This paper persent the results of an exprimental study on the mechanical properties of recycling agents. This study has been performed to obtain the properties of recovered asphalt such as penetration, softening point and penetraion, ductility after thin film oven test. In all testing , the result is equivalent and similar to virgin asphlt, but in the case of low penetration ductility after thin film oven test shows that functional amount of recycling agent is limited in some degree according to adding recycling agent is limited in some degree according to adding recycling agent.
기질재를 혼입한 재생아스팔트의 물리적특성에 관한 실험적 연구

This paper present the results of an experimental study on the mechanical properties of reclaimed asphalt using modified additives. This study has been performed to obtain the properties of recovered asphalt such as penetration, softening point and ductility, weight change ratio, penetration change ratio after thin film oven test according to contents of modified additives(3∼5%). Recovered-modified asphalt has improved in the temperature sensitivity, which is ductile at higher temperature and brittle at lower temperature compared to virgin one. Penetration, softening point, ductility test and mass and weight changing rate and thin film oven test of recovered-modified asphalt satisfied the standard fir the modified asphalt II. Therefore, it could be possible to produce a recovered-modified asphalt mixture similar to those of virgin-modified asphalt mixture.
이동형 아스팔트 재생기를 이용한 폐아스팔트 콘크리트 혼합물의 재활용

최근 경제성장 및 국민 생활향상에 따라 폐기물 발생량이 급격하게 증대되어 그처리문제가 심각해지고 있다. 이러한 폐기물중 도로 포장의 해체 및 유지·보수공사의 증가에 따라 다량 발생하고 있는 폐아스콘은 대부분 재활용되지 못하고 불법처분 또는 매립되고 있어 자원낭비 및 심각한 환경오염 문제를 야기하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본연구에서는 페아스콘의 재활용을 촉진하기 위하여 이동형 아스팔트 재생기 및 재생첨가제를 사용하여 양질의 신제 아스콘과 등등 수준의 품질을 갖춘 기층용 재생아스콘을 제조하기 위한 기초적 연구를 수행하였다. Recently, the quantities of waste asphalt concrete at construction sites have much increased greatly. but maintaining a filling-up and final disposal place Is a diflicult problem. Therefore, we are faced with a worsening environmental problem brought about present illegal measures. So, safety treatment and recycling of construction waste is d very important question in the preservation of cnvironmental and natural resources. In this study. we performed fundamental investigation to manufacture the base recycling asphalt mixture by movable asphalt recycling machine. It contained waste asphalt concrete and recycling agent and its oqual to was equal to virgin asphalt concrete.

During recent years, the durability of concrete structures has been considered in concrete practice and material research. To preserve the brittleness of concrete as well as energy absorption and impact resistance, amount of fiber usage has greatly increased in the field of public works. Ultra fine powder, silica fume, mixed into concrete, it reduce void of concrete structure. Especially, there's a great effect for strength improvement of concrete by initial pozzolanic reactions. For these reasons, if silica fume mixed into concrete, it decrease the total void by microfiller effect. Pozzolan reaction, between cement particle and silica powder, can elaborate the micro structure of matrix. And so, in this paper, we deal SFRC for the purpose of efficiently using of industrial by-products(silica fume). Also we performed the tests for durability such as freeze-thaw resistance and accelerated carbonation of SFRC using silica fume.
국내 지역별 회수 아스팔트의 물리적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

This paper is presented in the result of an experimental study on the mechaniclal properties of recovered asphalt extracted from waste asphalt mixture. This study has been performed to obtain the properties of recovered asphalt such as penetration, flash point, fire point, softening point and ductility, automatic elemental analyzer, TLC analysis. The test variables are payment course, service time. Penetration test shows the results that decrease penetration on account of increasing service time, especially in surface course. Softening test shows the results that increase softening point on account of increasing service time.
Fly Ash를 이용한 鋼纖維補强콘크리트의 力學的 特性에 관한 實驗的 硏究

This paper describes an experimental study on the strength and flexural toughness of steel fiber reinforced concrete using fly ash. The fly ash contents were varied from 0% to 20% of cement weight to explore the effect of fly ash addition with steel fiber reinforced concrete. As the result, the tensile strength, flexural strength and flexural toughness were increased remarkably as steel fiber contents were increased to 2.0 vol.%. Also, the steel fiber reinforced concrete containing 10% fly ash developed the highest strength. In the same contents of steel fiber, the flexural toughness characteristics show excellent when fly ash contents were 10% and steel fiber contents were 1.5 vol.%
개질재를 혼입한 재생아스콘의 역학적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

This paper presents the results of an experimental study on the mechanical properties of modified recycling asphalt concrete. Research has been performed to obtain the characteristics of the modified recycling asphalt concrete such as marshall test, indirect tensile test, resilient modulus and wheel tracking test by varying contents of modifier (SBS, SBR) and recycled aggregate(30, 50, 70%). Modified recycling asphalt concrete showed better performance than new asphalt concrete in dynamic stability. Each quality property of the modified recycling asphalt concrete satisfied requirement of pavement construction specification.
