The purpose of this research is to study ways of improving the competitive ability of colleges and of ways of improving work productivity by analysing college faculty members motive endowment, organizational behavior and correlating organizational behavior with work productivity, positively. Suggestions for policy change consideration which derive from this study are as follows: I . The college should reinforce the motive endowment factor for empowering desirable organizational behavior of college faculty members. In order to improve the organizational behavior, special consideration should be given to empowering the motives of the faculty members by providing means for self-confidence in their assigned duties, stability of the working environment, appropriate acknowledgement and appreciation of ability in their work, and by providing for the welfare of the faculty member. I I . The college should appropriate a proper motive endowment for improving the faculty member s work productivity. Especially, work productivity would be improved by motive endowment on self-confidence of one s work, reasonable system of promotion, stability of job and accomplishment of duties. Ill. A way of reinforcing organizational behavior should be considered at a college for improving the faculty member s work productivity.

Generally in harbor construction, constructivity of pump dredger method which very much depends on soil clay layers conditions is one of the main factors applying dredging work period. However, to densify the evaluation of dredging capability of pump dredger considering soil conditions is a main task in dredging projects. After studying the results of pump dredging cases on some port projects around the country, data of Korea standard for pump dredger are needed to collect actual results and a pump dredging capability table is prepared for future workss and soil data, also.

System-integrated modular advanced reactor (SMART) is an integral-type nuclear reactor which received its design certificate in 2012 for the first time in the world. Currently, to improve its safety level, passive safety systems are designed and their performance has been evaluated. In this study, to examine the injection characteristics of a core makeup tank, a small-break loss of coolant accident is simulated using the SMART integral test loop (SMART-ITL). The experimental results provide more understanding on the behaviors of core makeup tanks (CMTs) as well as supporting future licensing process.
