대퇴골 전자하 골절의 부정 유합후 발생한 대퇴 골두 골단 분리증 : 1예 보고 A Case Report

대퇴 골두 골단 분리증은 골단판 성숙대의 강도에 변화를 주거나 골단판이 받는 전단력에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 병인으로 작용하며 외상, 내분비 장애, 유전적 요인, 방사선 조사 그리고 신성 골 이영양층 등이 그 원인으로 알려져 있다. 대퇴골 전자하부 골절후에 나탄난 대퇴 골두 골단 분리증은 드물게 보고되고 있다. 저자들은 6세 남아에서 나타난 전자하 골절의 부정 유합후 발생한 대퇴골두의 골단 분리증 1예를 경험하였기에 이를 보고하는 바이다. It was known that the etiologies of slipped capital femoral epiphysis(SCFE) were trauma, hormonal or endocrine disorder, genetic factor, radiation, renal osteodystrophy which render the epiephyseal plate susceptible to displacement. We report the case of a 6 year old boy who had SCFE following malunion of the ipsilateral subtrochanteric fracture. The alteration of shear force on epiphyseal plate can be one of the contributing factors in SCFE.
대기오염중의 산화질소가스가 섬유제품의 변색에 미치는 영향 : 블루진을 중심으로

The blue jean garments are favered not only by young people but also by almost every walk of life. In the early years they are casually worn on most occasions, but became universal recently. Such blue jean garments are finished with various treatment process to give it optimal softness and color contrast of blue and white. Discoloration and yellowing by NOx gas may well be generated during storage or use and thereby, their appearance may be damaged much. So, this study was aimed at finding the solutions to reduce the discoloration problem by NOx gas. To this end, sample blue jean were made to be finished with various wet treatment and then, be subjected to daylight and NOx gas to check their yellowing. The results of this test can be summarized as follows ; It was found that the discoloration of blue jean due to the softening process rather than the oxidation of blue jean and that would be more accelerated by fluorescent brightening. The longer the blue jean was exposed to NOx gas, the more it became yellow. And when the denim was exposed dually to the gas and daylight, it was more yellowed. However, when the blue jean was treated by the citric acid to be weak-acid about pH 5.6 ~6.0, the yellowing due to NOx gas was almost prevented. Here, the reduce of tensile strength of the blue jean due to the acid was trifle.
고차스펙트럼 해석법을 이용한 비선형 기계적 시스템에 관한 연구

In this paper higher order spectral techniques are applied to some simple mechanical systems. The system studied is the nonlinear magnetic beam. This is a simply supported beam, driven by an electromagnetic shaker. At the free end, pairs of repelling magnets are placed. By varying the position and number of magnets, the nature of the nonlinearity can be changed, be it skewed or symmetric, and by varying the distance between the magnets the strength of the nonlinearity can also be altered. Using this controllable system, auto higher order spectral methods are applied, assuming only a knowledge of an output signal.

In vehicle exhaust systems the sound attenuation and the reduction of flow losses are often two competing demands. The present study considers a fully vehicle exhaust system and investigates experimentally both the sound attenuation and the flow performance of production configurations including the catalyst, the resonator, and the muffler. Dynamometer experiments have been conducted with 1500cc engine with speeds ranging from 1000 to 5000 rpm. Measurements include the flow rates, the temperatures and the absolute dynamic pressures of the hot exhaust gases at point locations. The present study describes the experimental aspects of an ongoing effort to validate and use the nonlinear fluid dynamic models in the time-domain for the prediction of the acoustic and power performance of firing internal combustion engines with full production exhaust systems.

This study has tried to find out how to effectively develop silver towns. The following is the results ; First, it is strongly needed that the government should try to make real of policies on the welfare of the aged against the aging society. Second, and the silver works will be a prospecting one in the 21st century with potential according to the increasing number of the rich aged, and in regard to developing silver towns, various systems and laws and difficult procedures related to it have been confornted problems. Third, it is assumed that the aged prefer suburban residential area, which allow them to easily access to medical services, cultural facilities as well as residential district. In our country, the aged are in the increasing tendency to live independently with retirement pay, pension, insurance. So, it is desirable to encourage private organizations to investigate in silver works by loosing the conditions regarding silver works with revision of related laws, simplifying the developing procedures and tax privilege. It is required that creating social mood in which encourage public corporations with public interest and public trust and private profit-making groups to actively take part in silver works. Publication activities for improving and promoting public awareness and interest on the silver town should be also continued.

Since, korean government introduced Construction Management system by the law in 1997, only a few public construction projects have been adopted the system Nevertheless there are many laws which are related in public construction projects, Construction Management is positively carried out by non-government. About the activation plan of Construction Management questionnaire was inquired by experts in construction. The purpose of this study is to give a solution by finding out the problem of the laws, reconstructions remodelings.

Objectives : In order to reveal the effectiveness of the intervention in the workplace on patients suffering from cervicobrachial disorder(CBD), we reexamined 96 workers out of 137 workers suffering from CBD on the assembly lines of an electric manufacturing factory by using questionnaires, physical exams and neurological exams. Methods : Analyses were made of the characteristics of the 96 workers of this company suffering from 1994 to 1996 with special concern for differences before and after the improvement of the working environment. After reexamination of the 96 patients the following results were obtained. Results : We observed an improvement in the 10 most common subjective symptoms of CBD. These symptoms included general fatigue, pain on neck and shoulders, dullness of the upper extremities, back pain and discomfort and a tingling sensation in the hands and wrists(p<0.05). The percentage of workers who complained muscle tenderness of neck and shoulder were reduced(p<0.05). the percentage of workers with abnormal Morley examination was reduced from 28.5% to 2.1%(p<0.01), and of workers with abnormal EMG finding went from 12.4% to 2.1%(p<0.01) and of grade 3 and grade 4 CBD was reduced from 42.3% and 18.3% respectively to 33.3% and 2.1%(p<0.01). Grade 3 and over laborers of CBD had higher scores in somatization, anxiety, depression, hostility, interpersonal sensitivity, phobic anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, neurasthenic, hypochondriacal than other sufferers in the SCL-90-R exam(p<0.01). Conclusions : in conclusion intervention had effectiveness on subjective symptoms of neck and shoulder and decreasing abnormal finding of muscle tenderness, neurological examination and EMG.
