      • 林地利用에 따른 溪流水의 水質變化

        Table 2. Evaluation of stream water quality in three stands by Drinking water quality standard <원문참조> 임지이용에 따른 수질변화 및 오염정도를 구명하여 향후 비점오염원 관리를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 경남 진주시 정평리에 위치한 3개 임분(소나무, 밤나무Ⅰ, 반나무Ⅱ임분)에서 2000년 7월부터 9월까지 계류수의 수질변화를 분석하여 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 세 임분의 계류수 pH는 소나무 임분(pH6.59)>밤나무 Ⅱ임분(ph 6.53)>밤나무 Ⅰ임분(pH 6.47)계류수 순으로 나타났다. 2. 전기전도도는 밤나무 Ⅰ임분>소나무 임분>밤나무 Ⅱ임분 계류수의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 3. 양이온은 세 임분의 계류수 모두 Ca^2+, Na^+, Mg^2+, K^+, NH_^+의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 4. 음이온은 소나무 임분과 밤나무 Ⅱ임분 계류수에서는 SO_4^2, Cl, NO_3의 순으로 높게 나타났고, 밤나무 Ⅰ임분 계류수에서는 NO_3, SO_4^2, Cl 의 순으로 높게 나타나 차이를 보였다. 5. 소나무, 밤나무 Ⅱ임분 계류수는 pH, NH_4+, NO_3, Cl, SO_4^2이 먹는 물 수질기준 범위내에 있었다. 그러나 밤나무 Ⅰ임분 계류수에서 5항목 중 NO_3는 먹는 물 수질기준을 넘어서는 범위에 있어 임지이용에 따른 하류수질의 오염이 우려되었다. 따라서 이러한 상류지역에서 오염원 차단을 위한 수질정화시설 등의 대책이 마련되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. This study was carried out to clarify the change characteristics of stream water quality by land-use of forest from July to September, 2000 in three stands(Pinus densiflora, Castanea crenata(Ⅰ), Castanea crenata(Ⅱ) stand) of Jeongpyeong-ri, Jinju-si, Gyeongnam. The mean pH of rainfall results in acid rain of 5.3. The pH of stream water in three stands was hugh in order of Pinus densiflora (pH 6.59), Castanea crenata(Ⅱ)(pH 6.53) and Castanea crenata(Ⅰ) stand(pH 6.47). The electrical conductivity of stream water was high in order of Castanea crenata(Ⅰ), Pinus densiflora and Castanea crenata(Ⅱ) stand. Cations of three stand in stream water high in order of Ca^2+, Na^+, Mg^2+, K^+ and NH_4^+. But anions of stream water in Pinus densiflora stand and Castanea crenata(Ⅱ) stand were high in order of SO_4^2, Cl and NO_3. In Castanea crenata(Ⅰ) stand cations of stream water were high in order of NO_3, SO_^2 and Cl. The level of pH, NH_4^+, NO_3, Cl and SO_4^2 of stream water in Pinus densiflora stand and Castanea crenata(Ⅱ) stand reached within the level of domestic use standard for drinking water But the level of NO_3 of stream water in Castanea crenata(Ⅰ) stand was higher than that of domestic use standard. Therefore, non-point sources like forest watersheds which are fertilizer application lands should be taken to the appropriate mitigation measures.

      • 탄산칼슘의 첨가가 하이드로콜 보류시스템의 특성과 종이의 물성에 미치는 영향

        A microparticle retention system of the hydrocol system have been used cationic polyacrylamide(C-PAM) and bentonite addition. This study describes the fines retention, drainage and formation of single polymer system and hydrocol system at precipitated calcium carbonate(PCC). This paper loaded PCC of various particle size and the amounts in the handsheet and measured their physical and optical properties. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. Single system was increased on the retention of PCC, but decreased on the drainage and formation. The hydrocol system of PCC addition was decreased more retention of PCC than single system at 0.5% C-PAM addition, but the retention was increased over C-PAM of 1.0%. that on the drainage and formation were much more increased than single system at 0.5% C-PAM addition. 2. The retention and drainage, increased as particle size of PCC, was increased but the formation was the same. As amounts of PCC was decreased, the retention, drainage and formation ware increased. 3. The hydrocol system on tensile index was much more increased than single system but those on tear index was much more decreased than hydrocol system. Both tensile and tear index was decreased but opacity was increased, as the retention of PCC increases. Tensile and tear index were decreased by the increase in both the particle size and amounts of PCC. Opacity was decreased, as the particle size of PCC being increased, but opacity was increased by the increase in amounts of PCC.

      • Characterization of Taxol High-Containing Ullung Islands Yew(Taxus cuspidata var. latifolia) using RAPD Markers

        항암제 택솔을 고함유하는 울릉도 주목을 탐색하기 위한 marker 개발을 위해 RAPD 분석을 행하였다. 사용된 20종의 10-mer primer 중 10종의 operon primer는 4지역의 한국산주목 모두에서 polymorphism이 관찰되었다. 각 primer 마다 4개이상의 밴드가 확인되었고, 5개 primer에서 각 지역간 특징적인 밴드가 관찰되었다. Primer들간에 나타난 polymorphism을 cluster 분석한 결과 울릉도주목은 타 지역에 비해 유사도가 멀게 나타났다. 울릉도주목의 형태조사 결과 타지역 주목에 비해 잎의 길이가 길고, 너비가 넓으며, 건물중이 무겁게 나타났다. RAPD 분석 marker는 택솔 고함유 울릉도 주목의 선발과 동시에 우수 germplasm 관리에 유용한 도구가 될 수 있을 것이다.

      • 월아산 근린공원의 식생구조와 동태

        The objectives of this study was to investigate the vegetation structure and dynamics in the urban neighborhood park of Mt. Weola. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The woody plants of 18 species are distributed in upper story. By importance value, the upper story was dominated in the order of Pinus densiflora, Qoercus variabilis, Robinia pseudoacacia, Platycarya strobilacea, Alnus firma, Quercus aliena, Carpinus laxiflora. 2. In middle story is formed by 23 species with dominated in the order of Rhus trichocarpa, Prunus sargentii, Quercus variabilis, Platycarya strobilacea, Carpinus laxiflora, Quercus serrata by importance value. 3. 68 species is forming the upper story. Importance values of dominated species was in the order of Rhus trichocarpa, Indigofera kirilowii, Lesdedeza bicolor, Quercus variabilis, Smilax china, Lindera glauca. 4. 78 species is distributed in herbaceous story. And, importance value was high in the order of Oplismenus undulatifolius, Carex siderosticta, Disporum smilacinum, Phryma leptostachya var. asiatica, Paederia scandens, Carex humilis, Spodiopogon sibiricus. 5. The species diversity and evenness in each story were 0.751 and 0.598 for upper story, 0.473 and 0.347 for middle story, 1.429 and 0.794 for lower story and 1.125 and 0.594 for herbaceous story, respectively.

      • 葉成分과 土壤의 理化學的性質이 林木生長에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to analyze physical and chemical properties of soil and leaf analysis to estimating amount of tree growth in Chamaecyparis pisifera, Jinhae city, Gyeongnam province. The results were summarize as follows; As the results from analysis of relation of physical-chemical properties of soil and leaf component, the relationship p component inside soil and n component inside leaf showed positive correlation with determination coefficients(R^2=0.9986), and also relation of nitrogen component inside soil and component of Na_2O inside leaf showed positive correlation with determination coefficients(R^2=0.9987), but the relation of component Ca^2+ inside soil and component of Na_2O inside leaf showed negative correlation with determination coefficients(R^2=-0.9984), and also relation of p component inside soil and Fe component inside leaf showed negative correlation with determination coefficients(R^2=-0.7215). The results from analysis of relation of leaf component and tree growth, showed correlation of determination coefficient(R^2=0.4256) in height growth, determination coefficient (R^2=0.6248) in DBH growth, determination coefficient(R^2=0.6248,) in volume growth, respectively. In each tree growth of recent five years, N and P components showed positive correlation of determination coefficient(R^2=0.6170, 0.5780, respectively) in height growth, and also N and Na^+ components showed positive correlation of determination coefficient(R^2=0.6016, R^2=0.8727, respectively) in DBH growth, but K= component showed negative correlation in DBH growth As the results from analysis of stepwise regression to estimating amount of DBH growth, sequence of inputted variables entered in order of N, Na+, Mg++, ,and estimated equation was Y=44.791N-56.640Mg+0.6867Na-26.47, determination coefficients of 69%.

      • E-Mobile System을 이용한 국립공원 관리시스템 설계

        In this paper, we developed a design model for integral administration of national parks using E-Mobile system, which combined Geographical Information System(GIS) and Geographical Positioning System()GPS . This E-Mobile system will contribute to the systematic administration in the national parks by recording geographical information of the national parks by GIS, as well as an individual route guide within the parks by GPS with satellites. Finally, this paper will considerably contribute to the systematic and integral organization of the national parks organization by the newly developed E-Mobile system.

      • 화상분석법을 이용한 섬유장 및 섬유 조도 측정법 개발(1)

        A new image analysis technique was introduced to measure fiber length and coarseness. Using a commercial software of KS 400 and glass sides with transferred fibers, the new techniques quite quickly measured three mean fiber lengths such as arithmetic, length-weighted and weight-weighted length as well as fiber coarseness. It was confirmed by measurement of synthetic fibers with known length that the image analysis techniques was considerably not only reliable but also reproducible.
