<P>The transcription factor cAMP-responsive element-binding protein (CREB) is involved in a variety of physiologic processes. Although its activity appears to be largely correlated with its phosphorylation status, cAMP-mediated dephosphorylation and the subsequent nuclear migration of the CREB-regulated transcription factors (CRTCs) are required to stimulate CREB transcriptional activity. Among the 3 identified mammalian homologs of CRTCs, CRTC3 has been shown to be expressed predominantly in adipose tissues in response to catecholamine signals that regulate lipid metabolism. Here, we show that prolonged cAMP signaling down-regulates CRTC3 in a proteasome-dependent manner and that neural precursor cell-expressed developmentally down-regulated gene 4-like (NEDD4L), a specific ubiquitin ligase for CRTC3, is responsible for this process. By recognizing the PY motif of CRTC3, NEDD4L interacts with CRTC3 and promotes its polyubiquitination. Interaction between NEDD4L and CRTC3 is further boosted by cAMP signaling, and this enhanced interaction appears to be dependent on the cAMP-mediated phosphorylation of NEDD4L at the Ser448 site. Furthermore, we show that food withdrawal stimulates NEDD4L phosphorylation in mice, which then show a decrease of adipose tissue CRTC3 protein levels. We fabricated organic photovoltaic (OPV) based on ZnO ripple structure on indium tin oxide as electron-collecting layers and PTB7-F20 as donor polymer. In addition, atomic layer deposition (ALD) was used for preparing additional ZnO layers on rippled ZnO. Addition of 2 nm-thick ALD-ZnO resulted in enhanced initial OPV performance and stability. Based on photoluminescence results, we suggest that ALD-ZnO layers reduced number of surface defect sites on ZnO, which can act as electron-hole recombination center of OPV, and increased resistance of ZnO towards surface defect formation.

본 연구는 포스트코로나 시대 평생교육 발전을 위한 추진체계의 개선 방향 모색을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 문헌 분석, 심층 면담, 그리고 델파이 조사 기법을 활용하여, 각 추진체계의 관점에서 실효성 있는 개선 방향을 도출하고자 하였다. 먼저, 현재 평생교육 추진체계를 토대로 문헌 분석을 통해 추진체계의 문제점과 개선 방향에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다. 이를 근거로 심층 면담을 실시하였으며, 앞선 연구 결과를 종합해 델파이 조사 기법을 활용하여 11개 평생교육 추진체계의 개선 영역과 59개 과제를 도출하였다. 델파이 조사 결과, 법령 재정비, 평생교육 전문성 강화, 국가교육위원회의 위상 강화 그리고 긴밀한 네트워크 구축 부문에서 비교적 타당도가 높다고 나타났다. 2차에 걸친 델파이 분석 결과를 바탕으로 추진체계 개선 방향을 정리하여, 평생교육 관계 법령 개선, 중앙정부의 체제 개편, 광역시도지자체의 체제 정비, 평생교육 전문성 체제 강화, 지역 평생학습 네트워크 강화, 미래학습자 밀착형 체제 구축 등 6개 정책 개선 방향과 34개 개선 과제를 도출했다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 지역사회 주도의 평생교육 거버넌스 강화가 필요하며, 평생학습 체제의 성과 관리를 위해 모니터링 체계 구축의 필요성과 온라인 기반의 밀착형 체제 구축의 필요성을 제시했다. 마지막으로 본 연구는 제5차 평생교육진흥계획의 기초자료로써 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study aims to improvement methods for future development of the lifelong education system in the post-COVID era. For this purpose, literature analysis, in-depth interviews, and Delphi survey methods were used to derive effective improvement directions from the perspective of each administrative system of lifelong education. First, literature analysis was used to identify implications from the problems and improvement directions for the current system. Based on this, in-depth interviews were conducted, and policy tasks were derived to improve the system and strengthen interconnection and cooperation among related organizations using Delphi survey techniques. The Delphi survey based on results of in-depth interview showed relatively high validity of reorganizing laws, strengthening lifelong education expertise, strengthening the status of the National Board of Education, and building a close network. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to strengthen the governance of lifelong education led by the local government and community, to establish a monitoring system to manage the effective performance of the lifelong learning system. Finally, this study can be used as basic data for the 5th lifelong education promotion plan.

Recently there are many plans to build high-rise building, after completing the high-rise building, however, many problems can be occurred because of natural phenomena called stack effect. The worst problem caused by stack effect is smoke spread from fire in the building or basement parking lots. This makes the indoor air quality of high-rise building seriously contaminated, but there are only a few researches are performed. In this paper, we investigate how the air comtaminant from inside of building or basement parking lot be spreaded in the building using computer simulation tool, Contam. The building analyzed in this study is originally based on the design considering the reducement of stack effect, however, the result of simulation says that the additional measures to control contaminant spread should be prepared

Aim: To observe neuroprotective effects of raw and roasted licorice against hypoxia and ischemic damage. Methods: When elucidating the protective effects of raw and roasted licorice, we analyzed the lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release using PC12 cells after hypoxia in an in vitro study and after transient forebrain ischemia in an in vivo study on Mongolian gerbils. Results: Raw and roasted licorice significantly reduced LDH release from PC12 cells exposed to an hypoxic chamber for 1 h. In the roasted licorice-treated group, the decrease of LDH release was more pronounced compared to that of the raw licorice-treated group. In roasted licorice-treated animals, approximately 66%_71% of CA1 pyramidal cells in the ischemic hippocampus were stained with cresyl violet compared to the control group. However, in the raw licorice-treated animals, no significant neuroprotection against ischemic damage was shown. In addition, ischemic animals in roasted licorice-treated group maintained the Cu, Zn-superoxide dismutase (SOD1) activity and protein levels compared to the control group, while in raw licorice-treated group SOD1 activity and protein levels were reduced significantly. High pressure liquid chromatography analysis showed that non-polar compounds containing glycyrrhizin-degraded products, such as glycyrrhetinic acid (GA) and glycyrrhetinic acid monoglucuronide (GM), were increased in roasted licorice. Conclusion: Roasted licorice had neuroprotective effects against ischemic damage by maintaining the SOD1 levels. In addition, the difference in protective ability between raw and roasted licorice may be associated with non-polar compounds, such as GA and GM.

본 연구의 목적은 판매서비스 종사자의 감정노동 내면행위와 직무열의의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 실증적으로 검증하는 것이었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 연구문제에는 감정노동의 하위변수인 내면행위와 직무열의의 관계에 대한 긍정심리자본의 매개효과 분석이 포함되었다. 연구문제를 해결하기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 M 아울렛의 판매서비스 종사자를 대상으로 실시되었다. 2017년 9월에 2주 동안 설문조사를 온라인과 오프라인으로 실시하였다. 설문지에는 개인특성변수와 주요변수를 측정하는 53개 문항이 포함되었다. 총 321부가 회수되었고 불성실한 응답설문지를 22개 제외하고 299부가 분석에 활용되었다. 분석결과, 감정노동인 내면행위와 직무열의의 관계에서 긍정심리자본이 매개효과를 발휘하여 직무열의에 영향을 미치는 부분매개효과가 발견되었다. 다이상의 분석결과를 토대로 논의 및 시사점을 제시하였다. Emotional labor was a rising issue in Human Resource Development(HRD). This study set a goal of conducting an empirical analysis on the influence of emotional labor (deep acting) of sales-service workers on job engagement and the mediating effect of positive psychological capital among them. To reach the research goal, we developed a survey and collected data from sales-service employees working for M Outlet for about two weeks (Sep.13 to Sep.17 in 2017). We used on- line and off-line questionnaires. As questionnaire tools, a total of 53 items were selected including individual background variables and major other variables. The total number of questionnaire distributed amounts to 350 sheets, among which 321 sheets were retrieved. 22 sheets were excluded for unfaithful responses. The final analysis was on 299 responds. Research results are as follows. The examination of mediating role of positive psychological capital between emotional labor (deep acting) and job engagement showed that positive psychological capital mediated the effects of deep acting on job engagement. Also emotional labor (deep acting) had a direct influence on job engagement. Based on the results, discussions and conclusions were suggested.
