        Shaphylococcus enterotoxin B와 lipopolysaccharide를 작용시킨 사람 섬유아 세포에서 생성된 Transforming Growth Factor-β₁의 정량적 분석

        TGF-β1 is a potent chemotactic factor for inflammatory cells and fibroblasts. It also stimulates the celluar source and components of extracellular matrix and the production of proteinase inhibitors. Collectively, these biologic activities lead to the accumulation and stabilization of the nascent matrix, which is vital to infection control. The objective of this study is to investigate production of TGF-β in vitro fibroblast culture in the presence of Staphylococcus enterotoxin B(SEB) and/or lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and to elucidate the role of TGF-β1 which may be responsible for infection control. The fibroblasts were originated from gingiva and facial dermis in 26 year-old male patient. In the presence of LPS(0.01㎍, 0.1㎍, 1.0㎍), SEB(0.01㎍, 0.l㎍, 1.0㎍) respectively, cells(5×103ml) were cultivated in vitro. At 1, 3, and 5 days after incubation, cells were counted. Also, cells(2.5×105ml) were cultivated in EMEM with LPS(0.01, 0.1 and 1.0㎍), SEB(0.01, 0.1 and 1.0㎍) respectively and LPS(0.1㎍) and SEB (0.1㎍) in combination for 24,48, and 72 hours respectively. Culture supernatants were harvested at 1, 2, and 3 days after incubation period and triplicate culture supernatants were pooled and TGF-β1 was assayed in duplicate. The results were as follows. 1.In gingival fibroblast induced with SEB and LPS respectively or in combination, the suppression of cell Proliferation occurred very significantly since 3 days after incubation, compared with the control and the production of TGF-β1 occurred very significantly at 1 day after incubation, compared with the control. 2.In facial dermal fibroblast induced with SEB and LPS respectively or in combination. the suppression of cell proliferation occurred very significantly at 1 day after incubation, compared with the control. In SEB exposure, the production of TGF-β1 was decreased very significantly at 1 day after incubation, compared with the control. However, in LPS, SEB and LPS exposure, the production of TGF-β1 was increased very significantly at 1 day after incubation, compared with the control. In conclusion, the concentration of bacterial toxins and the incubation period correlated with cell proliferation and production of TGF-β1 very significantly. The gingival and facial dermal fibroblasts have different phenotype each other The orchestrated understanding of fibroblast proliferation and TGF-β1 production play an important part in host defense against the bacterial Infection and may prevent tissue necrosis such as necrotizing fasciitis and life-threatening syndrome such as multiple organ failure.

        In this paper, I have studied on the harmonic drive compared with actual profile. I have obtained the result as follows:The analysis carried out in a plane mechanism. From the analysis of the motion of the rigid gear and the flexible gear, the shapes of the rolling contact plates which move together with each tooth are derived, assuming that the toohh of the flexible gear is rigid although the tooth groove is flexible and that the pitch if the tiith on the unstrechable neutral line of the flexible gear is contact. 1. Harmonic drive could obtain high speed ratio, high torque capacity and high reduction ratio. 2. Harmonic drive has largely used as a gool gearingtooth form. 3. We can obtain a good proper shift coefficiented by strength analysis.

        계단승월이 가능한 시각장애인 유도 로봇 개발

        현대 사회에 이르러 생활 환경의 향상과 기술의 발달로 복지에 대한 관심이 높아졌으나 국내의 장애인에 대한 복지 시설은 아직 미비한 수준이다. 보도의 점자 블록이나 신호등의 보행 음향 외에 시각 장애인이 실외 활동을 하기 위한 안내 시설이 거의 없어 많은 불편을 초래한다. 따라서 시각장애인을 위한 안전하고 편안한 보행을 위한 보조장치가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 시각장애인에게 보다 안전하고 편리한 보행보조 수단을 제공하기 위하여 계단 승월이 가능한 유도로봇을 개발하였으며, 이의 시스템은 실외에서 장시간사용이 가능하도록 저전력 구동이 가능한 이동로봇 제어부, 외부 위치 정보를 GPS에 의해 유도가 가능하도록 자기위치추정시스템과 계단 승월이 가능한 메카니즘부로 구성하였다. 제안된 시각장애인 유도로봇의 구동을 위하여 이동 로봇 구동 및 운용 소프트웨어를 개발하였으며, 초음파 센서 어레이를 이용한 장애물 인식을 통한 스테레오 음성 유도 알고리즘, 관성항법시스템을 이용한 주행 경로 보정 시스템 및 알고리즘, 시각 장애인 유도를 위한 점자 보도 블록 인식 기법을 개발하였다. 자기위치추정시스템에서는 자기위치 추적 시스템 H/W와 사용자 인터페이스 개발로서 DGPS수신 모듈과 점자 입력기 및 인터페이스 기법을 개발하였으며, 계단 승월을 위한 유도로봇 메카니즘으로 유성 차륜 방식을 이용하여 이동 메커니즘을 설계하였다. Interest about welfare by upgrade of living environment and development of technology to reach in modern society but welfare facilities about disabled person are unprepared level yet. It causes many discomforts because there is seldom guidance equipment that the visually impaired except Braillewriter type block or walk sound of signal lamp does outdoor activity. Therefore, we need auxiliary equipment for more safe and well walk for the visually impaired. The purpose of this study is to develop a stair-climbing guide robot as auxiliary equipment for the visually impaired. We developed a control part with low-power usable for many long hours outside the door, self-localization system guiding the robot by using the GPS of localization information and mechanism part with an ability of climbing stairs. We developed mobile robot driving and operating software to operate the guidance robot for the visually impaired such as obstacle detection with ultrasonic sensor array, obstacle avoidance through the sound imaging method, position calibration using INS (Initial Navigation System) and detection of braille blocks. In self-localization system, we developed a self-localization H/W and user interface, we adapted DGPS receiver module and suggested a method to interface for braille keypad. For ability of climbing stairs, we constructed wheel mechanism of a guide robot using planetary type.

        We report on the design, fabrication and performances of a low-noise Nb SQUID sensor for neuromagnetic measurements. The main features of the developed sensor are i) large flux-to-voltage transfer, making the SQUID readout electronics simple, and ii) use of the integrated planar pickup coil to eliminate the environmental magnetic field noises. The magnetic field noise of the developed SQUID sensor is below 5 fT/√Hz at 100 Hz, which is low enough to be used in neuromagnetic measurements.

        I have obtaind by experiment and books as a following result 1. The sample D has obtained the average 83.65 valve in the air vent grade and so it was superior normal state as second number. I have decision that grain size and air vent grade has a close conneation 2. Casting Sand C has superior normal state in the air vent grade and D has obtained superior result in the compressive strength. 3. The experiment result in the compressive strength and the air vent grade has appeared the same condition, So I have known function relationship according as special mixins with exponential mesh through experiment.

      • 내과 치료로 회복된 신장 이식 후 합병증 2예 : 적혈구 증다증 1예, 반복된 급성 거부 반응 1예 One Case of Erythrocytosis and One Case of Repeated Episodes of Acute Rejection

        Renal transplantation is the treatment of choice in management of patients with end stage renal disease. We have experienced the 2 cases of renal transplantation with complications successfully managed by medical treatment. One case of erythrocytosis and another case of severe, recurrent acute graft rejection were observed respectively and recovered by medical management. In all cases, triple immunosuppressive agents(prednisolone, azathioprine and cyclosporine) was administerd. In the first case, 54 days later after transplantation, the hematocrit of the patient has risen to 57%. With 2 trials of phlebotomy, hematocrit became to 48% 141 days later and persisted below the level of 48% after that time. In the second case, during 2 weeks after operation, there were 2 episodes of severe, acute rejections. With aggressive steroid pulse therapy, these rejection episodes were managed without renal dysfunction. We report the 2 cases of renal transplantation with complications successfully managed by medical treatment.

In this paper, for the sake of the point at issue solution I have studied on the absorption energy at cracking occurance, stress enlarge coefficient K₁, enlongation quantity by early deformation and maximum load and elongation in the process of generating plastic deformation to which material break resulting from tensile load at the test piece with half round notch.

      • 周速式 減速氣의 齒形에 대한 考察

        In this paper, I have studied on the harmonic drive reducer compared with actual profile, through I have a analysis of geometrical figure about to tooth profile motion and gearing, assuming that the analysis of harmonic drive has a plane mechanism motion. I have obtained the result as follows : 1.When the flex spline has moved, differential teeth has relatively transported.Each tooth has never changed about to rigid body. 2.At the motion of couple tooth profile between gearing circular spline and flex spline, these obtained the shape of rolling plate with same relative motion from under decision to fixation by each tooth profile pitch in the neutral line. 3.When it has given a part tooth profile under the passing contact point of rolling plate from normal line with two tooth profile at the point tooth profile gearing, it could obtained the same acting relative tooth profile. 4.The harmonic drive reducer could obtain high torgue ratio.high torque capacity and high reduction ratio and it were much geared so gearing tooth profile at the same time that it used in a great many field.

        종합병원 입원 환자에서의 불면증의 임상적 특징

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical characteristics of insomnia in 300 new inpatients of general hospital with semistructured interview and questionaires. Among 4 clinical groups-129 noninsomniacs, 171 insomniacs (100 insomniacs with past insomnia history and 71 without past history), we compared the following variables ; age, sex, associated significant diseases, usual life habits, environmental variables influencing sleep pattern, types of insomnia, causes of insomnia, coping methods with insomnia, and usage of hypnotics. In insomniacs we also compared the changes of types and causes of insomnia, coping methods with insomnia after admission. The prevalence of insomnia was significantly increased after admission, and was higher in female patients but not significantly different in age. The frequencies of associated significant disease(angina, arrhythmia, asthma, duodenal ulcer etc.), naps, smoking, alcohol and coffee drinking showed no difference between insomniacs and noninsomniacs. Among environmental variables, “apprehension about illness”, “noise”, “nurse's visit”, and “bed discomfort”were significantly more frequent in insomniacs. Presence or absence of past insomnia history gave no significant effect on the types, causes of insomnia and coping methods with insomnia. Difficulty in maintaining sleep(DMS) was significantly increased after admission but difficulty in falling asleep(DFA) was decreased. The causes of insomnia were physical illness, sleep environmental variables, and psychological variables in order ; first two of these were significantly increased after admission. After admission as well as before admission, the most coping method with insomnia was “effort to forget problems”. Among the methods, “exercise or walking” was significantly increased after admission. Afterwards the study on the psychopathology and characteristics of personality which related with insomnia will be needed to broaden our understanding about insomnia and to establish proper management plan of insomnia.
