계피, 계지 및 계심의 규격 및 품질평가법에 관한 연구

계피, 계지와 계심은 해열, 진통의 목적으로 사용되는 생약애다. 본 연구에서 cinnamaldehyde, cinnamic.acid,총탄닌 띤 정유에 대하여 분석하였다. 그 결과는, 1) 이 들 생약의 각 met'hanoi추출물과 ether추출물의 핀PLC 크로마토그램 양상은 서로 비슷하였다. 2) Methanol추출물과 ether추출물의 cinBamic acid 함량은 거의 비슷하였으나, cinnamaldehyde 함량은 ether추출물에서 더 많이 검출되었다. 3) 이 들 생약의 정운추출물을 GC와 GC/MSD로 분석한 결과 cinnamaldehyde가 주성분으로 검토되었다.또한 methanol추출물과 methanol에 웅해한 cinnamaldehyde 표준액에셔 rnethoxycinnamic acid로 추전되는 성분으로 변화하는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 시간이 지남에 따라 이 성분의 함량이 점점 증가함을 관찰할 수 있었다. 4) Folia-Denis법에 의하여 계피와 계지에서 총탄닌을 둔석한 결과 계피에서는 2.4~ 13.2%, 계지에서는 5.1-10.8%로 검출되었다. 중국에서 수입되는 계피에서는 7.2~9.1%, 베트남에서 수입되는 4.4~9.5%로 검출되었다. Cinuarnomi Cortex, Cinnamomi Ramulus and Cassino Cortex Interior are used as an antipyretic, anodyne eft. The contents of cinnamald☞hyde, cinnamic acid and total tannins as well as theamount of essential oil were assayed in this study. The results were as follows ; 1) The HPLC chro.matograms of methanol extract from these herb drugs were very similar to those ofether extract. 2) The contents of cinnamic acid between methanol and ether extract were almost same, but the con-tents of cinnamaldehyde in ether extract were higher than 1,hose in methanol extract. 3) eC and GC/MSD analyses of essential oil derived from these herb drugs revealed thatcinnamaldehyde was the main component and a unknown peak presumed to be rnethoxycinnamic acidwas found from methanol stock solutions of cinnamaldehyde and these herb drugs. The amount of thiscomponent was increased according to the time elapsed. 4) Total tannin contents assayed by Folin-Denis method in Cinnamomi Cortex and CinnamomiRamulus were determined as 2.4~13.2% and 5.1 ~10.8%, respectively, and total tannin contents ofCinnamomi Cortex from China and Vietnam were also determined as 7.2~9.1% and 4.4~9.5%,respectifely.

In this paper, interleaved boost converter is applied as a pre-regulator in switch mode power supply. Interleaved Boost Power Factor Preregulator(IBPFP) can reduce input current ripple as a simple voltage control loop only without inner current loop, because input current is divided each 50% by two switching devices. IBPFP can be classified as three cases from duty ratio condition in continuous current mode and be carried out state space averaging small signal modeling. According to modeling, the PID controller is applied and voltage control loop is constructed for suitable design condition. From frequency domain analysis, it is verified that control system is satisfied with design condition of switch mode power supply.
인간의 초자 연골 세포와 탄성 연골 세포를 이용한 조직공학적 연골 형성

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of different type of PLGA scaffolds on the formation of human auricular and septal cartilages. The scaffolds were formed in tubular shape from 110,000g/mol PLGA(poly lactic glycolic acid) and 220,000g/mol one Elastic cartilage was taken from the ear of a patient aged under 20 years old and hyaline cartilage from the nasal septum The chondrocytes cells were then isolated by Klausburn method After second passages, the chondrocytes were seeded on the PLGA scaffolds followed by in vitro culture for one week The cells-PLGA scaffold complex was implanted at the back of nude mouses for 8 weeks. The tissue engineered cartilages were separated from nude mouse and examined histologically after staining with the Hematoxylin Eosin and Verhoeff. The formation of extracellular matnx and the porosity of the scaffolds were examined by scanning electron microscopy The pores were well formed and uniformly distributed in both 110,000g/mol and 220,000g/mol one And hyaline cartilage was proliferated better in vitro culture than elastic cartilage After 8 weeks in vivo culture, cartilage was well formed with 110,000g/mol PLGA, however lumen was collapsed in contrast with 220,000g/mol PLGA scaffold, neocartilage was formed in minimal amount while the architecture of scaffold was well preserved. Elastic cartiiage seems to be better than hyaline one in terms of neocartilage formation. Form the analysis after Verhoeff staining the cartilages, the neocartilage from elastic cartilage was proved to be elastic cartilage. In summary, there was no significant difference between elastic cartilage and hyaline cartilage in their morphologies, proliferation rates and the degree of cartilage formation since they were tissue engineered, however marked difference was found in neocartilage formation and preservation of scaffold architecture between 110,000g/mol PLGA scaffold and 220,000 one From the present findings, it is concluded that the influence of scaffold materials is significantly higher than that of different types of cells on the formation of new tissues.

N/A Objective: Acute Renal Failure is a clinical syndrome characterized by a sudden decrease in renal function which was previously normal. Despite advances in medical care, prognosis in ARF is variable according to the influence of demographic factors, severity of ARF, nature of disease causing ARF, coexisting disease, treatments applied, and complications. We studied the recent changes of clinical feature of ARF. Mcthods: We studied retrospectively 245 patients with ARF who had been hospitalized at Kyung Hee University Hospital between February 1988 and March 1993. Results: 1) Male to female sex ratio was 1.8:1, and the incidence was high in above fifth decade (67.8%). 2) Acute renal failure was classified, according to clinical background, into medical group 79.6% (195 cases) and surgical group 20.4% (50 cases), and oliguric group 40.8% (100 cases) and non-oliguric group 59.2% (145 cases). 3) Acute renal failure due to medical causes included ARF by hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (25.6%), drugs and chemicals (17.9%), sepsis (17.4%) and systemic infection (7.7%) etc. ARF due to surgical causes included ARF by multiple trauma (34%), various surgical procedures (30%), surgical sepsis (14%), burn (12%) etc. 4) During admission, the expired patients had more severe biochemical and clinical characteristics including high BUN and serum potassium (p<0.01), lower serum albumin (p<0,01) than those of survivor. 5) Infections as the cause of ARF were 107 cases (43.7%), which included hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome 50 cases, sepsis 31 cases, urinary tract infection 7 cases and respiratory tract infection 6 cases etc. The most common infecting organism was Hantavizus (50.5%). There was a greater number of gram-negative organisms than gram-positive organisms (34.1% vs 9.9%). 6) The overall mortality rate in patients with ARF was 31.4Fo. The presumptive causes of death were underlying disease (59.7%) such as sepsis, acute poisoning, cardiogenic and hypovolemic shock, and respiratory failure (14.3%), hyperkalemia (9.1%), pulmonary edeme (6.5%), and metabolic aidosis (2.6%) in order of frequency. 7) The highest mortality rate was 42.6% in patients above 50 years old. Mortality rate in patients with ARF due to surgical causes (52.0%) was significantly high than that of medical causes (26.2%) (p<0.05). Among the expired patients, oliguric group was 72.7%. In conclusion, there have been major trends in the clinical features of acute renal failure in this study. Especially, significant increase in the number of elderly patients, non-oliguric patients, and medical causes such as hemarrhagic fever with renal syndrome or sepsis were observed. Survival rate significantly decreased with increasing age, in acute renal failure by surgical causes, in oligurie patients, and in the presence of complicating factors such as sepsis or shock.
