This paper presents the results of an experimental study on the mechanical properties of modified recycling asphalt concrete. Research has been performed to obtain the characteristics of the modified recycling asphalt concrete such as marshall test, indirect tensile test, resilient modulus and wheel tracking test by varying contents of modifier (SBS, SBR) and recycled aggregate(30, 50, 70%). Modified recycling asphalt concrete showed better performance than new asphalt concrete in dynamic stability. Each quality property of the modified recycling asphalt concrete satisfied requirement of pavement construction specification.

The LAN IU was designed for personal computer employing the token ring. The physical layer is constituted of Z-80 SIO and RS 422A, data link layer is implimented with Z-80A SIO and DMA. The rate of block error was obtained 0.006% with the result of simulating the modified loop LAN system, using the LAN IU at the speed of 800kbps. The result proves that each of station PC can be used as not only an independent system but also a terminal.

Since services in ATM networks are very various and the characteristic of traffic from services is very different from each one, shared buffer mechanism, that shares only one buffer, cannot satisfy QoS, requirement for traffics. Furthermore, it has more difficulty in controlling composite cells in buffer when large ATM switch is implemented. In this paper, we propose cell service scheduling of separated routing allocation mechanism that allocates respective, independent buffer to cells with same traffic characteristic according to priority. We analyzed its performance using computer simulation. Then, we obtained cell loss probability changing buffer size and weighted value, when cell service scheduling is done by unsymmetrical round-robin depending on weighted value that is allocated to respective buffer.

This study was carried out to analyze physical and chemical properties of soil and leaf analysis to estimating amount of tree growth in Chamaecyparis pisifera, Jinhae city, Gyeongnam province. The results were summarize as follows; As the results from analysis of relation of physical-chemical properties of soil and leaf component, the relationship p component inside soil and n component inside leaf showed positive correlation with determination coefficients(R^2=0.9986), and also relation of nitrogen component inside soil and component of Na_2O inside leaf showed positive correlation with determination coefficients(R^2=0.9987), but the relation of component Ca^2+ inside soil and component of Na_2O inside leaf showed negative correlation with determination coefficients(R^2=-0.9984), and also relation of p component inside soil and Fe component inside leaf showed negative correlation with determination coefficients(R^2=-0.7215). The results from analysis of relation of leaf component and tree growth, showed correlation of determination coefficient(R^2=0.4256) in height growth, determination coefficient (R^2=0.6248) in DBH growth, determination coefficient(R^2=0.6248,) in volume growth, respectively. In each tree growth of recent five years, N and P components showed positive correlation of determination coefficient(R^2=0.6170, 0.5780, respectively) in height growth, and also N and Na^+ components showed positive correlation of determination coefficient(R^2=0.6016, R^2=0.8727, respectively) in DBH growth, but K= component showed negative correlation in DBH growth As the results from analysis of stepwise regression to estimating amount of DBH growth, sequence of inputted variables entered in order of N, Na+, Mg++, ,and estimated equation was Y=44.791N-56.640Mg+0.6867Na-26.47, determination coefficients of 69%.

This research aims to attract patients of AMA(Against Medical Advice). The patients are neglected because they are a few, but the patients are very important for hospital income. So, this study analysis patients of AMA. The analysis items are 1) a course of hospital, 2) health delivery system, 3) whether or not consultant, operation and transfer, 4) principle diagnosis, 5) specialty fields, 6) length of stay, so on. The results show that AMA of male, old, and emergency case is high. In principle diagnosis, AMA of cerebral infaction and fracture and liver disease is high. Therefore it's meaningful research for hospital management.

The emergence of ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) technology has generated new challenging problems for computer network designers One of these challenges lies in the efficient management of ATM traffic so that the communication bandwidth of the network can be optimally utilized Considerable standardization efforts in recent ATM Forum activities have been centered on the traffic management of ABR(Available Bit Rate)server. This paper examines congestion control schemes for ABR service in ATM networks, and proposes a rate-based scheme that is now referred to by the ATM Forum as ″intelligent congestion control″. This general rate-based framework has been adopted as the standard approach to congestion control for ABR service by the ATM Forum Moreover, this paper presents analytical and simulation results illustration the characteristics of proposed scheme.
