中風急性期에 活用되는 鎭肝熄風湯에 관한 臨床的 考察

최근 식생활의 변화와 노년층의 증가 등으로 中風이 증가하고 있어 동서의학적인 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 中風은 本虛表實證으로 인식되고 主風說, 主氣說, 主火說, 主痰濕說 등이 있으나 葉天士가 內風說을 개창한 이래 肝腸上亢, 肝腎陰虛 등에 의한 肝風內動이 주병기로 인식되고 있으며 內風은 양기가 음혈의 억제를 받지 못하여 과항하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 張錫純의 鎭肝熄風湯이 본 肝風內動證에 많이 사용되고 있으며 본 병원에서도 임상에 사용되고 있는 바 구체적인 치료효과에 대해 알아보고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. We studied the meaning and use of the Jingansickphungtang, so we found the Jingansickphungtang is effective of preventing early cerebral stroke. We had prescirbed the abstract of the Jingansickphungtang in 24 early cerebral stroke patients for six days from May, 1997 to December, 1997 and the results was as follows. 1. We observed recovering rates after a week; headache 72.7%, dizziness 75%, chest discomfort 83.3%, red face 93.7%, yawning sign 100%; average recovering rates 84.1%. 2. We observed the states of consciousness after a week. There were increasing from 20 patients to 23 patients in Gr.1 and decreasing from 4 patients to 1 patient in Gr.2. 3. We observed the states of swallowing after a week. There were increasing from 16 patients to 19 patients in having general diet and decreasing from 6 patients to 5 patients in having soft diet and decreasing from 2 patients to 0 patient in having liquid diet. 4. We observed the states of aphasia after a week. There were incresing from 7 patients to 16 patients in Gr.5 and decreasing from 13 patients to 4 patients in Gr.4. 5. We observed the states of motor weakness after a week. Upper limbdegeneration; 0 patient, changelessness; 13 patients(54.1%), improvement; 11 patients(45.9%) Lower limbdegeneration; 0 patient, changelessness; 12 patients(50%), improvement; 12 patients(50%) As the results, the Jingansickphungtang have effects in preventing of the most serious neurological symptomsmental disorder, dysphasia, aphagia and hemiparesis in early cerebral stroke.

1920년대 낭만주의 시의 계몽주의적 성격 : 『백조』파를 중심으로

There had been 2 ways about the explanation of the Korean Romantic poetry of the tendency in the beginning of the 1920- centeral with '백조‘, one is to explain itthe reaction of the modern enlightenment according to the western flow of the history of the literature and the other is the escape from the reality and an eager wish based upon the impossibility of the mondern enlightenment under a colonial situation. But the romantic literature of the 1920 is the practice of the aesthetic enlightenment through the intention of the modern art, rather than 'the reaction of the enlightenment' or 'the frustration of the enlightenment' The romantic poet of the 1920 recognized the modern could be accomplished by the artistic doing searching for individual's world as the freed self get out of the dbjective of the reality, such as ideology, ethics and learning. To them, the art is thought to be as the Utopian space in which it can be attained the freedom. But this kind of self individual's freedom is also to be accompanied by the isolation of themselves. This is just the destiny of the modern art. The isolation of this reality is expressed by dark image and sad sentiment. The poet of the beginning of the 1920's try to seek the naive self identity freed from the social reality. It's referred to as the modern artistic world, and it's confidential space differed from the real world like learning and social system. So it's not the bright world dominant the real world, but the dark hiding space escaped from the menace of that world. And the frequency of the sad sentiment and the rear image in the 1920's poetry is the sentimental reaction over the individuals' consciousness. The eager effort to express this kind of sentiment into poetry is itself one way of the practice toward the modern art.

연직배수재의 타설심도에 따른 압밀특성

This study analyzed characteristics of soft ground consolidation according to depths of vertical drain. As the result, when the depth ratio of vertical drains (L/D) were 0.5, 0.7, and 1.0, consolidation characteristics were similar up to 70% in consolidation degree under one-dimensional drain condition. However, above this degree, consolidation speed became slower as L/D became smaller. Two-dimensional drain condition also showed a similar tendency, but when L/D was 1.0, the consolidation speed was relatively higher.

대인ㆍ대내인간 통합적 의사소통 프로그램 개발

연구는 대인, 대내인간 통합적 의사소통 훈련 프로그램을 개발하기 위하여 실시되었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 먼저 선행연구와 임상경험을 토대로 프로그램을 구성하였다. 구성된 프로그램의 효과는 동신대학교 남·여 대학생 30명을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구분한 후, 총 24시간(6X4)의 프로그램을 실시하여 사전-사후간의 차이를 비교, 검증하였다. 측정도구는 문제해결에 대한 자기평가검사와 자아존중감검사를 사용하였는데, 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대인간·대내인간 통합적 의사소통 훈련 프로그램이 지각된 문제해결능력에 미치는 효과를 검증한 결과, 유의수준 .001에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 대내인간 통합적 의사소통 훈련 프로그램이 자아존중감에 미치는 효과를 검증한 결과, 유의수준 .001에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 대인간·대내인간 통합적 의사소통 훈련 프로그램은 문제해결능력과 자아존중감 향상에 효과가 있다고 할 수 있다. This study has a goal to develop of the Integrated(Inter·Intra) Communication Training Program. The Integrated(Inter·Intra) Communication Training Program based on preceding research and clinical experience was developed. The subject of this study were 30 Dongsin university students. They divided into experimental group and control group, and then experienced 24 hours program. to examine the effects of Measurement instruments were Problem Solving Inventory and Self-Esteem Inventory. The results are as follow: 1) The results of The Integrated(Inter·Intra) Communication Training Program at a problem solving ability is revealed on significant difference(p<.001). 2) The results of The Integrated(Inter·Intra) Communication Training Program at increasing of self-esteem is revealed on significant difference(p<.001). For that reason The Integrated(Inter·Intra) Communication Training Program is effective to problem solving ability and increasing of self-esteem.

간 낭종을 동반한 성인 다낭신 환자에서 간 낭종의 감염 1예

Adult polycystic kidney disease(APKD) usually accompanies with renal and extrarenal manifestations and liver cysts are present in aproximately 30% of patients with APKD. Kidney cysts often accompany with hemorrhage, rupture, infection, however, liver cysts are usually asymptomatic and do not impair liver function. Rare complication of liver cysts in patient with APKD include portal hypertension with bleeding esophageal varices and hepatic failure with encephalopathy. But, in APKD patient, infection of liver cysts without infection of renal cysts is extremely rare. We report a case of infected liver cyst in a patient with APKD who has complained generalized abdominal pain and high fever which was confirmed by ultrasound and aspiration. The patient was treated successfully with repeated aspiration and systemic antibiotics.

Impact of temperature change on the voltinism of Riptortus pedestris (Fabricius) (Hemiptera: Alydidae)

Climate change can affect major changes to the dynamics of individual insect. The increase of surface temperature would cause multivoltine species to increase the number of generations (i.e. voltinism) per year. Determining the voltinism was based on the climate data and biological parameters. The soybean bug, Riptortus pedestris (Fabricius) (Hemiptera: Alydidae) is one of major pests of soybean and has multi host plants. To estimate the voltinism of R. pedestris, the climate data were obtained from the web site of the Korea Meterological Administration(KMA) from 1966 or 1973 to 2015 at 77 locations, respectively. We used the lower developmental threshold (15.0°C) and thermal constant (312.5DD) for R. pedestris from egg to adult emergence. Degree-days were calculated by using simple cutoff method and cumulating degree-days (CDD) were obtained by summing calculated degree-days. The voltinism of R. pedestris was calculated by dividing CDD per specific period by the thermal constant requirement of R. pedestris development from egg to adult emergence. The number of generations varied depending on the season, with the lowest in February and the highest in August at each location. At least one generation per month would be possible from July to August. The average voltinism from 1966 to 2015 was highest at Seoguipo, and was followed by Daegu, Jejusi, Gwangju and Jeonju. The average voltinism from 1966 to 2015 was lowest at Ulreundo. The voltinism of R. pedestris observed the last 50 years was attributable to human activities at some locations.

Some Responses of Cryptic Mealybug, Pseudococcus cryptus, for a Synthetic Sex Pheromone in Citrus Orchards, Jeju

Some responses of cryptic mealybug, Pseudococcus cryptus, for a sex pheromone, [(1R,3R)-3-isopropenyl-2,2-dimethylcyclobutyl]methyl 3-methyl-3-butenoate, were studied to develop the applying strategy of sex pheromone trap for efficient monitoring and control-time decision in citrus orchards grown in greenhouse for 2 years (2007-2008). The optimal concentration of a sex pheromone was 1.0㎎ per hexane 100㎕ in a using pheromone lure. There was no significant effect of the attraction of male adults among different colours (white, blue and yellow) of plate-type trap baited with sex pheromone. The more male adults were attracted, as the distance of a pheromone trap form a citrus tree infested with cryptic mealybug was closer. The male adults were caught to sex pheromone trap from middle April to late November, and its peak period was the middle of July. The thermal constant for the next attraction was about 640 degree-days (lower threshold temperature=12℃) after confirmed the first attraction of male adults. The optimum control time for cryptic mealybug after the first attraction of male adults were confirmed was estimated as 450 to 500 degree-days.
