        黃菊과 黑薔薇를 이용한 기능성 花茶 개발 Ⅱ.花茶의 품질특성

        본 연구는 화차의 비율별 제조공정에 따른 화차의 관능적 품질을 평가하기 위해서 수행되었다. 녹차와 꽃의 시료에 대한 색도중 L, a, b값은 녹차가 29.93, -8.24, 9.27로 녹색을, 황국은 47.20, -1.69, 29.12로 밝은 황색을, 흑장미는 37.18, 4.47, 4.12로 흑적색을 띠웠다. 색상과 채도는 황국이 -17.23과 29.17로 가장 높아 색상이 가장 밝고 선명하였으며, 흑장미는 0.92와 6.08로 색상이 어둡고 둔탁한 적색을 띠워 녹차에 꽃을 혼합할 경우 시각적으로 황국은 쉽게 구별이 되었으며 흑장미는 쉽게 구별되지 않았다. 황국 화차는 꽃의 비율이 증가할수록 국화향, 상쾌하고 개운한 단맛의 증가와 더불어 떫은 맛이 감소하였으나, 혼합비율이 9:2 이상일 경우에는 쑥냄새와 같은 강한 국화향이 증가하여 녹차 고유의 향은 거의 상쇄되는 경향이었다. 장미 화차는 장미꽃이 증가할수록 시큼한 장미향이 강하게 증가하였고, 탄닌성분이 많아 떫고 텁텁한 맛과 시큼한 맛이 강한 것으로 평가되었다. 녹차에 알맞은 꽃의 혼합율은 9:1이하의 비율로 혼합했을 때 황국과 흑장미의 꽃잎색이 녹차와 어울려 전체적인 조화성과 풍미, 시각적 아름다움을 증가시켰다. 녹차에 꽃을 혼합한 화차는 녹차 단일의 차보다는 시각적 즐거움과 독특한 방향성이 부가되어 맛과 향이 풍부한 기능성 꽃차 개발에 좋은 재료로 평가되었다. This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of mixed ratio on the sensory evaluation in manufacture of functional flower tea. Among the chromaticity about green-tea and material flower, the amount of L, a, b of green tea was 29.93, -8.24, 9.27 with green, the amount of a yellow chrysanthemum(C.indicum) was 47.20, -1.69, 29.12 with bright yellow, the amount of a black rose(Rosa hybrida)is 37.18, 4.47, 4.12 with dark red. The yellow chrysanthemum has brightest and most distinct color with -17.23 hue and 29.17 chrome value, but the black rose has dark dead red color with 0.29 hue 6.08 chrome value. When the yellow chrysanthemum mixed with green tea, it was easily distinguished with naked eye. But the black rose was not distinguishable easily. As the retio increase, the yellow chrysanthemum tea has more chrysanthemum scent, increase of refreshing and relieved sweetness, and less astringent taste. If the mixed rate was over 9:2, original scent of green tea was almost offset with strong chrysanthemum scent like mugwort's. As the ratio increase, the rose tea has strongly increased sourish, and because of the tannin it was appraised strong astringent, unpleasant, sourish taste. The best-mixed ratio of green tea and flower is 9:1. When it mixed at this ratio, the yellow chrysanthemum and petal color of black rose was well matched with green tea, and the tea has general harmony and flavor and it is visually beautiful. Flower tea, green tea from flower, has added visually joy and unique fragrance, it was valued as fine material for rich taste and scent technical tea development.

      • 석탄회를 활용한 콘크리트의 성능에 관한 연구

        석탄화력발전과정이 부산물인 석탄회가 사용석탄량의 11∼57%로 생성됨에 따라 이의 처리비용 및 환경보전적 측면에서의 많은 문제점이 야기되고 있어 석탄회의 유효이용에 관한 연구가 절실하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 석탄회를 콘크리트 혼화재로 재활용하기 위한 방안을 강구하고자 석탄회의 발생과정 및 종류, 물리적 및 화학적 특성, 재활용 현황등을 파악하고, 석탄회의 배합혼입률에 따른 콘크리트 재령별 압축강도 특성에 대한 실험연구를 수행하였다. During combustion of powdered coal in modern power plant, coal ash is produced by 11∼57% of resource coal. The coal ash requires a great deal of disposal expense and causes a number of probrems in environmental conservation. It is necessary that researches for utilization of fly ash are required as soon as possible. The goal of this study are to develop a methodology for the utilization of fly ash as a mineral admixture in concrete. This paper presents the performance of concrete using fly ash. Results of the experimental study indicates that fly ash concrete tend to reduce the early compressive strength up to 28 days, but improve the long term compressive strength.

It observes the present condition of internet contents of the construction management information from the research which it sees hereupon and it prepares it does a report improvement.

      • 事務室 積載荷重의 荷重組合

        Structural reliability theory has arisen from the need to account for the in-herent variability of nature as well as man-made loads, together with theuncer-tainties in the strength of structural members. Such trends require that the reliability-based design criteria for the building may have to be incorporated into the current building design codes. Therefore a probabilistic model of the structures will be developed. In this study, live load survey data in domestic office building have been collected in a systematic manner. Using the live load survey data, the equivalent uniform-ly distributed loads (EUDL), which produce the same load effect as the actual spatially varying live load, have been computed for various structural members(such as slab, beam. column). The results have been examined to find probabilistic characteristies (mean, standard devation, coeffieient of variance, etc) and relationshi[ between influence area and load intensity. Based on the probabilistic load model obtained, the maximum of a combined live load during the design life have been estimated and compared with current design live loads. This study suggested some information of design live loads in office buildings with influence areas and structural members.

      • 高層기둥의 積戟荷重減少係數에 관한 硏究

        현행 設計積載荷重은 室의 用途別 및 構造部材別 등을 고려하여 환산돈 等價等分布荷重을 사용하고 있는데, 비현실적으로 과도하게 부가되는 積載荷重을 피하기 위해 특히 高層建物의 기둥에서와 같이 각 층으로부터의 軸荷重이 누적되는 경우 현행 建築法規상 받치는 바닥의 수에 따라 즉 負荷面積이 增加함에 따라 積載荷重의 低減을 허용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 1개 층의 바닥을 받치는 기둥의 軸荷重에 대해 積載荷重의 現場調査를 실시하여 분석한 荷重模型을 이용하여 고층기둥의 軸荷重 특성을 분석하였으며, 현행 建築物의 構造基準法規에 제시되어 있는 받치는 바닥의 수에 따른 積載荷重의 減少係數의 타당성을 검토하였다. Therfore, live load data were clooected in a systematic manner from a survey of office buildings in Korea. Using the sruvey data, the basic statistics and the equivalent uniformly distributed loads (EUDL) are computed for various structural members (such as slab, beam, column). The ultimate goal of this study is to compare the currently recommeneded live load reduction factor by supported floor numbers and those calculated from the live load survey data.

      • 建築設備工事의 施工性 向上에 관한 硏究 : 설비전담부서의 설치 필요성을 중심으로

        Recently construction has become large in scale, high, complex, diverse, and professional, and its consumers demand improved quality in living environments, design and construction in building services must improve in precision. However, quite often people who carry out building services works do not prepare design documents, and poor construction with defects occur in construction site many times. To address this matter, I have conducted a questionnaire survey with students in Honam Construction Engineering Education Center and officers and students in Army Engineering School for this study. The survey is about causes of poor construction that are requirement of employing specialist of building services, setup of a service department related with the matter. After the collected guestionaire data divided according to the kinds of major business and qualification educational background work experiences, the requirements of setup of a department exclusively responsible for building services and employment of relative specialists are analyzed. Base on the above results, to suggest basic methodology of constructability improvement of building services works.

      • 事務室 積載荷重의 等價等分布荷重에 관한 硏究

        Recently, structural engineers have recognized the inherent random nature of loadings and materials as well as the imperfect safety evaluation. Based on the successful developments of reliability-based structural analysis and design, the design criteria of the probabilistic limit state concepts., such trends require that the reliability-based design criteria for the building may have to be incorporated into the current building design codes. In order to achieve the above objectives, a probabilistic model of the structures will be developed. For the first time in Korea, an extensive live load survey of an office building was conducted for this study. Live load data were collected in a systematic manner from a survey of 9 office buildings located in Seoul. Using the collected floor live load survey data, the basic statistics(mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variance, ets.), a histogram of the equivalent uniformly distributed loads (EUDL) is computed. Due to the upper tail regions in the loads of interest from a structural reliability aspect, it is appropriate to examine goodness-of fit test and to compare two common probability distri-bution : The lognormal and gamma. Then, the optimum probability distribution is selected. The ultimate goal of this study are to develop probabilistic live load models to analyze survey data of domestic office buildings and to suggest design live loads with influence areas and structural members.

In order to achieve th above objectives, a live loan model of the structures will be developed. Live load data were collected in a systematic manner from a survey of 9 office buildings located in Seoul. Using the collected floor live load survey data, the equivalent uniformly distributed loads (EUDL) of the sustained and transient live load is computed. Due to the upper tail regions in the loads of interest from a structural reliability aspect, that will be appropriate to use load combination of the lifetime maximum live loads. The ultimate goal of this study are to develop probabilistic live load models to analyze survey data of domestic office buildings and to suggest design live loads with influence areas and structural members.
