So as to develop an automatic driving model for ITS, 4 driving courses have been set up to examine the reasonable driving pattern of experienced drivers who are using GPS driving data. The Sugeno-type fuzzy model was constructed by inputting the actually measured driving data, and its suitability was examined.

This study deals with the techniques of Geographic Information Systems(GIS) and Global Positioning Systems(GPS) which belong to relatively new survey techniques related both the possibilities of their use and the limits of their application. Especially, it tried to build the maintenance management of river and applied LANDSAT data to use landuse data for hydrology analysis. It is important that our nation's geoid model is established immediately by means of the result of it. And if it will be carried, we can survey river with GPS. Also, the integral data of GIS and LANDSAT can be really useful for suveying, the maintenance management of river.
제약적 최소자승추정을 이용한 미분기반 다중계층 광류 추정

본 논문에서는 광류 제약 방정식(optical flow constraint equation) 및 영상의 공간적인 상관성을 고려하여 제약적 최소자승추정(constrained least square estimation)을 이용한 미분기반 다중계층(multiscale) 광류 추정 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 방법은 인접한 화소간의 움직임 속도가 유사하다는 가정 하에 다중계층으로 광류를 추정하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 광류 제약 방정식 및 인접한 화소간의 움직임 속도가 유사하다는 가정에 의하여 발생하는 오차를 줄이기 위한 정제(refinement) 방법도 제안하였다. 제안한 방법이 기존의 방법에 비하여 더욱 정확하게 광류를 추정할 수 있음을 실험을 통하여 확인하였다. In this paper, we propose a gradient-based multiscale optical flow estimation method using the constrained least-square estimation, considering the spatial correlation of the image. The basic assumption of the proposed method is that the neighboring pixels are having a similar velocity. Also we propose a refinement method to decrease the error, reviving optical flow constraint equation and neighboring pixels are having a similar velocity. Experimental results show that the proposed method can more accurately estimate the optical flow than the conventional methods.

기질(S) 화합물로 30종의 5,6-dihydro-2-trifluoromethyl-1,4-oxathiin carboxanilide 유도체들을 합성하고 벼 잎집무늬 마름병균(Rhizoctonia solani)과 밀 붉은 녹병균(Puccinia recondita)에 대한 항균활성(in vivo) 값(pI_50)을 측정하였다. (S)는 잘록병균보다 밀 붉은녹병균에 대하여 보다 큰 항균활성을 나타내었으며 두 종의 균에 대하여 3-methoxy, 11, 3-iso-propyloxy, 13 및 3-iso-propyl 치환체, 25가 제일 큰 활성을 보였다. 그리고 치환(X)-phenylcarbamoyl group의 변화에 따른 물리-화학 파라미터와 항균활성(pI_50)으로부터 구조-활성관계(SAR)를 검토 한 결과, 벼 잎집무늬 마름병균에 대하여는 공명효과에 따른 전자밀게(R<0)의 소수성이 큰(π>0) m-alkyl 치환기(X)가, 그리고 밀 붉은녹병균에 대하여는 분자 분극율(Sp.Po1.)과 분자의 음하전(ABSQ<0)을 위시하여 HOMO에너지(e.v.)가 클수록(HOMO<0) 높은 항균활성을 나타내었다. 또한, 전하-조절 반응에 의한 수용체-(S)간의 상호작용과 높은 활성발현 조건들이 검토되었다.(1998년 2월 3일 접수, 1998년 12월 1일 수리) New thirty derivatives of 5,6-dihydro-2-trifluoromethyl-1,4-oxathiin carboxanilide as substrate(S) were synthesized and their fungicidal activities in vivo against rice sheath blight(Rhizoctonia solani) and wheat leaf rust(Puccinia recondita) were examined. The structure activity relationships(SAR) between the activities(pI_50) and a physicochemical parameters of substituents(X) at the phenylcarbamoyl group were analyzed using the adaptive regression analysis method. The 3-methoxy, 11, 3-isopropyloxy, 13 and 3-isopropyl substituent, 25 as X on the phenylcarbamoyl group exhibited the most highest fungicidal activity against the two fungi. The fungicidal potency of the (S) against Puccinia recondita was higher than Rhizoctonia solani. In case of Rhizoctonia solani, the molecular hydrophobicity(π>0) and resonance effect(R<0) by meta-alkyl substitutents with electron donating were important factors in determining fungicidal activity. And the HOMO energy(HOMO>0), ABSQ, sum of absolute values of the atomic charges on each atom and specific polarizability(Sp.Pol<0) of (S) were significantly influential towards fungicidal activity against Puccinia recondita. The interaction between (S) and receptor against from the based on SAR studies proceeds through charge-control reaction, and conditions to show higher activity has been also discussed.
닭 성장 및 육질개선을 위한 수용성키토산의 사료첨가 급이효과

The objectives of this study were (1) to investigate the effects of chitosan-based feed additive(CFA) on the growth performance, feed intake, feed conversion, carcass characteristics, and (2) to explore the composition of biochemical components and on the textural and microstructural properties growing-finishing broiler chickens. The body weight gain of chicken fed with CFA was increased about 18% when compared to than that of commercial feed group. The mortalities of chicken fed with CFA were reduced about 55% when compared to than that of commercial feed group. There were no differences between control and broiler chicken fed with CFA in chemical components. Among fatty acids, comparably higher contents of 16 : 0, 16 : 1, 18 : 1 ω9 and 18 : 1 ω7 were observed in broiler chicken fed with CFA. The texture of breast meat in broiler chicken fed CFA exhibited a higher value for storage modulus compared than that of control. The microstructure of breast muscle showed a great difference between control and broiler chicken fed with CFA. This result might be greatly related to the hardness of texture. As a result, this study may suggest that the CFA effectively increased the body weight and reduced the mortality of chicken, and the CFA may be useful in poultry industry as cost-effective and eco-friendly feed additives.

日本の職人文化は日本人自ら特定地域のアイデンティティー(地域文化) と日本らしさ(日本の傳統文化)を强調する手段として選ばれる傳統工藝品の世界において顕著に現れる。このような職人文化の核心は工藝品を製作する技術の習得と繼承方式にあり、その方式には丁稚奉公型と家業繼承型がある。前者は近代化による經濟成長で生計を立てる方式が多樣化されてから、ほとんど姿を消してしまった。後者の家業繼承型は個人の趣味や適性が重視される時代的狀況によって、次第に基盤が弱くなることが予想される。技術の習得と繼承という傳統的方式に危機を迎えてているのである。このような危機狀況において法人や自治体, 國家主導の近代的敎育システムが登場しているが、これは傳統的方式の近代的適應システムとして、日本の職人文化の持續可能性を保障するものとして注目される。政府によって指定された215個の傳統工藝品は山地集積の形で、特定地域を代表する地場産業として成長することによって、地域文化の象徵として位置づけられた。現在、日本の地域社會は高齡化と少子化で過疎化が急進展されている。このような地域で地域活性化手段として傳統工藝品にたいする依存度が增加している。今後、職人文化の近代的適應の事例として注目しなければならない。
