      • RAW264.7 세포에서 interferon-r 및 LPS에 의해 유도되는 NO생성에 미치는 TALT-35의 영향

        TALP-35 purified from human term placenta is known to increase microtubule polymerization and stabilize the polymerized microtubule. To examine the effect of TALP-35 on immune system this study was performed. MTT assay was performed to investigate the effect of TALP-35 on the proliferation of RAW264.7 cells. TALP-35 dose dependently suppress the proliferation of RAW264.7 cells at high concentration (above 1 μM) in unstimulated cells, in case of 10 μM TALP-35 treated cells the suppression was 25% but in stimulated cells it was only 15%. Cosedimentation assay was carried out to investigate whether TALP-35 can bind to tubulin of RAW264.7, monocyte/macrophage lineage of mouse, and polymerize it. TALP-35 polymerize the tubulin of RAW264.7 cells and sedimented in dose-dependent manner. To investigate the effect of TALP-35 on the expression of iNOS protein western blotting was performed. The expression level of iNOS was decreased dose dependently in high concentration of TALP-35 treatment. To examine the activity of iNOS, secreted NO was determined by method based on Griess reaction. Interferon-γ and LPS-stimulated production of NO from RAW264.7 cells was decreased dose dependently above 0.1 μM concentration of TALP-35 and 50% is decreased at 10μM of it. This study shows TALP-35 can control cytokine induced-iNOS expression therefore it might control inflammatory diseases.

        Verification of efficacy as an ergogenic aid and safety in doping of sibjeondaebo-tang

JENB., Vol. 18, No. 2, pp.189-195, 2014 [Purpose]Various kinds of food substances from all over the world have been proposed to use as ergogenic aids for the additional improvement of exercise performance especially in athletes. Herb medicine which usually being applied for the cure of disease is used as a performance booster in several far eastern countries including Korea. Many scientists and coaches have asked very objective verifications on the realityof herb medicines practically used but never been scientifically elucidated well enough. In addition to the possibility as an ergogenicaid, the safety in doping is the critical factor to be examined thoroughly. In this study, Sibjeondaebo-Tang, a leading popular prescribed herb medicine in Korea, was examined. [Methods]After the intake of Sibjeondaebo-Tang, its effects on V˙O2max, recovery from fatigue, and doping safety through the official process as WADA suggested. Six volunteered male Taekwondo Pumsae players were subjected in a repeatedly examined protocol. [Results]First of all, every subjects showed ‘negative’ in doping test, and the treatment did not show any significant improvement on VO2max even though there was a significant decrease in blood lactate level on a step test. [Conclusion]In conclusion, Sibjeondaebo-Tang may have some limited effects as a fatigue delayer and the use of it showed safe to doping test with the strict limitation as the way in this study.         This is the second phase of study concering the transformation of urban housing in social change to find the formative background and transformation in korea through the architectural and the historical data analysis in solving problems of urban substandard settlements. The purpose of present study is mainly to reveal the historical characteristics of transformation urban substandard settlement by analyzing both previous architectural and non-architectural research data and thus to delineate some seperate periods. As a result, the characteristics of transformation in substandard housing is the product of social change. I investigated socio-econimic and political background which exerted a great influence on the transformation of substandard settlement.

        This study analyzes the factors affecting the apartment price in apartment from the viewpoint of four group variables such as access convenience, neighboring facilities, convenience of apartment convenience and physical characteristics. this study investigates 393 apartment houses in 79apartment complexes in relation to all variables including apartment price and as a result, it is shown that the apartment price is determined by the influence of the housing scale. considering the analysis results of correlation of 20 variables, it is shown that apartment price is high as its scale is great, years of apartment are shorter, capacity rate is lower and the number of stories is higher. In addition, as a result of dispersion analysis of 18 price variables, the variables composing access convenience, residence story in the physical side, the number of shopping center, capacity rate, road area, building space, the number of stories of building and years used are significant. as a result of abstracting the variables affecting the apartment price with these variables more exactly, eight variables of the number of schools and shopping centers, capacity rate, road area, building space, the number of stories and building and size can be abstracted and as a result of measuring the influence of apartment price with these variables, the variable affecting apartment price is the size of apartment and followed by the number of shopping center>building space>the number of schools>the number of buildings From the above result, apartment price is higher as the size of housing is bigger, but the higher convenience of neighboring environment is, the better environment of apartment complex is and the more recently apartment is constructed, the higher the apartment price is.

        According to the officially accepted date, the arrival of Buddhism at Korea took place in 372 A.D. Priest Sundo, a Chinese, was welcomed by the ruler of the Koguryo Kingdom, Sosurim(l7th king), in t h e first year of his reign. Since that, Buddhism has existed to present time, making lots of historically cultural matters. Originally, a buddhist temple area is a scared space which monks practice meditation. But nowadays a temple also provides a resting and sight-seeing place for visitors as it has historically cultural value. This study is a basic research to provide reasonably applicable development guideline for conserving of tradition in the korean buddhist temples. For this, We have researched the Songkwang-sa, Sunam-sa, Hwaum-sa, Chuneun-sa, Baegyang-sa located in Ghonnam Province. The study consists of three parts. The first considers what is the discord elements and how many discord 'elements are in the researched temples. The second classifies types of discord elements, defines the boundary according to religious hierarchy, and analyzes them. The third asks visitors a question about whether they cognize discord elements, and about a degree of harmony of the discord elements and tradition.

        원주지역에서 발생한 비외상성 심정지의 일주변화

        To estimate the quality of the emergency medical services system of Wonju City, we studied the diurnal variations of 179 non-traumatic cardiac arrest victims who received cardiopulmonary reuscitation at the emergency center of Wonju Christian Hospital. Diurnal variations of non-traumatic cardiac arrest patients were as follows ; The occurence of cardiac arrest at day-time was higher than night-time; 18 cases (11%) from midnight to AM 4, 25 cases (14%) from AM 4 to AM 8, 42 cases (24%) from AM 8 to AM 12, 46 cases (25%) from AM 12 to PM 4, 35 cases (19%) from PM 4 to PM 8, 13 cases (7%) from PM 8 to midnight. Witness cardiac arrest was increased more during the day than night ; 40% from midnight to AM 4, 48% from AM 4 to AM 8, 57% from AM 8 to AM 12.52% from AM 12 to PM 4, 60% from PM 4 to PM 8, 38% from PM 8 to midnight. The transportation time at night-time cardiac arrest was more longer than day-time cardiac arrest ; 30±12mins from midnight to AM 4, 26±9mins from AM 4 to AM 8, 27±12mins AM 8 to Am 12, 25±11mins from AM 12 to PM 4, 25±9mins from PM 4 to PM 8, 35±15mins from PM 8 to midnight. The rate of restoration of spontaneous circulation(ROSC) in day-time cardiac arrest was higher than the night-time cardiac arrest ; 30% from midnight to AM 4, 36% from AM 4 to AM 8, 32% AM 8 to AM 12, 44% from AM 12 to PM 4, 41% from PM 4 to PM 8, 15% from PM 8 to midnight. The survival rate of cardiac arrest has been correlated with collapse time, early bystander CPR, early advanced care. To improve outcome for prehospital cardiac arrest, we concluded that early bystander CPR, and early advanced life support should be performed at the scene and during the transportation especially at night.

        This study presents fundamental data to design for the safe and comfortable road. and to reduce traffic accidents by performing cognition analysis and Factor Analysis of drivers. The results obtained are summarized as follow : 1. According to analysis of investigated road design elements, most drivers have low cognition level in alinement elements of road design. So drivers have to get more information than now about alinement elements of road design, 2. When we design road, it is proved that alinement as well as safety is so important to drivers. Therefore we should design road considering drivers` characteristics.

        This is the first phase of study concerning the transformation phenomena in urban housing to find the possibility of architectural approaches through the architectural and other historical data analysis in solving problems of urban substandard settlement. Substandard housing complicated with social and economic elements has been the obstacles to the advancement in the function of city for a long time. The Purpose of present study is mainly to ascertain the possibility of systematic hierarchy in architectural approaches toward urban substandard settlement by analyzing both previous architectural and non-architectural research data and thus to delineate some separate periods. As a result, a few architectural programs of future orientation within the framework of a more comprehensive system will be suggested.

      • 뇌간을 침범한 고혈압성 뇌병증 1예

        Hypertensive encephalopathy is a medical emergency of which clinical manifestations are associated with bilateral posterior cerebral lesions. However, neuroimaging findings have been reported in only a few cases. We describe a case of hypertensive encephalopathy in which high blood pressure was accompanied by headache, generalized seizure and mental deterioration and T2 weighted magnetic resonance images showed hyperintense lesions in the pons and left occipital lobe. The lesions were nearly disappeared after stabilization of blood pressure, suggesting that induced edema could be the main cause of the MR imaging-observed hyperintensity.
