두개천골요법과 기공에서 에너지⋅기에 대한 역할과 의미 고찰

This study is to examine the roles and meaning of energy or Qi in clinical application of craniosacral therapy (CST) and Qigong. The results of the research are as follows. First, while CST has a tendency of alternative medicine bacause it is based on osteopathological manual therapy, Qigong shows a strong inclination of psychosomatic discipline because it focuses on learning and controlling Qi by oneself. Second, CST in the roles of energy is used for the purpose of improving diagnostic ability or transmitting therapeutic energy in order to enhance healing powers. On the other hand, Qigong mainly focuses on the control and management of Qi and pursues improvement of physical health and mental capacity depending on the maturity of Qi. Third, both CST and Qigong understands Qi or energy as the medium of vital phenomenon and aim at recovering homeostasis of the human body and improving mental and physical health using this medium. Therefore, as CST uses less energy than Qi Gong, availability and value of CST will be enhanced if the advantages of CST are maintained and its energy aspect is emphasized and applied well. 이 연구는 두개천골요법(CST)과 기공의 임상적 활용에 있어서 에너지 또는 기의 응용에 초점을 맞추어 이에 대한 역할과 의미를 고찰하고자 하였다. 주 요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, CST는 정골의학식 수기요법에 기반을 두고 있어 대체의학적 성향이 있다. 반면에 기공은 기를 스스로 터득하고 조절하는 데 중심을 두고 있어 심신수련법으로써 성향이 강하다. 두 번째, 에너지의 역 할에서 CST는 치유능력을 높이기 위한 진단능력 향상이나 치료적 에너지 전 송을 목적으로 활용한다. 반면에 기공은 주로 기의 조절 및 운용에 초점을 두 고 기의 성숙도에 따라 자신의 신체건강 및 정신능력 향상을 추구한다. 세 번 째, CST와 기공은 기 또는 에너지를 생명현상의 매개체 역할로 이해하고 이 매개체를 활용하여 인체의 항상성 회복과 심신건강의 증진을 목표로 하는데 공통점이 있다. 따라서 CST는 기공에 비해 에너지 활용 측면이 다소 미약하 므로 CST의 장점은 유지하면서 에너지 측면을 충분히 강조하고 응용한다면 CST의 활용성과 가치를 높이는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine circumstances related to falls in patients who had a fall, and identify fall risk factors among inpatients with dementia in long-term care hospitals. Methods: Eighty-four patients who experienced a fall were matched with 168 control patients by gender, age, and length of hospital stay. Data were collected from patients' medical records and fall reports, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, x2 test, Fisher's exact test, and logistic regression analysis with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: Incidence of falls was 12.6/100 persons/year. Of the 84 patients who experienced a fall, 42.9% fell once, 16.7% fell twice, and 40.5% fell three or more. In the fall group, falls commonly occurred during nurses' day duty (42.3%). The most common causes of falls were walking (54.9%), and loss of balance (56.7%). The fall risk factors which predicted fall occurrence were arrhythmia, urinary problems, unstable gait, behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia, the use of diuretics and antidepressant drugs, dependence on a caregiver, use of a hospital bed and patients at high-risk for a fall. Conclusion: These findings can be used to develop fall risk assessment tools and fall prevention programs for inpatients with dementia in long-term care hospitals.

The purpose of this study was to make the basic data for the managing and improving the nurse's performance appraisal, and also to get the useful data for changing to the future development-oriented performance appraisal and making the plans for the effective and comprehensive personnel organization in the general hospital's nurse organization. The data were collected by self-rating questionnaires to total 513 nurses, which consisted of 36 appraiser of head nurses and 477 nurses of employee, from March 10 to March 30, 2003. The study questionnaire was made by total 35 items in which 6 items about the general characteristics of the involving nurses, and 21 items for the management and 8 items for the improvement of the performance appraisal that originally developed by Young-Hee Kwon(1999) and partially modified and added by author. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS/PC+ program(Version 10.0); frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, and x2-test were calculated. A P value of 0.05 or less was considered significant. The results were as follows: 1. Realities of the Management System on the Nurse's Performance Appraisal in Target Hospital Most of subjects understood the important object of performance appraisal as the basic data for the promotion to better position in the hospital. The degree of satisfaction about the results of performance appraisal as for the agreement and fairness was significantly higher in appraisors than employees. For the management of the performance appraisal, the education or training was insufficient in appraisors, the method of data collection was direct, indirect observation way and the most frequent rate of necessary time for evaluation was under 10 minutes, and the most frequent error of performance appraisal was appeared in the years of work. The lack of understanding for the items, frequency and opportunity of the performance appraisal was presented in employees. Also, the information about the performance appraisal from the department of nurse was lacked and the interview with head nurse during the evaluation was insufficient in employees. 2. Ideas for The Improvement of System of The Performance Appraisal The most high frequency opinion about the useful application of the performance appraisal results was that it should be used as a basic data for the promotion of position and self-development of the abilities in appraisors, and used for self-development of abilities and motivation of individuals in employees. The ideal method of performance appraisal was responded as that head nurses and their colleague should be reevaluated by chief of department of nurse in appraisors, while the data from head nurse and colleague should be added up by chief administrator in employees. The adequate frequency of evaluation was responded as 2 times a year in both groups. As for providing the information before evaluation, the rate of agreement was high in both groups. The method of interview by individual contact was responded similarly as necessary or unnecessary in appraisors, while responded as necessary in employees. As the results of this study, the problems of current system of the performance appraisal were: first, the lack of education and training about the performance appraisal; second, the lack of providing information previously to employees and lack of way of participation into the evaluation by employees; third, lack of mutual understanding of the system of performance appraisal by both appraisors and employees. For the improvement of above problems, the author suggested that it should make the more effective system of performance appraisal by education and training of appraisors, increasing the interpersonal understanding between appraisors and employees by showing the results of evaluation, and increasing motivation to improve and develop the nurse's abilities of duty performance.
요양병원 요양보호사의 치매노인에 대한 낙상 지식, 낙상예방 자기효능감이 낙상예방행위 및 낙상관리행위에 미치는 영향

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of fall-related knowledge and fall prevention self-efficacy of care-givers working in long-term care hospitals on fall prevention behaviors and fall management behaviors for older adults with dementia. Methods: Participants were 125 care-givers working in long-term care hospitals. Data were collected with structured questionnaires from August 7 to 14, 2018. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0. Results: Fall prevention self-efficacy influence fall prevention behaviors(β=.55, p<.001), while fall-related knowledge impacted fall management behaviors(β=.43, p<.001). Conclusions: The results suggest that an education program for fall prevention of older adults with dementia in long-term care hospitals should focus on improving the fall-related knowledge and fall prevention self-efficacy of care-givers to increase both the fall prevention behaviors and fall management behaviors of care-givers.

李白作品中鳥類是最重要的題材之一.他不但特別愛好鳥,而且親自養過各種鳥,所以對鳥類很有瞭解.因此在他的心目中對鳥類塑造了特殊的審美意識,而以那獨特的審美意識吟詠出很多佳作. 李白對於鳥的審美意識有獨創之處,亦有繼承先代傳統的意像之處.李白作品中頻繁出現詩經等古典作品中提過的鳥類意像及比喩. 他用鳥類比喩了人類社會,援用有關鳥類的審美意識,容易讓作品內容更加深切而豐富.他用鳥類諷刺了人間事. 李白作品中提到的鳥類名稱有一白餘篇,鳥類有六十餘種.這鳥類大致分爲兩種:一種是在傳說或民談及神話裏提過的想像中的鳥,;一種是現實中的鳥.傳說和口碑文學中的鳥帶有中國獨特的傳統審美意識,這點在李白作品中充分得表現出來.鳳凰與鵬鳥是其代表. 在李白作品中鳳凰是最頻繁出現的鳥類, 而以鳳凰比喩高尚的人格及儒敎理想. 其次頻繁出現的就是鵬鳥, 以此比喩豪邁俊逸的志士氣像. 現實中的鳥有兩種, 一類是白鷗, 鴙, 白鳩, 黃鶴等, 以此比喩正義之士, 一種是鷹類, 群鷄, 鷃, 烏類 等, 以此比喩帶有不義的奸臣小人之輩. 詩人在寫作的時候一般懷著對自然和人生深切的愛戴之心,從這點看來,偉大浪漫的詩人李白對於自然的愛護是深切而獨特的.他特別把活生生的鳥類當做愛護對象或比喩對象. 在欣賞文學作品時,最重要的是文學作品帶給讀者的對人生的某一種影響.筆者相信欣賞李白作品的人都會感受到心動的感覺,而可以享受到快樂浪漫的人生之趣.欣賞李白的作品時可以享受浪漫人生和美滿自然,使得擴大欣賞作品的眼光而能提高人生質量的.這是文學的最重要、最有意義的功能.

In the age of globalization, the meaning of national literature is up-to-dately considered. While the superior English literature has an international and universal tendancy in the cyber-world, the education of national literature has to be carried out in the various forms and in the international point of view. The literature education in the international point of view can be executed by the methodology of comparative literature. Because fields and contents of comparative literature has universality that is associated with the age of multiculturalism. Also as the research of comparative- literature-institutes progresses actively, it contributes to the international cultural diplomacy. An education of national literature in methodology of comparative literature, we can get following effects. 1. We can let younger generation understand the concept of literature as comparative in various viewpoints. 2. We can let younger generation understand broadly world literature and phenomena of international literature, and then can recognize the real appearance and place of the Korean literature. 3. We can let younger generation recreate our national literature as international point of view. 4. The media literature let caber generation, younger generation can give proper method in succeeding to traditional theme. (Daegu University)
