Omeprazol과 β-Cyclodextrin, Hydroxypropyl-β-Cyclodextrin 의 포접화합물에 대한 적혈구 손상 및 변이원성시험 연구

Omeprazol의 산에 대한 안정성을 개선시키고 목적하는 부위에서의 방출을 자유롭게 조절할 수 있으며 약리작용이 우수하고 부작용이 감소된 새로운 형태의 Omeprazol 유도체를 개발하고자 β-cyclodextrin 과 Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin을 이용한 포접화합물을 제조하여 적혈구 손상 및 변이원성 여부를 조사하였다. 적혈구 용혈현상은 Kahn 등의 방법에 의해 측정한 결과 본 실험용량과 배양시간에 관계없이 적혈구 손상을 일으키지 않았다. 또한 Salmonella typhimurium TA98, TA100을 사용하여 Dorothy M. Maron and Bruce N. Ames의 mutagenecity test 중 plate incorporation test 방법으로 실시힌 결과 직접법 또는 대사활성법에서 음성으로 나타났다. Inclusion complex of omeprazol with β-cyclodextrin and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin were prepared by coprecipitation and freeze-drying method respectively. Effects of these inclusion complex on RBCs were monitored with a spectrophotometer by the method of Kahan et al. and the mutagenic activity based on the Ames plate incorporation test in the presence and absence of liver microsomal enzyme(S9 fraction) using Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and TA100. The RBCs hemolysis and mutagenic activity of these complex were not detected.

AC powder electroluminescence(EL) device consists of seven layers : PET substrate, transparent electrode, phosphor layer, dielectric layer, two layer metal electrodes and protective layer. Etch layer needs to control to improve electrical and optical properties. Both phosphor and dielectric layer among them is more important to increase its properties. For long-time reliability, proper choices of passivation and sealing material are essential. In this paper, influence of phosphor and dielectric layer thickness on EL performance is studied. Type of cellulos is selected as a sealing material to avoid moisture. To add two type of plasticizer to resin improves flexibility and passivation of EL devices. Through this experiments, technologies of fabrication low-cost thick film EL device can be established.

This paper focuses on user convenience, safety, and security to remotely notify an alarm with sound(auditory) and light(visual) for the alarm function when indoor/outdoor help is needed for the visually impaired, deaf, and children. proposed, designed, and manufactured a circuit configuration with a remote control function added without temporal and spatial restriction, and confirmed its applicability. In the future, children and the visually/hearing-impaired will also test whether the proposed device can be controlled remotely.

당밀의 첨가가 오적산박 사일리지의 품질 및 한국재래산양에 대한 기호성을 조사하기 위하여 두가지 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 Ⅰ에서는 오적산박에 당밀을 0, 0.5 및 1.0% 첨가하여 사일리지를 제조하였고, 실험 Ⅱ에서는 오적산박 사일리지의 기호성을 조사하기 위하여 9두의 우리나라 재래산양을 공시하여 당밀 첨가수준별 및 옥수수 사일리지와의 섭취량을 비교하였다. 실험 Ⅰ에서는 당밀의 첨가에 의하여 젖산함량이 유의하게 많아지고, pH와 낙산은 낮게 나타났다. 당밀의 첨가로 사일리지액의 유산균배지 배양시험에 있어 총균수는 증가하였고, 곰팡이 균주는 감소하였다. 그리고 당밀의 첨가에 따라 체외 건물 소실율이 증가하였다. 실험 Ⅱ에서는 당밀의 첨가가 사일리지 건물섭취량에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못 하였으며, 오적산박 사일리지는 옥수수 사일리지에 비하여 기호성이 좋았다. 결론적으로 오적산박 사일리지에 대한 당밀의 첨가수준은 1% 정도면 품질을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 체외 소화율도 개선할 수 있다고 생각된다.
Melatonin modulates adiponectin expression on murine colitis with sleep deprivation

<P><B>AIM</B></P><P>To determine adiponectin expression in colonic tissue of murine colitis and systemic cytokine expression after melatonin treatments and sleep deprivation.</P><P><B>METHODS</B></P><P>The following five groups of C57BL/6 mice were used in this study: (1) group I, control; (2) group II, 2% DSS induced colitis for 7 d; (3) group III, 2% DSS induced colitis and melatonin treatment; (4) group IV, 2% DSS induced colitis with sleep deprivation (SD) using specially designed and modified multiple platform water baths; and (5) group V, 2% DSS induced colitis with SD and melatonin treatment. Melatonin (10 mg/kg) or saline was intraperitoneally injected daily to mice for 4 d. The body weight was monitored daily. The degree of colitis was evaluated histologically after sacrificing the mice. Immunohistochemical staining and Western blot analysis was performed using anti-adiponectin antibody. After sampling by intracardiac punctures, levels of serum cytokines were measured by ELISA.</P><P><B>RESULTS</B></P><P>Sleep deprivation in water bath exacerbated DSS induced colitis and worsened weight loss. Melatonin injection not only alleviated the severity of mucosal injury, but also helped survival during stressful condition. The expression level of adiponectin in mucosa was decreased in colitis, with the lowest level observed in colitis combined with sleep deprivation. Melatonin injection significantly (<I>P</I> < 0.05) recovered the expression of adiponectin. The expression levels of IL-6 and IL-17 were increased in the serum of mice with DSS colitis but decreased after melatonin injection.</P><P><B>CONCLUSION</B></P><P>This study suggested that melatonin modulated adiponectin expression in colonic tissue and melatonin and adiponectin synergistically potentiated anti-inflammatory effects on colitis with sleep deprivation.</P>

In this paper, it is possible to remotely control security according to the increase of single-person households, in addition, user convenience, safety, and security that improve air quality in the (closed) space and automatically open and close when harmful gas is generated are not limited in time and space. this thesis proposes, designs, and manufactures a circuit configuration with a remote control function, and confirms its applicability. In the future, the disabled and the elderly will also test whether the proposed device can be controlled remotely.
