      • 建設工事 監理制度의 改善方案에 관한 硏究

        海外工事에서는 技術用役業者에 의한 工事監理制度가 一般的으로 運營되고 있으며 우리나라에서는 最近에 정부工事에 監理制度가 導入되어 部分的으로 運營되고는 있으나 建設工事의 運營에 問題點이 있음을 알 수 있다. 즉 監理豫算의 確保 및 執行에 따른 問題 資格監理要員의 配置. 監理要員의 業務上의 倫理 監理業務의 運營등이다. 보다 나은 監理制度가 되기 위해서는 建設工事 監理制度가 적절한 자격을 갖추도록 하는 중요한 정책이 있어야 한다.建設工事의 진보적인 기능과 개선된 품질관리를 위하여 監理制度는 제도화 하는것이 필요로 한다. 보통 정부난 지방자치단체에서 지시한 일부 建設工事는 품질관리와 특성이 요구된다. 監理制度의 執行은 확립되지 않은 監理用役회사로 원치않은 현상을 초래 할 수도 있다. 그런 환경때문에 대부분의 用役회서는 아마도 그 특성이라는 결핍을 가져올 수 있다. 왜소한 확립성이 없는 用役회사 역시 다른 문제점을 초래한다. 따라서 정부는 재정적으로 그리고 제도적으로 監理用役회사를 보조해서 촉진 시켜야 한다. 契約制度의 고용도입과 적절한 지불은 시급히 요망된다. 적절한 지불규정은 법률화 하는것이 감리제도 개선의 선행방안이다. Technology consultant service agents normally manage to control construction supervision in overseas constructions. Recently in domestic constructions the supervision system is partially introduced to government-operated building. But there are still a lot of problems in the management of constructions. That is, for normal supervision the procurement and execution of budget, the replacement and functional ethics of qualified supervisors are difficult problems. For a better perspective of supervision the following are important policies that should be designed to help construction supervision get its proper status. To institutionalize the supervision system for both advanced function and improved quality control of constructions is necessary. Some constructions above average ordered by central or provincial governments need such quality control and speciality. The execution of supervision system may bring unwatned phenomena of irregular circumstances most consultant companies. Under such circumstances most consultant companies probably fall into the lack of speciality. The smallness of such irregular consultant companies is also another problem. Thus the government should support and promote supervision consultant companies financially and institutionally. The introduction of employment of contract system and appropriate payment is urgently needed. To legislate suitable payment regulations is prerequisite to the improvement of supervision system.

      • 뇌자도 측정을 위한 저잡음 Nb SQUID 센서의 설계 및 제작

        We report on the design, fabrication and performances of a low-noise Nb SQUID sensor for neuromagnetic measurements. The main features of the developed sensor are i) large flux-to-voltage transfer, making the SQUID readout electronics simple, and ii) use of the integrated planar pickup coil to eliminate the environmental magnetic field noises. The magnetic field noise of the developed SQUID sensor is below 5 fT/√Hz at 100 Hz, which is low enough to be used in neuromagnetic measurements.

      • Zeolite X 촉매를 이용한 WO₃의 CO 환원-탄화반응

        This study was performed to manufacture tungsten carbide from CO reduction- carburization of WO₃using zeolite-NaX catalyst. Zeolite-NaX catalyst could improve the reduction property of WO₃. Moreover, zeoite-HX and KX catalysts also improved the reduction property of WO₃. This improvement of reduction property leaded to the decrease of reaction temperature. The size of WC particle was 50∼60 nm at 650 ℃ for 10h. From these results, it is concluded that the various zeolite X catalysts could be used for the reduction-carburization of W0₃ as the catalysts.

        계단승월이 가능한 시각장애인 유도 로봇 개발

        현대 사회에 이르러 생활 환경의 향상과 기술의 발달로 복지에 대한 관심이 높아졌으나 국내의 장애인에 대한 복지 시설은 아직 미비한 수준이다. 보도의 점자 블록이나 신호등의 보행 음향 외에 시각 장애인이 실외 활동을 하기 위한 안내 시설이 거의 없어 많은 불편을 초래한다. 따라서 시각장애인을 위한 안전하고 편안한 보행을 위한 보조장치가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 시각장애인에게 보다 안전하고 편리한 보행보조 수단을 제공하기 위하여 계단 승월이 가능한 유도로봇을 개발하였으며, 이의 시스템은 실외에서 장시간사용이 가능하도록 저전력 구동이 가능한 이동로봇 제어부, 외부 위치 정보를 GPS에 의해 유도가 가능하도록 자기위치추정시스템과 계단 승월이 가능한 메카니즘부로 구성하였다. 제안된 시각장애인 유도로봇의 구동을 위하여 이동 로봇 구동 및 운용 소프트웨어를 개발하였으며, 초음파 센서 어레이를 이용한 장애물 인식을 통한 스테레오 음성 유도 알고리즘, 관성항법시스템을 이용한 주행 경로 보정 시스템 및 알고리즘, 시각 장애인 유도를 위한 점자 보도 블록 인식 기법을 개발하였다. 자기위치추정시스템에서는 자기위치 추적 시스템 H/W와 사용자 인터페이스 개발로서 DGPS수신 모듈과 점자 입력기 및 인터페이스 기법을 개발하였으며, 계단 승월을 위한 유도로봇 메카니즘으로 유성 차륜 방식을 이용하여 이동 메커니즘을 설계하였다. Interest about welfare by upgrade of living environment and development of technology to reach in modern society but welfare facilities about disabled person are unprepared level yet. It causes many discomforts because there is seldom guidance equipment that the visually impaired except Braillewriter type block or walk sound of signal lamp does outdoor activity. Therefore, we need auxiliary equipment for more safe and well walk for the visually impaired. The purpose of this study is to develop a stair-climbing guide robot as auxiliary equipment for the visually impaired. We developed a control part with low-power usable for many long hours outside the door, self-localization system guiding the robot by using the GPS of localization information and mechanism part with an ability of climbing stairs. We developed mobile robot driving and operating software to operate the guidance robot for the visually impaired such as obstacle detection with ultrasonic sensor array, obstacle avoidance through the sound imaging method, position calibration using INS (Initial Navigation System) and detection of braille blocks. In self-localization system, we developed a self-localization H/W and user interface, we adapted DGPS receiver module and suggested a method to interface for braille keypad. For ability of climbing stairs, we constructed wheel mechanism of a guide robot using planetary type.

        From the experimental study of wire-cut Electric Discharge Machining of high speed steel(SKH2), the surface roughness characteristics such as work voltage and work current for maximum peak to valley roughness beight, the third point height. Experiments is surface roughness for sampling length determine of measuring length of work voltage 2V, 3V, 4V, 5V and work current 22A, 24A, 26A, 28A. Maximum peak to valley roughness height increased is work voltage increased and work current increased with most suitable cutting condition at 3V maximum peak to valley roughness height decreased. The third point height is work voltage and work current increased with most suitable cutting condition at 2V28A the third point height decreased.

        복합 적층 박판의 열응력 파손에 대한 진동 활용 비파괴평가

        두께 1mm의 얇은 복합적층판의 자유경계단부에서 열응력으로 인해 발생하는 미세손상을 진동거동과 관련된 비파괴평가의 가능성을 연구하였다. 유한요소 열응력해석을 통해 예상되는 손상발생영역을 초음파 C-스캔과 광학현미경을 이용하여 관찰하였다. 사인 스윕시험을 이용한 적층보 시험편의 횡진동 해석결과, 미세한 내부손상으로 인해 고유주파수가 확실히 감소하였으며 감쇠비도 상당히 증가하였다. 길이가 짧은 적층보 시험편과 2차 모드의 공진주파수를 이용하여 얇은 적층판에서 열응력으로 유기된 미세손상을 매우 민감하게 평가할 수 있음을 알았다. A feasibility investigation on vibration-based nondestructive evaluation of thermal stress-induced micro failure in the free edge region of thin composite laminates(1mm thick) has been carried out. The failure occurrence and damage zone, which were predicted by the three-dimensional finite-element thermal stress analysis, were observed using the ultrasonic C-scan and optical microscopy. Analysis of the vibration spectrum measured from the laminate beam specimens by the vibration sweep test exhibited that the obvious decrease in resonancy frequency and some considerable increase in damping factor were associated with the micro-failure formation. The vibration technique utilizing short beam and high resonant frequency was found to be very sensitive to the thermal stress-induced damage in the thin laminates.

      • 수정된 강제유도 운동치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 일상생활활동과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 수정된 강제유도 운동치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 일상생활활동 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 : 뇌졸중 진단을 받은 환자 30명을 대상으로 실험군 15명과 대조군 15명으로 나누어, 치료 중재 전․후 일상생활활동 수행능력과 삶 의 질을 비교하였다. 결과 : 실험군과 대조군의 치료 중재 전․후 뇌졸중 환자의 일상 생활활동 수행능력과 삶의 질은 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 보였고, 실험군이 대조군에 비해 통계학적으로 유의하게 일상생활활동 수행능력과 삶의 질이 향상되었다. 그리고 일상생활활동 수행능력과 삶의 질은 통계학적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 결론 : 작업치료와 더불어 수정된 강제유도 운동치료를 적용할 때 뇌졸중 환자의 일상생활 활동 수행능력과 삶의 질을 향상시키고, 일상생활활동 수행능력이 삶의 질에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of modified constraint induced movement therapy(mCIMT) on activities of daily living(ADL) and quality of life(QOL) for patients with stroke. Methods : Thirty subjects were randomly allocated into two groups: mCIMT, an experimental group(n=15) and traditional occupational therapy group, a control group(n=15). Both groups also received the usual occupational therapy after the first intervention. The ADL performance ability of both groups was assessed using Motor Activity Log(MAL) and QOL was assessed by Stroke Specific Quality of Life(SS-QOL). Results : ADL performance ability had a meaningful increase statistically for both groups. QOL also had a meaningful increase statistically for both groups. ADL performance ability showed statistically significant correlations with QOL. Conclusion : It was found that carrying out mCIMT with occupational therapy has an effect on ADL performance ability and QOL of patients with stroke. It was also found that ADL performance ability influences QOL.

        다가야스병에 의한 돌연사 부검 1예

        A 22-year old male patient was admitted to the Emergency room of local clinic because of the stuporous mental status. On physical examination, he appeared as a chronically ill, slender man. There was complete absence of the left arm pulse, and a prominent thrill and briuts were present over the right subclavicular area. The blood pressure which checked in the other regions except for the left arm was hypertensive(right arm 180/100, right leg 210/120, and left leg 200/130mmHg). An x-ray film of the chest and doppler ultrasounds showed characteristic dilatation of aortic arch, ascending aorta and innominate artery. The clinical impression was Takayasu's disease. This patients's condition deteriorated rapidly in spite of intensive care and died on the seventh hospital day. At autopsy, the cause of death was massive left brain infarction due to middle cerebral artery embolization. The opened luminal surface of the aorta and its major branches revealed irregulary thick-walled, tree-bark-like appearance. Also in the left common carotid artery, the lumen was nearly obliterated by thromi and intimal fibrous plaques. But the thoraco-abdominal aorta was spared. Microscopic examination disclosed granulomatous and sclerosing arteritis. In the former, the inflammatory process was confined to the media and adventitia and the cell infiltrate consisted predominantly of lymphocytes, plasma cells and histiocytes, with a varying number of giant cells. The latter was characterized bland intimal fibrous hyperplasia, medial degeneration with disrupted elastic lamella, and adventitial fibrosis. The pathologic diagnosis was Takayasu's disease of type I.

      • U-Notch를 가진 鋼板의 機械的 性質에 關한 硏究

        In this paper, I have made an experiment in tension tester by changing the notch depth into three types with SM 15C test pieces. I have made cutting work to the depth of 2㎜, 3㎜, and 4㎜ for U-notchs at the testing materials, the width of 1.2㎜, 1.6㎜ and 2.0㎜ U-nochs at thous which the radius of curvature of the edge changed into three kind of 0.6㎜, 0.8㎜, and 1.0㎜. I have got the following conclusion as a result of the tension testing materials. 1. As the depth of U-notchis fixed and only the width for U-notchs and radius of curvature changed, the stree by means of the notch effedt came out largely. 2. At the part of notch, the sensitiveness of coefficient for notch came out larger than the one (1) by plastic deformation in all. 3. At the part of notch, if the radius curvature changed, the testing pieces was yielded at the notch by stress concentration. As absorbing energy among plastic deformation, a decrease phenomenon came out.
