        The purpose of this study was to develop safety instruction material that can use efficiently through analyze segments connected with safety in elementary science material field experiment. Therefore, established following assignment to achieve purpose of this study. First, analyze whether there are some things on hazardous factor that can be connected to safety accident at elementary science material field experiment. Second, develop multimedia material for effective safety instruction. Third, recognize teacher's legal liability through published paper and case study. To settle the above subject, secures theoretical basis through literature study and collected datas connected with safety instruction through internet search. Also analyzed risk factor and safety connection contents that can be connected to safety accident through the 7th elementary science textbooks. Then arrange this systematically and made a story board. Safety connection animation datas that film by camcorder edited by vegas 4.0 and used Macromedia company's Director MX developing multimedia material. before scientific experiment class beginning or when educate safety, divide into greatly 6 low rank menus to use easily necessary member and arranged connection menus inside. All materials were manufactured to use easily maximum for user. This material will prevent beforehand accident to occur because make an experimenter know enough safety precaution, safety equipment, experiment tool directions etc. when safety accident occurred, will help unconnect to large size accident because do quick emergency measure.

      • 보리등겨로 제조한 간장의 향기성분

        새로운 장류제품으로서 보리등겨의 이용방안을 모색하기 위하여 간장을 만들어 연구하였다. 보리로 제조한 간장의 갈색화는 점차적으로 증가 하였으며 완만한 변화를 보였다. 향기성분으로는 4-vinyl-2-methoxy-phenol, benzeneacetaldehyde, palmitic acid, 2-furancatboxaldehyde, methyl-9, 12-octadecadienoate, di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate, diethyl phtalate, dibytyl-1,2-benzenedicatboxylate, 5-methyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde, 3,4-dimethyl-1h-pyrazole, phenylethyl alcohol, dioctyl-hexanedioate, dimethyl-1,2-benzenedicatboxylate, benzaldehyde, methional, 2-methoxy-phenol, n-furfurylidene-3-methylbutyl amine, 1-furfuryl-2-formyl pyrrole, tetradrcanoic acid, 5-methyl-pyrimidine, 4-methyl-5-hydroxymethyl-imidazole, maltol, 5-(5-methyl-2-furanyl)methyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde 순으로 높은 함량을 차지 하였다. For investigation of new utilization as jang-products, kanjang was prepared using barely bran. This study was conducted to investigate flavor components of kanjang during fermentation time. The optical density was gradually increased. Among the flavor components identified in kanjang made with barley bran, the contents of 4-viny1-2-methoxy-phenol was the most in quantity followed by benzeneacetaldehyde, palmitic acid, 2-furancarboxaldehyde, methyl-9,12-octadecadienoate, di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate, diethyl phtalate, dibutyl-1,2-benzendicarboxylate, 5-methyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde, 3,4-dimethyl-1h-pyrazole, phenylethyl alcohol, dioctyl-hexanedioate, dimethyl-1,2-benzenedicarboxylate, benzaldehyde, methional, 2-methoxy-phenol, n-furfurylidene-3-methylbutyl amine, 1-furfuryl-2-formyl pyrrole, tetradecanoic acid, 5-methyl-pyrimidine, 4-methyl-5-hydroxymethyl-imidazole, maltol and 5-(5-methyl-2-furanyl)methyl-2-furancarboxaldegyde.

        One of the most popular and promising technique for improving accuracy in positioning is the differential GPS(DGPS), which has been very well developed for applications of various areas during last decade because of Its high accuracy. The actual positioning error of DGPS depends on the separation of a reference station and users, error correction data update rate, and the sophistication of the computer processing techniques. In this paper, positioning errors of users with varying error correction update rate and time delay have been obtained using postprocessing.

      • Genetic analyses on rice blast resistant alleles derived from mutant rice lines of Namil

        Narrow genetic diversity of Korean commercial rice lines have been a major limit factor in breeding new breeding lines having resistance and tolerance against biotic and abiotic stresses. Introducing novel favorable allele types could be possible through crossing with wild relatives, it demands additional tedious efforts to restore the unique genetic background of the recurrent parents, which determine commercial value in the market. Our study is preliminary based on the mutation breeding, by which agronomic traits could be acquired with the least impact on the unique haplotype of the wild type. Through screening and evaluating more than 7,000 mutant lines of Namil, a high yielding Korean japonica cultivar, several dozens of mutant lines expressing improved performances in terms of resistance or tolerance against biotic or abiotic stresses. One Sodium azide treated mutant line, Namil(SA)M2-1063-11-1-1-1-1-1-1, designated as ‘Namil(SA)-bl5’ performed high level of resistance against rice blast as well as reduced culm length. Two mapping populations, to dissect genetic basis of the blast resistance and short culm length, were constructed by using F2 progenies derives crosses between Namil(SA)-bl5 and Milyang23 and Namil(wild type) and Milyang23. Each progenies were evaluated in terms of DNA marker genotype as well as basal agronomic traits including blast resistance by using F2:3 seeds. Association analysis between marker genotype and evaluated phenotype of progeny lines were adopted to localize the putative chromosomal locations involved to culm length and blast resistance. The putative locations unique to Namil(SA)-bl5 were then elucidated through the comparisons with those of Namil x Milyang23 reference population. Tentatively, the genetic factors for reduced culm length and blast resistance were identified on chromosome 7 and chromosome 12, respectively.

      • Chromosomal localization of a brown planthopper resistant allele within a mutant line of Namil, a Korean japonica cultivar

        Brown planthopper (BPH) is a destructive insect pest of rice in Korea. Identification and the incorporation of newBPH resistance genes into modern rice cultivars are important breeding strategies to control the damage caused by BPH. To expand genetic resource against BPH in Korea, we screened more than 2,500 mutant lines, which were derived from EMS treatment on Namil, a high yielding Korean japonica cultivar. One mutant line, Namil(EMS)M2-1463-1-1-1-1, designated as ‘Namil(EMS)-bl10,bph1’ performed high level of resistance against BPGH and rice blast, while the wild type, Namil, performed highly susceptible to rice blast as well as BPH. A mapping population was constructed by using F2 progeny lines derived from cross between Namil(EMS)-bl10,bph1 and Milyang23, a BPH susceptible Tongil type cultivar. DNAs prepared from F2 individuals were used for SSR marker based linkage map skeleton, and F2:3 seeds were subjected to BPH infestation to infer resistance level of corresponding F2 plant. Association analysis between marker genotype and evaluated survival ratio of each progeny line were used to localize the putative chromosomal location(s) involved to BPH resistance. The location was initially located on the subterminal region of the long arm of chromosome 12 flanked by the SSR markers RM1337 and RM277, where at least three BPH resistance genes, Bph1, Bph18, and Bph21, were localized previously.

      • Up-dating of new dCAPS markers for mapping yield-related traits using MGRIL

        The next-generation sequencing(NGS) technology is being used for more effective genetic mapping. In previous study, we obtained 60x coverage of sequence from Milyang23 and Gihobyeo on average comparing with Nipponbare reference genome. Also, we developed new derived cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence(dCAPS) markers based on the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) in coding region sequence(CDS) between these varieties. Totally, 1,726,798 SNPs between Milyang23 and Gihobyeo were detected. Among them, 146 SNP were selected for making dCAPS markers and located on genetic map with previously reported 219 PCR-based DNA markers. The map was applied to the detection of quantitative trait loci(QTLs) for stem internode diameters, culm length and panicle length within MGRIL population, and six QTLs with relatively high LOD score were found at three chromosomes; culm length and stem diameter including the first internode diameter, third and fourth internode diameter. This study showed that the NGS allowed the rapid discovery of a large number of SNPs for dCAPS marker. So, we tried to find out more single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) which were located on the whole genome sequence, such as un-translated region(UTR), intron, Inter-region and coding region sequence(CDS) between Milyang23 and Gihobyeo varieties. And we collected phenotypic information about culm length, panicle length, four stem internode diameters and panicle number in rice MGRIL population for QTLs. Furthermore, results of QTL analysis described above will shows relevance of molecular markers in mapping genes for useful breeding.

        기독교현실주의에 근거한 남북한 장애인복지 교류 · 협력 방향 - 라인홀드 니버의 논의를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 기독교현실주의에 근거하여 남북한의 장애인복지 교류협력 방향을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위하여, 북한의 장애인복지 및 남북한 교류협력 현황에 대하여 정리하고, 기독교현실주의 및 라인홀드 니버(R. Niebuhr)의 논의를 고찰해 본 후, 이에 입각한 교류협력의 방향에 대하여 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 첫째, 기독교현실주의에서는 ‘사랑’이 궁극적 목적이기 때문에, 대북 지원은 다른 여건에 상관없이 수행되어야 한다는 인식을 견지해야 한다. 둘째, 사랑의 원리에 입각한 지원이 기본일지라도 ‘정의’의 원리에 따른 사업 수행이 적용되어야 한다. 이를 위해, 대북지원에 대한 면밀한 검토를 통해 실제로 필요한 내용이 수행되도록 하며, 지원 사항들이 제대로 전달되고 있는지에 대한 엄격한 모니터링이 요구된다. 셋째, 남한의 대북 장애인복지 지원은 절대선이라는 인식으로 조급하게 사업을 추진하는 것은 재고해야 한다. 넷째, 북한 장애인 지원은 현실의 국제정치 맥락 속에서 수행되어야 한다. The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of inter-Korean social welfare exchange and cooperation for persons with disabilities based on Christian Realism. To this end, this article summarized North Korea’s current situation of social welfare for persons with disabilities and exchange cooperation between North and South Korea, discussed Christian Realism and Reinhold Niebuhr’s theory in particular, and suggested the direction of exchange cooperation based on Christian realism of R. Niebuhr. The directions proposed in this study are as follows. First, since “love” is the ultimate goal in Christian realism, it should maintain the perception that aid to the North Korean persons with disabilities should be carried out regardless of political, economic, social and cultural conditions. Second, even if support based on the principle of love is fundamental, conducting business based on the principle of ‘justice’ should be applied. To this end, a close examination and review of aid for persons with disabilities in North Korea should be conducted to ensure that the assistance actually needed is carried out and that strict monitoring should be made to ensure that the aid is delivered properly. Third, South Korea should reconsider its hassle-free implementation of the project with the recognition that welfare support for North Koreans with disabilities is an absolute good. Finally, aid for the persons with disabilities in North Korea should be carried out in the context of real-world international politics.

        북한 장애인고용정책 분석

        본 연구는 북한의 장애인고용정책을 분석하여, 이를 토대로 북한의 장애인고용 증진을 위한 정책 발전 방안을 제안하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 정책분석의 맥락으로서 북한 장애인고용 관련 법규, 고용 현황 등을 문헌연구, 2차 자료 분석 등을 통해 고찰하였으며, 이후 북한의 장애인고용정책을 Gilbert and Specht(1974)의 정책 산출물 분석틀에 따라 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 북한 장애인고용정책의 급여형태는 고용급여, 직업능력개발급여 등이다. 둘째, 장애인고용정책의 내용은 분리고용이 주를 이루고 있다. 셋째, 장애인고용정책의 할당은 경증·신체장애인 중심으로 이루어지고 있다. 넷째, 장애인고용정책의 전달체계는 내각의 각 성과 각 시도·시군구 인민위원회를 중심으로 분절적으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 이상의 분석결과를 토대로 북한 장애인고용정책 발전 방안을 법규 정비, 급여형태 다양화, 전달체계 개편 등으로 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the employment policy for persons with disabilities, and to propose a policy development plan to promote employment of persons with disabilities in North Korea. For this purpose, this study reviewed the laws and employment status related in persons with disabilities in North Korea through literature studies and secondary data analysis as the context of the policy analysis. Since then, North Koreas employment policy for persons with disabilities was analyzed according to the framework of Gilbert and Specht(1974). The results of this study are as follows. First, the benefits of the North Korean employment policy for persons with disabilities are employment benefits and vocational skills development benefits. Second, segregated employment is mainly composed of employment policy for persons with disabilities. Third, the allocation of employment policy for persons with disabilities is centered on persons with mild and physical disabilities. Fourth, the delivery system of employment policy for persons with disabilities is segmented around the Cabinets and the Peoples Committee of each municipality. Based on the results of this analysis, this study suggests the development of employment policy for persons with disabilities in North Korea through the revision of regulations, the diversification of benefits, and the reorganization of delivery systems.

        원시반사통합운동이 신경발달장애 아동의 앞쪽머리자세, 균형능력, 주의집중력에 미치는 효과 : 예비연구

        Purpose : Therapeutic exercise should improve the health outcomes of rehabilitation in children with neurodevelopmental disability. The purpose of this study was to investigate the feasibility of primitive reflex integration exercises on forward head posture, balance ability, and concentration in children with neurodevelopmental disability. Methods : This study included 10 children with neurodevelopmental disability. Primitive reflex integration exercises were performed for 40 minutes, twice a week for 8 weeks (16 sessions). The reflective markers were placed at the center of the shoulders and on the ears. A caliper was used to measure the distance between the attachments of the reflective markers to assess the forward head posture. Pediatric balance scale was used to quantify balance ability. Their abilities in terms of changeless sitting, looking at the teacher, putting children’s hands on their knees, and looking at immovable and movable objects, were assessed to quantify concentration. Results : There were significant improvements in forward head posture after the intervention (p=.005). Primitive reflex integration exercises significantly improved balance ability of children with neurodevelopmental disability (p=.027). There were also significant improvements in changeless sitting (p=.005), looking at the teacher (p=.004), putting children’s hands on their knees (p=.005), and looking at the immovable (p=.004) and movable (p=.004) objects. Conclusion : This study showed that primitive reflex integration exercises were a useful intervention to improve forward head posture, balance, and concentration in children with neurodevelopmental disability. Therefore, primitive reflex integration exercises may also promote and improve their general development. Further studies with appropriate sample size and control group are needed to conclude the effectiveness of primitive reflex integration exercises on improving posture, motor function, and concentration in children with neurodevelopmental disability.
