and lubricate action of pollution matter cause the lateral flow pressure to foundation pile. if there were considered to differential settlement pipe-line-arrangement of underground structure must be constructed with flexible joint and reclamation will be required to aseismic design as the shearing force of reclamation ground is suddenly decreased by vibration owing to construction property

      • 열처리에 따른 Cd₁-xZnxS/In 박막의 광학적 및 전기적 특성 분석

        In this thesis, effects of the thickness of indium films and the annealing temperature on optical and electrical properties of chemically deposited CdZnS films for the efficiency of the Cd1-xZnxS/CdTesolar cells were investigated. To improve the electrical conductivity of Cd1-xZnxs films, thin indium films(10-4Onm thickness)were evaporated on the suface of Cd1-rZnxs films. Experimental parameters such as indium film thickness, Zn mole fraction, and the annealing temperature in terms of structural and electrical properties of Cd1-xZnxs films were investigated. The diffusion process was carried out by heating the sample in air at 150-550℃ for 20 minute As the indium film thickness is increased, the resistivity decreases and the lowest value(0.3 O -cm)is obtained for Cd1-xZnxs films annealed at 450℃ with 40nm of the thickness.

        폴리에스테르 섬유 감량시스템의 제어를 위해서는 처리조 내에서 감량되는 섬유가 목표 감량치에 도달했는지를 판단해 주는 장치가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 가성소다용액의 초농도 및 섬유 감량 정도의 정확한 측정과 감량 종료시간의 산출 및 이에 따른 종료신호를 발생할 수 있는 폴리에스테르 섬유 감량기 전용의 자동적정장치를 개발하였다. To control caustic soda treatment system for the polyester fabric reduction, we need the device to determine that the fabric has been arrived target reduction value. In this study, we develope an automatic process titrator for the caustic soda treatment system. Major functions of the target titrating system are accurate measurements of the caustic soda concentration and then producing the end point signal for caustic soda treatment system.
