The purpose of this study was to examine EMG changes of the body according to method the holding during carrying object. The experiments were conducted with utilizing EMG analyses for five male and five female adults as subjects. The results were as followed. 1. The higher muscle action potential of vertical holding was shown than that of right holding when carrying objects in MMH work in proportion to the weight of the object. The came from the subjects using their brachial muscles much to maintain the angles of their wrist joints and elbow joints for keeping their stable postures while walking. 2. The higher muscle action potential of right holding was shown in right and left elector-muscles of their spines(L1-L2, L4-L5) while carrying in all stages of weights except 25kg objects than that of vertical holding. These results were caused from more use of brachial muscles than elector-muscles of spines in carrying weight objects. So vertical holding is more effective in carrying weight objects at a short distance than right holding.
PROBLEMS IN INVERSE SCATTERING-ILLPOSEDNESS, RESOLUTION, LOCAL MINIMA, AND UNIQUENESSE

The shape and the distribution of material construction of the scatterer may be obtained from its scattered fields by the iterative inversion in the spectral domain. The illposedness, the resolution, and the uniqueness of the inversion are the key problems in the inversion and inter-related. The illposedness is shown to be caused by the evanescent modes which carries and amplifies exponentially the measurement errors in the back-propagation of the measured scattered fields. By filtering out all the evanescent modes in the cost functional defined as the squared difference between the measured and the calculated spatial spectrum of the scattered fields from the iteratively chosen medium parameters of the scatterer, one may regularize the illposedness of the inversion in the expense of the resolution. There exist many local minima of the cost functional for the inversion of the large and the high-contrast scatterer and the hybrid algorithm combining the genetic algorithm and the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm is shown to find efficiently its global minimum. The resolution of reconstruction obtained by keeping all the propating modes and filtering out the evanescent modes for the regularization becomes 0.5 wavelength. The super resolution may be obtained by keeping the evanescent modes when the measurement error and instance, respectively, are small and near.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We prepared a high-concentration suspension of boron nitride (BN) nanoplates stabilized with benzyl alcohol (B-BN) in epoxy resin as a polymer composite adhesive for a highly efficient heat dissipation. At a BN concentration of 40 wt%, the polymer composite with B-BN exhibited a high thermal conductivity (<I>κ</I> = 1.51 W/m·K at 25 °C) comparable to that of a composite with bulk BN and significantly higher than that of a composite with a chemically modified BN (S-BN). Furthermore, the concentration of B-BN in the epoxy resin was increased to 46 wt% without a significant increase in viscosity, leading to a further improvement in the thermal conductivity to 2.11 W/m·K. The epoxy resin with B-BN exhibited a low coefficient of thermal expansion and high effective modulus owing to the strong affinity to the epoxy. Finally, we recycled benzyl alcohol more than 10 times for the preparation of B-BN, which may reduce the manufacturing cost and environmental pollution. Background: Laser toning using a low-fluence 1,064 nm Q-switched Nd:YAG laser is one of the most frequently used treatment modalities for melasma. However, this therapy is time consuming because it requires a lot of treatment sessions. Recently, it has been reported that transdermal radiofrequency (RF) is effective for the treatment of melasma. Objective: To determine whether microneedle RF conduction could be an adjunct therapy for melasma, we have studied the effect of simultaneous treatments with laser toning and RF for melasma. Methods: Fifteen patients with melasma underwent five sessions of laser toning and microneedle RF on the right side of the face, and only laser toning on the left side. Responses to treatments were evaluated using the Mexameter<sup>Ⓡ</sup> (Courage Khazaka, Germany) score, the pigmentation and severity index (PSI) score, and the patient’s overall assessment. Additionally, an electron microscopic study of a skin biopsy was performed. Results: Both laser toning and combination therapy showed significant decreases in the Mexameter<sup>Ⓡ</sup> and PSI score after five treatment sessions. Combination therapy showed a more significant improvement of melasma than laser toning. No remarkable side effects were reported. Electron microscopic analysis showed a greater number of vacuolar changes and increased loosening of melanocytes and adjacent epidermal cells after combination therapy. Conclusion: The combination treatment of laser toning and microneedle RF therapy showed a better therapeutic effect for melasma than laser toning alone. Therefore, the microneedle RF technique could be a new and safe adjunct therapy for the treatment of melasma. (Ann Dermatol 31(2) 133∼138, 2019)
