도시환경의 생동감 있는 구축은 도시에서의 생활과 일 그리고 여가를 위한 필수 요소이 다. 이를 위해서는 도시개발과 도시계획이라고 불려지는 종합적인 조치가 필요하다. 도시의 삶의 질은 주관적이지만, 도시는 거주자들에게 최적의 생활 환경을 조성하는 것이 목표이다. 이에 따라 도시의 발전과 재구축은 지속 가능한 도시개발 정책에서 중요한 역할을 한다. 도시재생 및 도시개발 조치가 일반적으로 효과적임이 입증되었지만, 실행이나 절차 및 영향에 대한 분석에서 비판점이 나타났다. 본 연구의 목표는 문화적 도시재생이 도시의 미적 가치를 높이고 사회적 연대감을 강화하며 동시에 경제 발전을 촉진할 수 있는지 여부를 검토하는 것이다. 이를 위해 세종시의 사례 연구와 독일의 사례를 비교하고 분석한다. The design of a vibrant urban environment is essential for living, working, and enjoying leisure time in a city. This requires comprehensive measures summarized under the terms of urban development and urban planning. While the quality of life in urban areas is subjective, it is the goal of cities to create optimal living conditions for their residents. Therefore, the further development and redesign of cities play a central role in sustainable urban development policy. It has been demonstrated that urban renewal and development measures are generally effective, but analyses of implementation, procedures, and impacts have also highlighted criticisms. The aim of this study is to examine whether the so-called cultural urban renewal is capable of enhancing the aesthetic values of a city, strengthening social cohesion, and simultaneously promoting economic development. To this end, case studies of the city of Sejong and examples from Germany are compared and analyzed.

In diesem Aufsatz werden Teile der Bemuhungen eines Projekts beschrieben, um innerhalb des sich rasch vollziehenden Wandels der Universitatsausbildung inner- und außerhalb Koreas die Krise der deutschen Wissenschaft zu uberwinden und eine noch entwicklungsfahigere Vision zu finden. Zudem wird durch einen Entwurf fur eine neue Ausbildung die kulturelle Kommunikationswissenschaft des deutschsprachigen Raumes vorgestellt. Sie kann das Potenzial entwickeln, eine Ausbildung anzubieten, die in den deutschsprachigen Raum vordringt. Auf der Grundlage der im Aufsatz beschriebenen Moglichkeiten konnten noch vielfaltigere und spezialisierte globale Talente ausgebildet werden. Wenn man den diversen Anforderungen einer sich verandernden Gesellschaft gerecht werden will, wird die kulturelle Kommunikationswissenschaft des deutschsprachigen Raumes zu einer sinnvollen Alternative.

이 연구에서는 화자가 자신의 의도를 효과적으로 관철시키기 위한 수단으로 사용하는 공손 Hoflichkeit과 이 카테고리의 번역을 살펴보았다. 이 논문은 공손은 관계유지를 목적으로 하는 언어행위 중 중요한 하나이고, 보편적으로 대화상대자와의 긍정적인 상호관계를 유지하거나 강화시키는 행위와 관련되기 때문에 흥미로운 분석대상이라는 명제에서 출발하였다. 그래서 이러한 공손이 서로 다른 문화에서 어떻게 구현되고 있는지 독일어와 한국어를 비교분석하며, 해당 언어로의 번역을 문화 간 커뮤니케이션으로 보고 번역과정에서 나타나는 문화적인 실체를 고찰하였다. 우리가 잘 알고 있듯이 번역을 통한 텍스트 전환에는 낯설음과 해석적 차이가 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 문제의 원인은 특별한 텍스트요소들인데, 이 요소들에 공손도 속한다. 그리고 이 요소들을 연결시켜 주는 공동의 자질을 포괄성 혹은 함축이라 하며, 그 의미는 명시적으로 표현될 필요가 없는 문화특성적 부가가치이다. 이 요소들은 의사소통참여자들이 동일한 문화적 배경을 가지고 있을 경우 무리 없이 작동하지만 번역의 경우에는 간문화적 차원에 의해 제한된다. 이때 실제 발생하는 문제는 언어적 추이만이 아니라 상이한 해석세계이기도 하다. 따라서 능력 있는 번역가라면 문화전달자이어야 한다. 이를 위해 번역가는 번역할 텍스트를 출발텍스트가 속한 문화적 지식을 바탕으로 이해해야 한다. 이때 해당 텍스트에 함축적 의미가 담겨있는지 알아야 하며 이 함축을 목표텍스트에 수용해야 한다.

커뮤니케이션의 교수-학습 가능성은 지금까지 모든 커뮤니케이션 트레이닝에 암묵적으로 전제된 기본이었다. 그러나 커뮤니케이션에 관한 다양한 개념들이 커뮤니케이션 태도의 변화에 대한 다양한 관점들을 가능하게 한다. 기엽의 커뮤니케이션 트레이닝 과정에서 볼 수 있는 예를 바탕으로 이 트레이닝 과정에서 참가자들의 커뮤니케이션 태도의 문제점 들이 어떻게 확인되며 처리되는지 살펴보았다. 여기서 커뮤니케이션 트레이닝의 세 가지 핵심적인 취약점이 드러났다. 이 세 문제를 바탕으로 대화분석적 커뮤니케이션 트레이닝이 어떤 해결책을 제공할 수 있는가 고찰하였다. 그 결과 대화분석적 연구의 다양한 유용한 방법들이 커뮤니케이션 트레이닝에 도입된다면 커뮤니케이션의 교수-학습 가능성은 매우 높다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 그 방식이 기존의 트레이닝 방식과는 달라야 한다. Fiehler는 이와 관련하여 대화분석적 커뮤니케이션 트레이닝의 세 가지 특별한 점을 언급하였다. 트레이닝 진행 중에 녹음된 것이 아니라 트레이닝 전에 녹음된 실제 대화가 사용되어야 하며, 녹음된 대화로부터 녹취록이 만들어지고 이를 가지고 참가자들이 커뮤니케이션 트레이닝에서 능동적으로 훈련을 하며, 마지막으로 분석과 훈련이 분리된다. 이 모든 과정이 순조롭게 진행되더라도 커뮤니케이션의 학습은 우리가 생각하는 것 보다 더 어렵고 또한 긴 시간을 필요로 한다. 그러므로 대화분석적 커뮤니케이션 교육은 너무 많은 성과를 약속해서는 안 된다.

In the Constitution of the Germany, the federal president holds a position as a ceremonial figurehead. He is a symbolic existence to the country and a figure that preserves a unity. It could be judged as a character of the important systems of the parliamentary government. Under the parliamentary government, even though the federal president doesn t have substantial authority, he becomes a promoter who forms an essential glue to induce national unification and to disentangle a complicated matter externally and domestically at the crucial moment of the country, and the like. The substantial authority belongs to federal prime minister, but the federal president has a position as formal symbolic government organs before everything else in the Federal Republic of Germany which has adopted the parliamentary government. The federal president is what is called a neutral administrative machinery of a state. Because the authority which is not provided for in the law belongs to the federal president and there is a possibility to exercise his influence politically according to how to use it, the questions such as Does the federal president only has a ceremonial authority as a symbolic existence? or Is the federal president a representative or a politician? could be raise.
