        AT-cut quartz crystals and SAW devices were applied as immunosensors and chemical vapour sensors coated with PG, PI, PE, PS and lipid A were useful for determine of amylacetate, acetoin, menthone and other organic vapours, which showed different affinities for each lipid. We conducted that the key problems of our sensor system for practical application are life time and reproducibility from our results. The most important points are chemical instability of natural lipid materials and randomness of coating method. In this paper, we combined an artificial lipid with a piezoelectric crystal in order to improve stability of our sensor. LB technique was applied to produce uniform lipid layers on the crystals. Relationships between frequency change and number of LB layers are also discussed.

      • 主觀的인 評價에 의한 靑少年의 肥滿傾向 分析

        This study was conducted to analyze the tendency of obesity by subjective evaluation method in measuring the skinfold thickness in adolescents. The validity norms were height, weight, the sum of skinfold thickness, Db1, %Fat1, %Fat2, and BMI. The subjects surveyed were 2,442 boy and girl students of middle and high school in medium and small city and big city. The results are summarized as follows; 1. Weight of adolescents evaluated as obesity was over 76㎏ in boy's middle, over 67㎏ in gril's middle school, over 79㎏ in boy's high school, and over 68㎏ in girl's high school, the sum of skinfold thickness was over 40㎜, over 39㎜, over 54㎜, and over 41㎜ respectively. 2. Except the case of height in girl's middle, boy's high and girl's high school, in height in boy's middle, weight, the skinfold thickness, Db1, %Fat1, %Fat2, and BMI, difference among the degree of obesity evaluated subjectively was significant(p<.05). 3. Except heigh in girl's middle, boy's and girl's high school, correlation between the degree of obesity evaluated subjectively and height in girl's middle school, weight, the sum of skinfold thickness, Db1, %Fat1, %Fat2, BMI respectively was high and significant(p<.01 or p<.001) Therefore, on the basis of above results, I think we can evaluate the tendency of obesity in adolescents validly by subjective evaluation method as well.

      • 冷却水溫 變化에 따른 가솔린 기관 特性에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to prevent the stick, scuffing, scratch between piston and cylinder in advance, to obtain data for duration test in actual engine operation. The temperature gradient in cylinder bore according to coolant temperature were measured in use of 1.5ℓ class gasoline engine. 20 thermocouples were installed at points of 2mm inside from cylinder wall near top ring of piston in cylinder block, which points have suffered major thermal loads and suggested as proper measurement points for engine design by industrial engineers. Under full load and 70℃, 80℃ and 90℃ coolant temperature conditions, the temperature in cylinder block and engine oil increased gradually in according to the increase of coolant temperature, the siamese side temperature of top dead center is 142℃ in peripheral distribution, that is about 20℃ higher than thrust, anti-thrust, and rear side temperature, the fuel consumption in 70℃ coolant temperature is lower than 80℃ and 90℃ coolant temperature, the engine torque in 80℃, 90℃ coolant temperature condition is about 0.5kg.m higher than 70℃ coolant temperature.

      • HFC-134a와 대체냉매 HFC-152a에 CF_3I를 혼합한 자동차냉매 특성

        These days, an attention of environment has been increasing all over the world. to prevent the green house effect and destruction of an ozone layer, an ozone destruction potential(ODP) be zero and a refrigerant for low global warming potential(GWP) is needed. HFC-134a, in which hydrogen is mixed instead of chlorine is a refrigerant used for automobile conditioners and its destruction potential is ecologically zero. However, it is not considered as a perfect substitutive refrigerant as its GWP is high. It is studied refrigerant mixtures in which HFC-134a, HFC-152a and CF_3I with low GWP and zero ODP are mixed by experimentally and concluded as follows; 1. with the variation of speed of compressor outside temperature and flow rate, the heat of evaporator and compressor and coefficient of performance was varied, and influenced the air conditioner. 2. The pressure of evaporator was decreased with increasing the speed of compressor and that of the refrigerant HFC-134a was higher 21% than that of azotrope refrigerant mixed with CF_3I. The overall capacity of condensor and evaporator was increased and HGC-134a was higher than azotrope refrigerant mixed with CF_3I 3. The capacity of evaporator with the refrigerant HFC-134a was higher 6% than azotrope refrigerant mixed with CF31 and the required power with zaotrope refrigerant mixed with CF_3I was higher 11% than that of HFC-134a. 4. The COP of the refrigerant FHC-134a was higher 31% in 1000RPM. when outside temperature was increased, COP was decreased. 5. Performance of HFC-134a is better than azotrope refrigerant mixed with CF_3I but prefered zaotrope refrigerant mixed with CF_3I considering the environment.

      • 부산시와 호치민시 간 산업협력 증진 방안 연구

        This paper tries to investigate the methods for the industrial cooperation between Busan Metropolitan City and Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam Both cities set up sisterhood relationship in 1995. After that, though they have had formal and informal interchanges, industrial cooperation has been relatively insignificant. It is very much expected to promote mutual interests through the economic cooperation, because, at this age of globalization, international economic cooperations between firms, regions, or even countries are emerging as foremost important means to survive. Thus, this paper examines the possibility of industrial interchange and cooperation between the two cities. Although the industrial structures and development levels of both cities are considerably different, depending on the differing stages of development of Korea and Vietnam, they overlap in some industrial sectors. They are textile-and-garment and footwear sector, which are both Busan' old industries and Ho's leading industries. Another cooperation possibility is found in the IT sector which is promoted as future leading industry in both cities. Because Vietnam doesn't have enough experiences in economic development, Busan cannot expect immediate gains from cooperation projects. Busan's government and economic agents are needed to try to activate cultural exchange of various dimensions including human and physical ones and to promote long-term mutual benefits.

        부정교합의 유형에 따른 두개저와 하악골의 형태에 관한 연구

        This study was designed to investigate the variation of mandibular pattern and cranial base and their association in the cranioofacial malocclusion. The material was the 165 cephalometric radiographs taken from craniofacial malocclusion. The sample was devided into two groups by age child group aged from 10 to 13 years and adult group aged over 18 years, and each group was devided into 3 types of malocclusion; classⅠ, ClassⅡ div. 1 and ClassⅢ malocclusion. Child group consist of 35 sample and adult group consist of 20 samples in each malocclusion type. Various angular and linear measurements on the cephalometric radiographs were recorded and statistically analyzed. The results of the study were as follows; 1. The cranial base angle was largest in ClassⅡ div. 1 malocclusion and smallest in ClassⅢ malocclusion. 2. The anterior cranial base length was largest in ClassⅡ div. 1 malocclusion but posterior cranial base length did not show statistical difference. 3. The mandibular body length of ClassⅢ malocclusion was larger than those of ClassⅠ and ClassⅡ div. 1 malocclusion in the adult group but did not shown difference in the child group. The ramus height of ClassⅢ malocclusion was larger than those of ClassⅠ and ClassⅡ div. 1 malocclusion in the child and adult group, but there were no difference between ClassⅠ and ClassⅡ div. 1 malocclusion. 4. The mandibular position was showed low correlation with the cranial base angele.

      • 광주광역시 도시기능의 공간분포패턴에 관한 연구

        This study has been carried out in order to offer basic data necessary to effective planning in space structure of city by examining the concentration degree of city functions in administrative parts through analyzing space distribution of Kwangju City. This study has been resulted in ; First, service works are mostly distributed in down areas(43.2%), and particularly high in Dong-Ku which has least space for administrative part and Seo-Ku, Puk-Ku and Kwangsan-Ku was in order. It showed that the functions of the city is preponderated. Second, the area with high rate of population allotment is relatively far from downtown areas and one with high rate of indusrtrial allotment is relatively near from downtown areas. It showed us the internal space structure in Kwangju shaping a concentric circle. Third, the following areas show specialization in particular works ; ⓐ Ariculture; Tae-Ye, Ssang-Chon2, Nong-Seong, ⓑ Mining Industry; Tae-Kum, ⓒ Manufacturing Industry; Ha-Nam, You-Deuk, Bon-Chon, ⓓ Elecrical Industry; Yong-Bong, Seo-San, So-Chon, ⓔ Construction; Tae-Kum, ⓕ Wholesacle and detail; Chung-Kum, Tae-Kum, ⓖ Transportation business; Shin-An, Tae-Kum, ⓗ Financial business; Chung-Kum, Tae-Kum, ⓘ Social works; Seo-Seuk, Fourth, manufacturing industry was concentrated in industrial complex area and transportation industry in the area of gateway to Kwangju and social works in the area of educational facilities respectively.

      • 교과 목표에 기초한 공업계 고등학교『기계설계』교과서 분석 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the 「Mechanical Design」 textbook in the present curriculum(the sixth) of high school, to find its problems and to suggest the basic data for showing the direction of its development in the seventh school curriculum. The results of this study are as follows. 1) The 「Mechanical Design」 subject in technical high school has been from the first school curriculum to the seventh one and will be maintained and improved even in the new millenium. 2) The size of characters and illustrations are too small and their composition is too complicated in the editing structure of the textbook. 「Mechanical Design」 textbook is also at a burden on the students, for there are too many formulas for designing the mechanical elements. 3) Many problems, presented in the textbook, consist of simple ones of calculating type rather than explanatory ones requiting creatively thinking power. The contents of the textbook is much removed from graduates' job after leaving high school. 4) 「Mechanical Design」 textbook in the seventh school curriculum should be developed after due consideration about the contents, teaching and learning method, the structure, and the direction for developing.
