BGA(Ball Grid Array types of package)와 CPS(Chip Scale Packages)는 QFP(Quad Flat Packages)를 대체하는 기술로 인정되고 있다. 볼을 탑재하는 장치는 기존에 진공 - 흡입장치가 많이 사용되어 왔다. 시소 타입 로더에서는 플래이트의 각도와 카트리지의 속도가 중요한 요소로 간주된다. 본 연구에서는 이에 대한 최적 속도와 각도를 제안하였다. With the trends of the recent micro-miniaturization of mutimedia and information equipment, electronic components packaging technology is playing a key role in production technology. BGA(Ball Grid Array thpes of package) and CSP(Chip Scale Packages) are replacing QFT(Quad Flat Packages). Vacuum-suction type loader is a popular loading device. For the seesaw type loader, the velocity fo cartridge and the angle of plate are very important elements. In this study, the optimal values of the velocity and the angle are proposed for the seesaw type loader.

To investigate psychopathoIogy and executive functions of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) children according to intelligence level, this study included 197 ADHD children who visited the outpatient department of neuropsychiatry of YeungNam University Medical Center, from July 2000 to June 2002. The children were divided into groups based on their intelligence levels. They were compared by the Personality Inventory for Children (PIC), Conncers' Continuous Performence Test (CPT), and Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST). There were significant differences in PIC, on the subscales of verbal development, socialization and autism. In the CPT, there was no significant difference. In the WCST, there were significant differences in the total number of errors, the number of perseverative errors, the number of completed categories and the number of trials needed to complete the first category. Considering these results, the intelligence level of ADHD children is related to their disabilities and behavioral symptoms.Executive functions such as abstract thinking, categorization, working memory and flexibility had significant relationship to the intelligence levels of ADHD children. Therefore, the intelligence level of children with ADHD influences the higher executive functions of regulating attention and information processing rather than attentional functions and capacity alone.
Three Species of Microlepidoptera (Lepidoptera) New to Korea

From a result of the faunal study for microlepidoptera in Korea, three species are reported for the first time from Korea: Agnoea josephinae (Toll, 1956) of the family Lypusidae; Ochromolopis kaszabi Gaedike, 1973 of the family Epermeniidae; and Elachista kurokoi Parenti, 1983 of the family Elachistidae. Of them, two genera, Agnoea Walsingham and Ochromolopis Hübner, are reported for the first time from Korea. Adults and their genitalia for the first two species, A. josephinae and O. kaszabi, are given, but the last species, E. kurokoi with missing abdomen, is illustrated only with adult. Diagnostic characteristics with brief descriptions of the genitalia are also provided.

<P>Aramid nanofibers (ANFs), typically produced by exfoliating aramid microfibers (Kevlar) in alkaline media, exhibit excellent mechanical properties and have therefore attracted increased attention as nanoscale building blocks. However, the preparation of aramid microfibers involves laborious and hazardous processes, which limits the industrial-scale use of ANFs. This work describes a facile and direct monomer-to-ANF synthesis via an as-synthesized intermediate low-molecular-weight poly(<I>p</I>-phenylene terephthalamide) (PPTA) without requiring the environmentally destructive acids and high-order shearing processes. Under the employed conditions, PPTA immediately dissociates and self-assembles into ANFs within a time period of 15 h, which is much shorter than the time of 180 h (not including the Kevlar preparation time) required for the Kevlar-to-ANF conversion. Interestingly, the fabricated ANFs exhibit nanoscale dimensions and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) reinforcing effects similar to those of Kevlar-derived ANFs; i.e., a 1.5-fold TPU toughness improvement and a maximum ultimate tensile strength of 84 MPa are achieved at an ANF content of only 0.04 wt %. Remarkable reinforcement ability investigated by comprehensive analytical data comes from ANFs, which disturb ordered hydrogen bonding in hard segments and induce strain hardening along the elongation pathway. Thus, the developed approach paves the way to industrial-scale production of ANFs and related nanocomposites.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
Feasibility Study on KSNP Adaption of French Digital Protection System

Upgrade of nuclear power plant I&C systems by using digital technology has been implemented to overcome the obsolescence of existing equipment and improve plant availability in many advanced countries. For upgrade of the Plant Protection System(PPS) based on conventional analog technology in the UCN 3&4 and YGN 5&6, French modernized Digital Integrated Protection System(DIPS) with proven technology is reviewed and evaluated for the adaptability into PPS. This paper contains the results of feasibility study for the design of digital PPS using French DIPS technology. Based on the results of evaluations, the system architecture of digital PPS is designed and described.
Six Unrecorded Species of Micro-moths (Lepidoptera) from Korea

From a result of surveys on the biodiversity monitoring for moths in Korea, six species of micro-moths that were never known from Korea are reported here for the first time from this country. They are: Udea pseudocrocealis (South, 1901) of the family Crambidae, which has been known as endemic to Japan; Epinotia albiguttata (Oku, 1974) of the family Tortricidae, which was known belonging to Hikagehamakia Oku, 1974; and four species of the family Gelechiidae: Protoparachronistis concolor Omelko, 1986 and P. discedens Omelko, 1986, which were described from Primorisk, Russian Far East; Thiotricha pancratiastis Meyrick, 1921, which is known from Isl. Jejudo, and Thiotricha sp. which is being described in a separate paper. Here we provide images of adults and genitalia for the unrecorded species with a brief diagnosis.
