        국내 중국어 문법서 연구 ― 문법용어 및 구성체계 비교를 중심으로

        本文以16种汉语语法书为研究对象, 对语法术语的标准化问题进行了讨论, 并在语法术语和结构体系两个层面上进行了比较研究。主要结论如下: 第一, 在韩国出版的语法书中, 有一些语法书把介词、助动词、宾语、定语、状语和体分别称为“개사”、“능원동사”、“빈어”、“한정어”、“상황어”、“동태”, 它们都是借用汉字音的名称, 而在韩语中表示这些概念的名称都已存在, 如“전치사”、“조동사”、“목적어”、“관형어”、“부사어”、“상”等, 因此前一类的汉字音名称都是不必使用的。 第二, 有一些语法书把“代词”和“拟声词”分别称为“대명사”和“의성어”, 不过“代词”和“대명사”并非等同的概念, 而“의성어”这一名称容易误解为句子成分的一类。我们认为, 比这些名称更合适的是“대체사”和“의성사”。 第三, 特殊句式“X”字句 (如“把字句”) 共有两种韩语名称, 一种是“‘X’구문”, 另一种是“‘X’자문”。在构式语法里, 构式(即“구문”)指的是“形式语义匹配”, 因此如果用“‘X’구문”来指称“X”字句, 则会更好体现特殊句式本身的性质。此外, 一些语法书把“把”字句和被动句分别称为“처치문”和“‘被’구문”, 但“처치문”这一名称很难体现“把”字句的语义功能, “‘被’구문”是被动句的下位概念, 因此用这两个术语来指称“把”字句和被动句都是不合理的。 第四, 本文研究的16种汉语语法书根据结构体系可以分为A、B两类:A类以汉语语法体系为主 (10种), B类则以个别的表达方式为主 (6种)。另外, 大多数A类书都涉及几乎所有的基本语法项目, 而B类语法书仅涉及基本语法项目的一部分。据此而言, A类书更适合于想比较全面地学习汉语语法体系的学习者;B类书更适合于想根据各种情况能够说出基本语义表达的学习者。 第五, A、B类语法书在目录的编排上也有差异。A类语法书的排列顺序一般都是“先词类后句子”式, 而B类语法书的排列顺序既有“先句子后词类”式, 也有词类和句子的混合式。“先词类后句子”式和“先句子后词类”式各有好处, 前者是从汉语语法的基本单位开始的, 因此它能够让学习者逐步了解汉语语法体系的全貌, 而后者能够让学习者从学习的起步阶段开始就会表达出汉语的基本句式来。 This paper discusses the ways to standardize the grammatical terms and examines the current 16 Chinese grammar books in Korea by comparing their grammatical terms and structural systems. It has come to the following conclusions: First, Some of the grammar books still use Chinese consonants even though there are alternative terms in Korean, such as ‘개사’, ‘능원동사’, ‘빈어’, ‘한정어’, ‘상황어’, ‘동태’. It is preferable to change their names to ‘전치사’, ‘조동사’, ‘목적어’, ‘관형어’, ‘부사어’, ‘상’, respectively. Second, Some grammar books use the terms ‘대명사’ and ‘의성어’ to refer to ‘代词’ and ‘拟声词’. ‘대명사’ is not equivalent to ‘代词’, and ‘의성어’ is easy to be misunderstood as a type of sentence component, so these terms should be replaced by ‘대체사’ and ‘의성사’ respectively. Third, the special sentence construction made on behalf of one or more of the letters (‘X’) are named differently as ‘ ‘X’구문’ or ‘ ‘X’자문’ in each grammar book. Given that the construction represents a particular pair of forms and meanings, the term ‘ ‘X’구문’ is more consistent with the special sentence construction. Some grammar books use the names ‘처치문’ and ‘ ‘被’구문’ to refer to 把-construction and passive construction, but ‘처치문’ does not clearly reflect the function of 把-construction and ‘ ‘被’구문’ is a subconcept of the passive construction, so they are not all appropriate terms. Fourth, the structures of 16 grammar books can be divided into two types. type A is based on the grammar system of Chinese, and type B is based on the expression of grammar items. The books of type A cover almost all basic grammar items, whereas the books of type B cover only a part of the basic grammar items. Therefore, the books of type A have the advantage that learners can systematically learn the entire grammatical structure of Chinese, and the books of type B have a practical advantage that the amount of learning is less burdensome and the contents of learning can be applied immediately depending on the subjects. Fifth, the books of type A and B also differ in the table of contents arrangement. type A mostly follows the order from words to sentences, which can lead to more systematic learning as they begin with the most basic grammar units. type B follows the opposite order or has a structure in which the two are mixed. The order that starts with sentences has the advantage of helping learners speak a variety of basic sentences just from the beginning of learning.

        Identification of Additional Jets in the $${\rm{t}}{\rm\bar{t}b}{\rm\bar{b}}$$ Events by Using Deep Neural Network

        In the top quark pair production in association with the Higgs boson decaying to a b quark pair (t\bar{t}H(b\bar{b})), the final state has an irreducible nonresonant background from the production of a top quark pair in association with a b quark pair (t\bar{t}b\bar{b}). Therefore, understanding of the t\bar{t}b\bar{b} process precisely in particular differential cross-section as functions of the properties of the additional b jets not from the top quark decay is essential for improving the sensitivity of a search for the t\bar{t}H(b\bar{b})) process. The two additional b jets can be identified by using various approaches. In this paper, the performances are compared quantitatively in the lepton+jets decay channel in terms of the matching efficiency of assigning two additional b jets as a figure of merit. We showed that a matching efficiency of around 40% could be achieved using a deep neural network method. In the events with at least 4 b jets, this performance is 8% better than that achieved using minimum ΔR(b,\bar{b}) method. This is consistent with the boosted decision tree method within its statistical uncertainty.

        Thermoresponsive Sulfone and Sulfoxide-Containing Polyacrylamides

        A series of thermoresponsive polyacrylamides containing sulfide, sulfone, or sulfoxide was successfully prepared by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization. The thermal properties of polyacrylamides with sulfone or sulfoxide, which have not been studied before, were investigated for the first time. While poly[N-(2-(propylsulfonyl)ethyl)acrylamide] (P2SO2) with sulfone groups was water insoluble, poly[N-(2-(propylsulfinyl)ethyl)acrylamide] (P2SO) with sulfoxide groups was water soluble, indicating that the sulfoxide moiety is more hydrophilic than sulfone. By controlling the end of the polymer chain, we synthesized poly[N-(2-(ethylsulfonyl)ethyl)acrylamide] (P1SO2) and poly[N-(2-(butylsulfinyl)ethyl)acrylamide] (P3SO), which exhibit an lower critical solution temperature (LCST) in water around 24?26°C. For adjusting a wide range of LCST, we synthesized the random copolymers by controlling the initial feed ratio of hydrophobic M2SO2 and hydrophilic M2SO. The amphiphilic block copolymers were also synthesized and assembled in water to yield the micelles. After adding H2O2 to this micellar solution, the hydrophobic block was oxidized and converted to a hydrophilic block, leading to the transformation of micelles to unimers.

        Investigation of Sensor Performance in Accumulation- and Inversion-Mode Silicon Nanowire pH Sensors

        <P>We investigate the performance of accumulation (ACC)-mode and inversion (INV)-mode silicon nanowire (SiNW) pH sensors that are electrically controlled by a liquid gate. The two sensing parameters of the changes of threshold voltage and current are explored in both types of SiNW pH sensors at different pH levels. As device dimensions and channel doping concentration increase, the performance of the ACC-mode biosensor degrades more rapidly than the performance of the INV-mode biosensor. Therefore, INV-mode SiNW pH sensors with a liquid gate could be robust to process variation and provide improved current sensitivity.</P>

        Anticancer Activity of Protocatechualdehyde in Human Breast Cancer Cells

        Protocatechualdehyde (PCA) is a natural polyphenol compound isolated from the root of the herb S. miltiorrhiza and barley tea plants. PCA possesses antiproliferative and pro-apoptotic properties in human colorectal cancer cells. However, the cellular mechanism has not been fully understood. b-catenin and cyclin D1 are proto-oncogene that is overexpressed in many types of cancers and leads to cancer development. The present study was performed to elucidate the molecular mechanism by which PCA stimulates cell growth arrest and apoptosis in human breast cancer cells. PCA repressed cell proliferation and induced apoptosis in dose-dependent manner. PCA suppressed the expression of b-catenin and cyclin D1 with no changes in mRNA levels. Inhibition of proteosomal degradation using MG-132 and Ada-(Ahx)3-(Leu)3-vinyl sulfone ameliorates PCA-induced downregulation of b-catenin and cyclin D1. PCA treatment decreased the half-life of b-catenin and cyclin D1. PCA-mediated b-catenin downregulation depends on GSK3b. We further provide the evidence that PCA increased nuclear translocation of nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-jB) and the blockage of NF-jB using Bay11-7082 inhibited PCAmediated b-catenin downregulation. The current study demonstrates that PCA suppress b-catenin expression through GSK3band NF-jB-mediated proteosomal degradation. In addition, PCA decreased cyclin D1 expression independent to b-catenin through proteosomal degradation.

      • Cost-Effective Scalable Synthesis of Mesoporous Germanium Particles <i>via</i> a Redox-Transmetalation Reaction for High-Performance Energy Storage Devices

        <P>Nanostructured germanium is a promising material for high-performance energy storage devices. However, synthesizing it in a cost-effective and simple manner on a large scale remains a significant challenge. Herein, we report a redox-transmetalation reaction-based route for the large-scale synthesis of mesoporous germanium particles from germanium oxide at temperatures of 420–600 °C. We could confirm that a unique redox-transmetalation reaction occurs between Zn<SUP>0</SUP> and Ge<SUP>4+</SUP> at approximately 420 °C using temperature-dependent <I>in situ</I> X-ray absorption fine structure analysis. This reaction has several advantages, which include (i) the successful synthesis of germanium particles at a low temperature (∼450 °C), (ii) the accommodation of large volume changes, owing to the mesoporous structure of the germanium particles, and (iii) the ability to synthesize the particles in a cost-effective and scalable manner, as inexpensive metal oxides are used as the starting materials. The optimized mesoporous germanium anode exhibits a reversible capacity of ∼1400 mA h g<SUP>–1</SUP> after 300 cycles at a rate of 0.5 C (corresponding to the capacity retention of 99.5%), as well as stable cycling in a full cell containing a LiCoO<SUB>2</SUB> cathode with a high energy density (charge capacity = 286.62 mA h cm<SUP>–3</SUP>).</P><P><B>Graphic Abstract</B> <IMG SRC='http://pubs.acs.org/appl/literatum/publisher/achs/journals/content/ancac3/2015/ancac3.2015.9.issue-2/acsnano.5b00389/production/images/medium/nn-2015-00389h_0008.gif'></P><P><A href='http://pubs.acs.org/doi/suppl/10.1021/nn5b00389'>ACS Electronic Supporting Info</A></P>

        The Relationship between Acoustic and Perceptual Measurement of Prosodic Characteristics in Children with High-Functioning Autism Spectrum Disorders

        배경 및 목적: 고기능 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동의 비전형적인 운율 특성은 다른 사람과의 상호작용 시 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 고기능 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동의 운율 특성에 대해 음향학적 평가에서 나타나는 차이가 실제로도 지각되는지를 확인하고자 청지각적 평가를 함께 실시하고, 두 평가 간의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 고기능 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동의 운율에 대한 전반적 인상에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 연구대상은 7-9세 고기능 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동 11명, 생활연령 일치 일반아동 11명, 총 22명이었다. 분석에 사용한 모든 아동의 2-3개의 발화는 대화 자료에서 추출하였다. 운율 특성은 척도를 활용하여 언어병리학전공 학부생 40명에게 운율의 전반적 인상, 음도, 음도변화, 말속도를 청지각적으로 평가하도록 하였고, CSL을 사용하여 평균음도, 음도범위, 말속도를 음향학적으로 분석하였다. 결과: 청지각적 평가에서 고기능 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동은 일반아동에 비해 유의하게 높은 음도, 과도한 음도변화, 부자연스러운 전반적 인상을 가진 것으로 평가되었다. 음향학적 평가에서 고기능 자폐스펙트럼장애 아동은 유의하게 더 넓은 음도범위를 보였다. 두 집단 모두 청지각적 평가와 음향학적 평가의 말속도에서 유의한 정적상관을 보였으며, 자폐스펙트럼장애 집단에서만 청지각적 평가의 음도와 음향학적 평가의 음도범위에서 유의한 부적상관이 나타났다. 자폐스펙트럼장애 집단의 전반적 인상에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 청지각적 평가의 음도변화로 나타났다. 논의 및 결론: 본 연구결과를 통해 고기능 자폐스펙트럼장애 집단의 비전형적인 음향학적 운율 특성이 청지각적으로도 지각될 수 있음을 확인하였다. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the prosodic pattern of children with high-functioning autism spectrum disorder (HFASD) according to acoustic and perceptual measurements and the relationships between them, and to identify the factors influencing the overall impression of prosody for HFASD. Methods: The participants were 11 children with HFASD age 7 to 9 years and 11 typically developing children matched for chronological age. Each participant’s longest 2-3 utterances within conversational samples were analyzed. The acoustics were analyzed by mean pitch, pitch range, and speech rate using Computerized Speech Lab (CSL). A perceptual measurement was performed by 40 speech language pathology students using a scale to measure the overall impression, pitch, pitch range, and speech rate. Results: The results were the following: in the perceptual measurement, the HFASD group showed significantly higher pitch, broader pitch range, and an atypical overall impression when compared with the TD group. In the acoustic measurement, the HFASD group revealed a significantly broader pitch range than the TD group. Speech rate showed correlation between the acoustic and perceptual measurement in both groups. For the HFASD group, there was significant correlation between the pitch range in the acoustic measurement and pitch in the perceptual measurement. Pitch range in the perceptual measurement was a significant predictor of overall impression. Conclusion: We discussed the prosodic patterns of children with HFASD based on these results.
