Purpose: In the year of 2005, it enforced the basic study for establishing program of Poison Control Center by National Institute of Toxicologic Research. The object of our survey is to analyze the characteristics of intoxication from the City of Goyang by same protocol. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the data of medical records of the intoxication patient in the two hospitals of the Goyang from 2004 June 1st to 2005 May 31th. The investigation protocol applied the TESS report form which was used from the Basic study for establishing program of Poison Control Center. Results: The intoxication patients were total 269 persons, the patients of A hospital were 184 persons, B hospital were 185 persons. The most common intoxication materials were medicines, in afterwords it was an agricultural chemical. The most common place of intoxication was the home. The intentional suicidal attempts in the reason of intoxication were 51.2%. The rate of the patients who discharges from the emergency department was 50.4% and death rate was 4.3%. Conclusion: We concluded that the continuous and systemic report and analysis should be accomplished from the Goyang area.

The endoscopic diagnosis of gastric carcinoid has been considered difficult. Reported cases of this tumor diagnosed by endoscopic examination are rare. And the gastric carcinoid with massive upper gastrointestinal bleeding is a rare disease entity. We experienced a case of gastric carcinoid admitted to the hospital because of hematemesis, melena and syncope. And it was diagnosed by endoscopic biopsy, although it resembled type IIa+IIc early gastric cancer at endoscopic examination. To our knowledge, this is the first case report of gastric carcinoid tumor mimicking early gastric cancer. So we report this case with a review of relevant literatures.

본 연구는 다운증후군 아동의 눈-사지 협응력과 조작운동기술의 관계를 단순상관분석과 정준상관분석을 이용하여 알아보고자 하였다. 총 65명(남자 37명, 여자 28명)의 초등학령기 다운증후군 아동들이 본 연구에 참여하였으며, 연령은 만 6.7세부터 12.5세(평균 10.3세)였다. 손과 발을 이용한 예측타이밍을 측정하기 위해 예측타이밍 측정기 (Bassin anticipation timer, Lafayette Company, model 31201)를 사용하였고, 반응시간은 전신반응 측정기(Whole body reaction tester, Dongwha Company, model YB-1A)를 이용하여 측정하였다. 또한 조작운동기술은 대근운동 검사기구인 Test of Gross Motor Development-II (TGMD-II)를 사용하였다. 정준상관분석 결과를 통해, 눈-사지 협응력과 조작운동기술간의 강한 상관관계가 나타났으며, 이 중 눈-발 반응시간과 튀기기가 다운증후군 아동의 눈-사지 협응력과 조작운동기술을 대표하는 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 다운증후군 아동의 기본운동기술과 시지각-운동 협응력의 측정 및 관련 프로그램 제작에 유용한 정보가 될 것으로 사료된다.

최근 유비쿼터스 기술이 가까운 미래에 새로운 기술로서 언급되고 있다. 특히 RFID 기술은 거의 모든 산업에 큰 영향을 가져올 기술로서 각광받고 있다. 따라서 현재 바코드를 뛰어 넘는 많은 정보 저장 및 추적가능의 획기적 기술 특징들을 이용하여 복잡하고 다양한 현 의약품관리 시스템의 문제점을 살피고 RFID기술 적용을 통한 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 현재와 미래 유비쿼터스의 개념과 여러 기술들을 설명하고 RFID기술의 한계와 장점을 자세히 설명하였으며, 의약품 관련 산업의 시각 차이에 의한 기술 구현의 어려움과 방안을 제시하였다. Recently, Ubiquitous Technology is referred to as new technology for the near future. RFID Technology, One of the Ubiquitous Technologies, will have a huge effect on almost all industry in technology. This technology is also having a big effect on physical distribution circulation class such as current wal-mart. In addition, many technologists expect that the technology will be widely used in the field of complicated pharmacy inventory management because it has much more capacity for data storage and massage transfer ability than bar code does. Therefore, the object of this research is to see the study trend that this technology will give us the solution to overcome the difficulty of pharmacy inventory management. And I wish to present a direction that can improve company’s inventory management system in pharmaceuticals management conforming with various kind and management law, regulation and efficiently taking advantage of RFID Technology.
다중 사용자 OFDM 무선 이동통신 환경에서의 비례공정 부반송파 할당기법

본 논문에서는 OFDMA 무선 이동 통신시스템에서 시스템의 수율을 최대화 하면서 비실시간 트래픽 사용자들에게 비례적인 공정성을 제공하기에 적합한 새로운 스케줄링 알고리즘을 제안 하였다. 새로이 제안된 알고리즘은 3GPP2에 적용된 비례공정 (Proportional Fairness) 스케줄링과 채널이득 값들에 대한 소팅 (Sorting) 개념을 응용하여 제안하였다. 비례공정 스케줄링은 OFDMA에서 각 사용자들에게 할당될 부반송파 개수를 계산하는데 응용하였으며, 소팅기법은 계산된 부반송파를 실제 사용자들에게 할당하는데 있어 시스템의 수율을 최대화 하는데 기여하였다. 모의실험을 통해 본 논문에 의해 새로이 제안된 알고리즘이 최대전송선택 알고리즘과 소팅을 하지 않은 경우에 비해 공정성 및 시스템 수율에서 특성이 향상됨을 알 수 있었으며, 또한 제안된 소팅 기법은 기존 사용자간 부반송파의 스와핑을 이용한 반복 순환기법과 비교 시 시스템 평균 수율은 거의 같으나 계산에 따른 부하가 최대 3배까지 개선됨을 알 수 있다. In this paper, the new scheduling algorithm that supports the maximization of system throughput and the proportional fairness among non-real time traffic users is proposed in OFDMA wireless mobile communication systems. The concept of the proposed algorithm is based on the proportional fairness algorithm, which is deployed in 3GPP2, and sorting method. The proportional fairness algorithm is adapted to allocate the number of subcarrier per user. A sorting method is contributed to the maximization of system throughput in the practical allocation of subcarrier per user. Simulation results show that new algorithm had better performance than the max rate rule in case of fairness, higher throughput than the scheduling algorithm without sorting method. Even though the system throughput of the proposed algorithm is almost same with the iteration scheme using subcarrier swapping method between users, the computational time of the former is reduced up to 3 times than the latter.
악안면 골절 치료시 흡수성 고정판의 사용에 관한 임상 연구

Purpose : This study evaluated the usefulness of resorbable plate and screw for treatment of maxillofacial bone fractures. Patients and methods : From july, 2000 to july, 2002, we used resorbable plates and screws(Biosorb FX, Bionix Inc, Finland) on 126 patients for treatment of maxillofacial bone fractures. Among them, 80 patients were capable of periodic following up to present season. We evaluated these patients with clinical, radiographic findings and subjective satisfaction. Results : 80 patients composed of 63 men and 17 women. Complication rates are 7.5%(6/80) recorded. 1 of bulging sensation, 3 of infection sign, 2 of the plate detachment were shown. The plates involved in such complications were removed. The other patients(92.5%) were not shown any problems. We could not find complete resorption of screw holes in the mandibular symphysis area even though two years later after surgery. Conclusion : Bioresorbable plates and screws are useful as fixation material at maxillofacial fractures although strength is thought to be weaker than titanium plate. But to reduce the possible complicaions, need to careful clinical and radiographical evaluations.
