        거리의 도상성원리와 영어여격교체현상

        An Iconicity-theoretic Approach to the English Dative Alternation Construction Kim, Kwang-Hyun · Hwang, Kyu-Hong This paper aims to examine the semantic and structural differences between the double-object construction and its prepositional counterpart based on Haiman's (1980, 1983, 1985) iconicity theory. The alternation phenomena have attracted a great deal of attention, and a range of proposals have been put forward to account for them. In particular, an attempt has been made among the majority of scholars to differentiate the double-object construction and its corresponding dative construction by resorting to the differences in verb meaning and those in relation between arguments. To achieve the above goal, in this paper, we attempt to identify the subtle meaning differences between the two constructions by way of the distance principle of the iconicity theory: "the linguistic distance between expressions corresponds to the conceptual distance between them." Namely, we argue that the double-object construction is used when the agent and the recipient are conceptually close, while the dative counterpart is used when the conceptual distance between the two is remote. This line of approach seems to be appealing in that it can explain the differences between the constructions more explicitly and systematically and in that it can also account for other alternation phenomena such as locative and conative constructions in a similar context.

        Furoxan derivatives containing naphthyl group was designed and synthesised as pohtochemical nitric oxide precussor. Naphthyl furoxan 4 was prepared by the [2+3] cycloaddition of the nitrile oxide generated in situ from the iminoyl chloride 3. The preparation of iminoyl chloride 3 was proceeded from naphthyl aldehyde 1 by the reaction with N-chlorosuccinimide following oxime formation. Naphthyl furoxan 4 was irradiated on 300 nm in CH2Cl2 to give alkyne 5 confirming NO generation.

      • 꽃게껍질로 제조된 키토산의 항균효과

        고분자당류인 chitosan은 가식성 포장제, 항암제, 생물응집제, 항균물질 등으로 폭넓은 이용성을 갖는다. 다량으로 폐기되고 있는 갑각류의 껍질을 효율적으로 이용하게 위하여 꽃게 껍질에서 chitin을 분리정제한 후 탈아세틸화하여 chitosan을 제조하였다. 제조된 chitosan중에서 분자량 42,000이 Escherichia coli O157:NM에 항균력이 가장 우수하였다. 이들 결과로 부터 각종 식중독균에 대하여 항균력을 조사하였다 항균력시험으로 부터 식중독균 중에서 Gram음성균 보다 양성균에 대하여 효과적이 였으며, Gram음성균 중에서도 균종에 따라 상이한 항균력을 보였다. Chitosan was well known as an available material preparing for edible film, antiturmor agent, biocoagulant, and antimicrobiotics etc. For the effective use of Crustacean shell, chitin was prepared from the shell of Blue crab, and chitosan was made through the deacetylation of above chitin. Prepared chitosan with 42,000 M.W. showed most antibacterial effect for Escherichia coli O157 : NM. From this result, chitosan was tested its antibacterial reaction for some Gram prositive and negative food-poisoning bacteria. Antibacterial effect of chitosan was more higher for Gram positive bacteria than Gram negative bacteria and its antibacterial reactions were different for species of Gram negative bacteria.

      • 瑕疵擔保責任의 本質에 관한 一考察

        The problem of defective security responsibility is one of the most important in the responsible legal system of civil law. About this, our present civil law has only several provisions and their ambiguity is bringing about many discussion in interpretation. about all the theory of essence is the main issue. In regard to the theory of essence, the theory of legal responsibility and the theory of the responsibility of non-fulfillment of obligation are contrasted and the former os supported incapability as a logic reason. Mainly, the theory of legal responsibility takes that of a certain subject dogma and primitive. But this causes the inconsistence with the provisions of civil law, Even though the theory is looking for the logical reason in the governer's claim night of Rome law, not inheritated historically. The theory of legal responsibility based on the law of Rome cannot admit of being applied and the theory results in the over-estimation of sellers, causing the problem of distribution of profits. Therefore, the essence of defective security responsibility should be that of non-fulfillment of obligation. If so, we can interprete indefinite subject transaction, sort-transaction, and defective security responsibility, etc. Generally and consistently and the security responsibility of all the profitable contracts can be accounted for and consistent with the worldwide legislature trend. But as an effect of defective security responsibility, there remains the problem of the range of compensation there remains the problem of the range of compensation for damage and non-fulfillment of general obligation.

        김치의 장기 저장을 위한 살균시기에 관한 연구

        To develop a komchi with high sensory quality and storage stability, the optimum pasteurization time and temperature were investigated. Sliced kimchi with different acidity (0.3,0.5 and 0.8%) was prepared and pasteurized at 65 or 75℃, then the microbiological (number of total aerobic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, and yeasts), physicochemical, and sensory changes were measured. The viable counts of total aerobes, lactic acid bacteria, and yeasts as well as valued of pH and acidity changed rapidly in control. However, the growth of microorpanisms was controlled by pasteurization tratments, and the changes of pH and acidity in the treated kimcji were smaller than those of control, although acidity of the samples was different at the initial state. The sensory results indicated that the overall quality of kimchi samples pasteutized at 0.3 or 0.8% acidity was relatively lower than for samples at 0.5% acidity. particularly, kimchi pasteuriaed at 65℃ were high scored in quality attributes compared to the other samples, with preserving a desirable flavor during whole storage period.

      • 니트로크라이센 유도체의 합성에 관한 연구

        In an attempt to provide a useful light-emitting material in the organic electroluminescence diode, nitrochrysene 5 was prepared by the nitration of the tetrahydrochrysene 4 using dinitrogen tetraoxide as a key step. The chrysene 4 was obtained from the methyl cinnamate in 3 steps. The mono-nitration was confirmed by the IR, ^1H-NMR and ^13C-NMR spectra of chrysene 5. The results suggest that the synthetic methods for the nitrochrysene 5 is applicable to the synthesis of various chrysene derivatives containing donor-acceptor groups at 2, 8-positions.

      • 단축질소제거공정에서의 C/N비에 따른 N₂O발생 특성에 대한 연구

        Nitrous oxide(N₂O) is produced as by-production of nitrogen removal system from wastewater and associated with many parameter(such as DO, pH, Temperature, C/N ratio, accumulation of nitrite etc...). Especially SBNR (Shortcut Biological Nitrogen Removal) process have high potential of N₂0 production, but research about this relationship is insufficient. Ammonia concentration of Influent was 600 ppm and 2 sets of reactor (for A/O process and SBNR process) were used. Based on the results of this study A/O process (conventional nitrification and denitrification) was effected by C/N ratio but SBNR process did not. And N₂O production of BSNR oxic tank was observed constantly.
