        김조순 집권의 정치사적 조명

        김조순의 집권은 정조의 선택으로부터 비롯되었다. 정조는 왜 김조순 또는 안동 김문을 선택했는가? 이즈음 정치세력 내지 정치지형에 나타난 추세를 어떻게 볼 것인가? 정조의 탕평정치의 성과에도 불구하고 왜 정조가 죽자 세도정치가 출현했는가? 외척 세도는 종래 외척의 전횡과 어떻게 다르며, 군주제적 질서와 어떤 관계를 갖고 있는가? 정조에 의한 김조순의 집권은 안동 김문의 정치적 승리를 의미했다. 안동 김문은 17세기 이래 주자학적 의리명분론의 상징이었으며, 영조를 즉위하게 한 노론의 핵심이었다. 안동 김문은 정조의 지향에 부합했다. 붕당이 퇴조하고 가문이 정치세력으로 부상했다. 벌열을 중심으로 정치 의 독과점이 추진되어가는 큰 흐름이 있었다. 정조의 탕평은 일시적으로 이를 저지했을 뿐이다. 더욱이 탕평정치의 유산은 노론 벽파가 파괴해버렸다. 노론 벽파가 축출되었지만 정치 참여 축소의 흐름은 결국 세도정치로 귀결되었다. 전제권력을 견제하기 위한 유교정치의 여러 장치가 약화된 가운데, 벌열 의 배경을 지닌 외척 세도가가 비변사를 통해 효과적으로 전권을 장악했다. 김조순은 자제력과 조정력으로 벌열 중심의 타협과 안정을 이뤘지만, 사족 층의 소외, 서민층의 불만이라는 시대적 문제에 대해 별다른 공업을 남기지 못했다. Kim Jo-soon(金祖淳)'s seizure of power originated from King Jeongjo (正祖)'s choice. Why did King Jeongjo choose Kim and Andong Kim's family(安東 金門)? What trend was seen in politics power change in the late of Joseon(朝鮮)? In spite of King Jeongjo's Tangpyeong(蕩平, Impartiality)-politics, why Sedo(勢道)-politics appeared after the death of King Jeongjo? What's difference between the Sedo-politics and usual arbitrariness by the maternal relatives of the King? Which relations the Sedo-politics did have with monarchy order? Kim Jo-soon's seizure of power means the political victory of Andong Kim's family. Andong Kim's family had been the symbol of neo-Confucian justice and cause since 17C. And the family was the core of Noron(老論) who made King Yeongjo ascend the throne. The family accorded with King Jeongjo's orientation. The faction(朋黨) was in decline and Family was rising as political power. There was a growing trend of political monopoly or oligopoly by meritorious families(閥閱). It was stopped temporarily by King Jeongjo's Tangpyeong-politics and that's all. The heritage of King Jeongjo's Tangpyeong-politics was destroyed by Noron Byeok-pa(僻派). Even though Noron Byeok-pa was ousted, the trend of political monopoly or oligopoly resulted in Sedo-politics. The Confucianism-politics system restraining despotic power had been weakened. Meanwhile the influential maternal relatives backed by his meritorious family seized power through Bibyeonsa(備邊司) and it's effective means. Kim made a compromise and calmness among powerful families with self-control and coordination. But he didn't try to cope with alienation of scholar-gentry and complaints of ordinary people. he failed to meet the requirements of the time.

      • Fe-20Cr-xNi-6Mo-0.3N계 스테인리스강의 부식 특성에 미치는 Ni의 영향

        염산과 황산 용액 중에서 나타나는 Fe-20Cr-xNi-6Mo-0.3N계 스테인리스강의 부식 특성에 미치는 니켈 함량의 영향을 구명하기 위하여 양극 분극 시험, 재부동태화 시험 및 용액 분석을 행하였다. 니켈 함량이 증가할수록 부식 전위는 상승하였으나, 임계 전류 밀도와 부동태 전류밀도는 각각 시험 용액에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 부동태화 거동에 미치는 니켈 함량의 영향에 대하여 평가하고 검토하였다. The effect of nickel content on the corrosion properties of Fe-20Cr-xNi-6Mo-0.3N stainless steels in a hydrochloric acid and a sulfuric acid has been studied by anodic polarization test, repassivation test, and solution analysis. With an increase in the nickel content, it was found that the corrosion potential was increased, but the critical current density and the passive current density were depended on test solutions. In this work, the effect of nickel content on the passivation behavior was evaluated and discussed as well.

      • 분무 열분해법에 의한 SnO₂박막의 증착에 관한 이론적 고찰

        분무 열분해법을 사용하여 SnO2 박막을 증착시킬 때 분무 액적의 크기, 분무 용액의 농도, 기판과 노즐간의 거리등 증착 조건을 적절히 조절하면 매우 균일하며 미세한 증착층을 얻을 수 있다. 반응 분압은 분무 열분해 과정에서의 분무 용액의 농도와 직접 관계가 있으므로 분무 용액의 농도와 증착 속도와의 관계로부터 증착 기구를 해석할 수 있다. The spray pyrolysis of SnCl4 solution for obtaining tin oxide film was described. Sprayed droplets reaching the hot substrate surface undergo pyrolytic(endothermic) decomposition and form crystallites of the products. Under the optimum condition the processes involve chemical vapor deposition. And the deposition mechanism can be analyzed from the relation between growth rate and solution concentration.

      • 다짐함수비 變化에 따른 필댐의 擧動分析

        Compaction water content is a key variable which controls fundamental properties of compacted clay (permeability, deformation and strength). There are three conditions in compaction water content (i.e. dry of optimum, optimum and wet of optimum). Actually, soil mass by compaction is unsaturated condition before seepage therefore, soil suction is the key which is able to explain properties of compacted clay. This paper used results from compacted Pittsburg sandy clay tested under UU test condition from Duncan and Seed in order to determine hyperbolic parameters and simulated behavior of Soyanggang dam as a example. As the results of analysis, dry of optimum presents higher strength and smaller displacement. Wet of optimum is sensitive to water content. Both dry and wet of optimum, any hydraulic fracturing potential does not appear. But dry of optimum is close to hydraulic fracturing.

      • Ciprofloxacin의 돼지 호흡기 감염증 및 설사증에 대한 치료효과

        To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ciprofloxacin (CFX) on treatment of the pigs with respiratory diseases or diarrhea, CFX at various dosages were administered intramuscularly to the diseased pigs selected from the pig farms located in Chungnam province. One hundreds and fourteen heads of pigs with respiratory diseases were divided into five groups and CFX at 0.25, 0.5, 1.0 ( = 2.5mg CFX/Kg B.W.) and 2.0 doses were administered i.m. for 5 days. The recovery rates were found 31.8%, 73.9%, 91.3% and 92.0%, respectively, being higher than that of the untreated control group (19.0%). The mortality of the treated groups were 0%, that is lower than that of the control (9.5%). Seven kinds of bacteria were isolated from the respiratory organs of 86 pigs, and 34 (39.5%) of 86 pigs showed the complicated infection. In analyzing by the pigs infected with a single pathogen as P. multocida, A. pleuropneumonia, Staphylclcoccus spp. or Mycoplasma spp., the recovery rates were 0∼66.6% at 0.25 dose. 66.6∼100% at 0.5 dose and 100% in all of 4 pathogens at 1.0 to 2.0 doses. At 0.25 dosage the pigs infected with A. pleuropneumonia showed the lowest recovery rate. One hundreds and twenty two heads of pigs with diarrhea were divided into five groups and CFX at 0.25, 0.5, 1.0 ( = 2.5mg CFX/Kg B.W.) and 2.0 doses were administered i.m. for 5 days. The recovery rates were 29.1%, 40.0%, 80.0% and 88.0%, respectively. The mortality of the treated groups were 0-8.3%, being much lower than that of the control. Four kinds of bacteria were isolated from the fecal specimens of 94 pigs, and 84 (89.0%) of 94 pigs showed the complicated infection.

        Logit 및 Turnbull 모형을 이용한 복숭아 품질인증의 소비자가치 평가

        The dichotomous-choice contingent valuation method is applied to elicit consumers' value of quality-certificated peaches. First, a logit model is estimated like previous studies. Second, a distribution-free approach, Turnbull empirical distribution model, is employed to solve negative willingness to pay and truncation problems. The result is shown that consumers are willing to pay 2,559∼2,975 Won/kg more than the current price of regular peaches for quality-certificated peaches.         Trioxalatochromate() ions are reduced to chrominum(0) in the univalent and the bivalent electrolyte solutions. The reduction potentials of these complex anions depend on the nature and the concentration of cations of electrolytes present in the solution, and shift to less negative potentials with increasing ionic charges of the cation and, at the constant ionic charge, with decreasing radii of the hydrated ion and increasing concentrations of the cation present.

      • Genome-wide target specificities of CRISPR RNA-guided programmable deaminases

        <P>Cas9-linked deaminases, also called base editors, enable targeted mutation of single nucleotides in eukaryotic genomes. However, their off-target activity is largely unknown. Here we modify digested-genome sequencing (Digenome-seq) to assess the specificity of a programmable deaminase composed of a Cas9 nickase (nCas9) and the deaminase APOBEC1 in the human genome. Genomic DNA is treated with the base editor and a mixture of DNA-modifying enzymes in vitro to produce DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs) at uracil-containing sites. Off-target sites are then computationally identified from whole genome sequencing data. Testing seven different single guide RNAs (sgRNAs), we find that the rAPOBEC1-nCas9 base editor is highly specific, inducing cytosine-to-uracil conversions at only 18 +/- 9 sites in the human genome for each sgRNA. Digenome-seq is sensitive enough to capture off-target sites with a substitution frequency of 0.1%. Notably, off-target sites of the base editors are often different from those of Cas9 alone, calling for independent assessment of their genome-wide specificities.</P>
