Tropinone 화합물들은 색다른 고리계의 존재로 아주 오래전부터 약리학적으로 매우 흥미로운 연구과제로 주목되어 최근에 그들의 합성법,?? 입체적 구조분석?? 그리고 약리학적인 연구??가 활발히 진행되고 있다. Tropinone 1은 흔히 마약으로 알려져 있는 cocaine 2, 소염작용과 항경련성 작용 및 심장박동수를 조절 등 다양한 약리작용을 하는 tropane spirohy-dantoin ?? 그리고 안과질환을 검사 할 때 눈의 동공을 확장시키는 데 사용하는 atropine ??등을 합성하는 데 중요한 중간체이다. ??????????? Trigo, G, G등 ??은 aliphatic amine과 succinic aldehyde를 acetonedicarboxylic acid와 반응하여 nortropane 유도체를 합성하였으며, 그 후 [3+2] nitrone cycloaddition? 과 [3+4] cyclocoupling? 을 거치는 tropane alkaloid의 새로운 합성법이 개발되었다. 최근 lzquier M. L. 등¹은 acetonedicarboxylic acid를 사용하여 1차 지방족 amine과 succinic aldehyde대신 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran을 반응시켜 N-alkyl nortropinone 유도체를 합성하였다. 그러나 일반적으로 빙초산 속에서 amine과 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran을 반응시키면 pyrrole 유도체가 합성되어진다.?? 이러한 사실은 분명히 반응조건(예, 산, 온도)에 따른 다양한 화학이 존재한다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 우리는 반응조건, 즉 산의 변화 및 온도 변화에 의한 amine과 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran의 반응을 자세하게 검토하면서 새로운 N-arylnortropinone 유도체를 합성하고자 한다.
The Usability Test Method for Portable Toilet Stability

Objective: We have researched the actual situations that may arise during the use of the product so that we can determine the direction that the product may fall during use and investigate how much force is applied to the product. In order to use safer products for the users in the production of the products, the data should be used as reference materials in the product design stage. Method: 12 subjects were tested on the moving toilet by using motion analyzer and floor reaction force gauge. The products used in the study were B and H, and the angles applied to the fall test were 30, 45, and 60 degrees, respectively and The subjects applied force until the moving toilet leg raised on the floor reaction force meter was lifted and the applied force was measured at that time. Results: As the angle increases, the force required for tipping increases, it can be seen that the product with the unstable structure of the product falls down even with less force. Conclusion: In the evaluation of usability of the product, we evaluated the evaluation by using the actual moving toilet in the evaluation related to stability. This will be the basis for producing safer products in the production of the products.

Pseudoxanthoma elasticum is a rare, heritable, systemic disease of connective tissue characterized by degeneration of elastic fiber and mainly affects the skin, eye and blood vessels. We report a case of pseudoxanthoma elasticum mimicking cutis laxa. She had a generalized laxity of the skin for about 30 years. There were similar skin lesions in her sister. No other systemic involvement was found. Histopathologic examination revealed clumping, fragmentation and calcification of elastic fibers in the dermis. (Korean J Dermatol 2000;38(2):227~230)
Semicircular Horizontal Approach in Breast Reduction: Clinical Experience in 38 Cases

Background Various techniques are used for performing breast reduction. Wise-pattern and vertical scar techniques are the most commonly employed approaches. However, a vertical scar in the mid-lower breast is prominent and aesthetically less pleasant. In contrast, a semicircular horizontal approach does not leave a vertical scar in the mid breast and transverse scars can be hidden in the inframammary fold. In this paper, we describe the experiences and results of semicircular horizontal breast reductions performed by a single surgeon. Methods Between September 1996 and October 2013, our senior author used this technique in 38 cases in the US and at our institution. We used a superiorly based semicircular incision, where the upper skin paddle was pulled down to the inframammary fold with the nipple-areola complex pulled through the keyhole. Results The average total reduction per breast was 584 g, ranging from 286 to 794 g. The inferior longitudinal pedicle was used in all the cases. The average reduction of the distance from the sternal notch to the nipple was 13 cm (range, 11-15 cm). The mean decrease in the bra cup size was 1.7 cup sizes (range, a decrease of 1 to 3). We obtained very satisfactory results with a less noticeable scar, no complication such as necrosis of the nipple or the skin flap, wound infection, aseptic necrosis of the breast tissue, or wound dehiscence. One patient had a small hematoma that resolved spontaneously. Conclusions This technique is straightforward and easy to learn, and offers a safe, effective, and predictable way for treating mammary hypertrophy.
Resistive random access memory based on graphene oxide with UV-O3 treatment

We fabricated Graphene Oxide (GO) sandwiched by Multi-layer Graphene (MLG) for operating as an RRAM device. By investigating the UV-O3 treatment time dependency of the MLG/GO/MLG device, we confrmed the critical UV-O3 treatment time under sufciently oxidized conditions for stable Resistive Random Access Memory (RRAM) operation during a repeating DC voltage sweep. The bipolar resistive switching mechanism of the MLG/GO/MLG structure was verifed through the algebraic algorithmic relation between the current and voltage. This result provides important clues for developing fully 2D material-based electric devices.

As a form of industrial control systems (ICS), nuclear instrumentation and control (I&C) systems have been digitalized increasingly. This has raised in turn cyber security concerns. Cyber security for ICS is important because cyber-attacks against ICS can cause not only equipment damage and loss of production but also personal and public safety hazards unlike in general IT environments. Numerous risk analyses have been carried out to enhance the safety of ICS and recently, many studies related to the cyber security of ICS are being conducted. Many existing risk analyses and cyber security studies have considered safety and cyber security separately. However, both safety and cyber security perspectives should be considered when analyzing risks for complex and critical ICS facilities such as nuclear power plants (NPPs). In this paper, the STPA-SafeSec methodology is selected to consider both safety and security perspectives when performing a risk analysis for NPPs in order to assess impacts on the safety by cyber-attacks against the digital I&C systems. The STPA-SafeSec methodology was applied to a test-bed system that simulates a condensate water (CD) system in an NPP. The process of the application up to the development of mitigation strategies is described in detail.
