        Effect of Se Flux on CuGaSe2 Absorbers Deposited on ITO-Coated SLG Substrates by Using a Three-Stage Co-Evaporation Process

        As the key factor for top-cell application in a tandem structure, wide-bandgap chalcopyrite CuGaSe2 (CGS) absorbers were deposited at a thickness of 2 μm on soda-lime glass (SLG) which was coated with radio-frequency sputtered indium-tin-oxide (ITO) films. The semi-transparent CGS absorbers with a bandgap energy of 1.65 eV were grown by using a three-stage co-evaporation process with Cu, Ga, and Se elemental sources. During CGS absorber growth, the composition ratio [Cu]/[Ga] was fixed at about 0.85 and the Se-to-Ga flux ratio P[Se]/[Ga] was varied from 22 to 61 by increasing the temperature of the Se source. In this study, the compositional, structural, optical and electrical properties of top-cell CGS absorbers, which absorbed the short wavelength range of the solar spectrums for tandem solar cell application, were investigated as a function of the Se flux. On the basis of our experimental results, the highest CGS solar cell efficiency of 4.7 % in the cell structure described as Al/ZnO:Al/i-ZnO/CdS/CGS/ITO/SLG was demonstrated using a P[Se]/[Ga] value of 22.

        성장소설에 나타난 역할모델 연구: MBTI 성격유형을 중심으로

        본 연구는 MBTI 성격유형에 기초하여 청소년 성장소설에 나타난 인물 역할모델로서 인물의 특징을 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 설정된 연구 문제는 ‘성장소설에 등장한 주인공을 역할모델로 유형화 할 수 있는가?’이다. 이러한 연구 문제를 조사하기 위해 성장소설의 개념과 특징을 기술하고 MBTI 성격유형 이론을 기반으로 성장소설에 나타난 역할모델들을 유형별로 분류하였다. 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다; 첫째, 『몽실언니』의 ‘몽실이’는 보호자 유형(SJ)으로 구분할 수 있었으며, 핵심욕구는 공동체 의식, 책임과 의무로 나타났다. 둘째, 『완득이』의 ‘완득이’는 예술가 유형(SP)으로 구분되었으며, 핵심욕구로 자유와 행동, 흥분과 다양성이 나타났다. 셋째, 『마당을 나온 암탉』의 ‘잎싹’은 이상가 유형(NF)으로 구분되었으며, 핵심욕구는 지속적인 성장과 삶의 목적, 의미를 추구하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 『데미안』의 ‘싱클레어’는 대표적인 합리론자유형(NT)으로 구분하였다. 핵심욕구는 지식과 의지력, 그리고 전문성이었다. 이 같은 결과를 바탕으로 성장소설을 활용한 진로독서프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제안하였다. This study aimed to analyze characteristics of figures who appear in adolescent growth novels on the basis of MBTI psychological type. A research question related to that aim was “Could main figures in novels be classified as a role model? In order to investigate that research question, constructs and characteristics of growth novels were described and role models in the novels were classified into MBTI psychological types. The results of the analysis are as follows; First, 'Mongsil'(character of ‘Sister Mongsil’) could be classified as a protector type (SJ), and the core desire appeared as community consciousness, responsibility and duty. Second, the 'Wandug’(characte of Wandug) is classified as a artist type (SP), and the core desires are freedom, action, excitement and diversity. Third, 'Yipssak'(character of ‘The hen who came out of the yard’) is classified as Ideal Type (NF), and the core desire is pursuing continuous growth, purpose of life, meaning. Fourth, "Sinclair"(character of ‘Damian’) is classified into representative rationalist type (NT). The core needs were knowledge, willpower, and expertise. Based on these results, I suggest the necessity of developing career reading program using growth novel.

      • 태양전지 응용을 위한 PECVD 실리콘 질화막 증착 및 열처리 최적화

        Plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition(PECVD) is a well established technique for the deposition of hydrogenated film of silicon nitride (SiNx:H), which is commonly used as an antireflection coating as well as passivating layer in crystalline silicon solar cell. PECVD-SiNx:H films were investigated by varying the deposition and annealing conditions to optimize for the application in silicon solar cells. By varying the gas ratio (ammonia to silane), the silicon nitride films of refractive indices 1.85 - 2.45 were obtained. The film deposited at 450°C showed the best carrier lifetime though the film deposition rate was not encouraging. The film deposited with the gas ratio of 0.57 showed the best carrier lifetime after annealing at a temperature of 800℃. The single crystalline silicon solar cells fabricated in conventional industrial production line applying the optimized film deposition and annealing conditions on large area substrate of size 125 ㎜×125 ㎜ (pseudo square) was found to have the conversion efficiencies as high as 17.05 %. Low cost and high efficiency silicon solar cells fabrication sequence has also been explained in this paper.

      • 자기 지도 적응을 통한 동영상 초해상도 기법

        최근 많은 단일 영상 초해상도 네트워크에서 입력 저 화질 영상 자체의 내부 정보를 테스트 타임에 이용하여 파라미터를 업데이트하는 방법을 통해 높은 성능 향상을 이루어냈다. 본 원고에서는, 해당 방법에서 더 나아가 동영상 초해상도네트워크의 파라미터를 테스트 타임의 저 화질 영상만을 가지고 업데이트 하는 기법을 소개한다. 첫째로, 동영상 내에 일반적으로 존재하는 반복되는 패치의 특성을 분석하고, 다음으로 기존의 복원된 동영상을 관찰하여 자기 지도 적응의 가능성을 보인다. 마지막으로, 폭넓은 실험을 통해 제안하는 기법을 검증한다.

      • Bioelectrical impedance analysis for severe stroke patients with upper extremity hemiplegia

        <P>[Purpose] This study is to analyze bioimpedance parameters and occupational assessment for severe stroke patients with upper extremity hemiplegia. [Subjects and Methods] Experimental subjects were 20 hemiplegic stroke patients receiving rehabilitation therapy between November to October, 2015. Prediction marker (PM), and phase angle (θ), a nd characteristic frequency (<I>fc</I>) were measured using bioelectrical impedance spectroscopy (MultiScan 5000). Bioelectrical impedance vector analysis (BIVA) was also obtained from the bioimpedance data. Then, these values were compared with occupational assessment tools. [Results] A significant differences in PM, θ, <I>fc</I>, and BIVA were observed between paretic region and non-paretic region of 5 severe stroke patients. These results were in good agreement with occupational assessment (pinch and hand grip strength, and ADL by MBI). [Conclusion] There were significant differences in impedance parameters between paretic region and non-paretic region of 5 severe stroke patients with upper extremity hemiplegia. Thus, the BIA could be useful tool for evaluating hemiplegic stroke patients receiving the rehabilitation therapy in the clinical application.</P>

        Effects of dietary energy and lysine levels on physiological responses, reproductive performance, blood profiles, and milk composition in primiparous sows

        The adequate intake of energy and lysine for primiparous sows are necessary for maternal growth of sows and growth of their progeny. This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary energy and lysine levels on primiparous sows and their progeny. A total of 48 gilts (Yorkshire × Landrace), with an initial body weight (BW) of 168.1 ± 9.71 kg and at day 35 of gestation, were allotted to eight treatment groups with a 2 × 4 factorial arrangement. The first factor was metabolizable energy levels in diet (3,265 or 3,365 kcal of ME/kg), and the second factor was lysine levels in diet (gestation 0.55%, 0.65%, 0.75%, 0.85%, lactation 0.70%, 0.85%, 1.00%, 1.15%). The BW gain (p = 0.07) and backfat thickness (p = 0.09) in the gestation period showed a tendency to be increased in sows fed the high-energy diets. In the lactation period, sows fed the high-energy diets tended to be greater BW (p = 0.09) and less BW loss (p = 0.05) than those of sows fed the low-energy diets. Sows fed high-energy diets had a tendency of greater piglet weight at day 21 of lactation and greater piglet weight gain (p = 0.08 and p = 0.08, respectively). Although the blood urea nitrogen (BUN) was increased linearly as dietary lysine level increased at day 110 of gestation (Linear, p = 0.03), the BUN was decreased linearly as dietary lysine level increase at day 21 of lactation (Linear, p < 0.01). In the composition of colostrum, sows fed high-energy diets had greater casein, protein, total solid, solid not fat, and free fatty acid concentrations than those of sows fed low-energy diets (p < 0.05). Supplementation of total lysine 0.75% for gestation and 1.00% for lactation with 3,365 kcal of ME/kg energy level could be applied to the primiparous sows’ diet to improve performance of sows and growth of their progeny.

        A 17.5-fJ/bit Energy-Efficient Analog SRAM for Mixed-Signal Processing

        <P>An energy-efficient analog SRAM (A-SRAM) is proposed to eliminate redundant analog-to-digital (A/D) and digital-to-analog (D/A) conversion in mixed-signal systems, such as neuromorphic chips and neural networks. D/A conversion is integrated into the SRAM readout by charge sharing of the proposed split bitline (BL). Also, A/D conversion is integrated into the SRAM write operation with the successive approximation method in the proposed input-output block. Also, a configurable SRAM bitcell array is proposed to allocate the converted digital data without unfilled bitcells. The multirow access decoder selects multiple bitcells in a single column and configures the bitcell array by controlling the BL switches to split BLs. The proposed A-SRAM is implemented using the 65-nm CMOS technology. It achieves 17.5-fJ/bit energy-efficiency and 21-Gbit/s throughput for the analog readout, which are 64% and 1.3 times better than those of the conventional SRAM followed by a digital-to-analog converter (DAC). Also, the area is reduced by 91% compared with the conventional SRAM with analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and DAC.</P>
