Our main interest is the regulation of expression of the genes for general transcription factors involved in the transcription process by RNA polymerase Ⅱ. For this purpose, we have been trying to isolate and characterize the genomic clones encoding various transcription factors of Drosophila melanogaster. In this paper, we report the DNA sequences of the promoter regions of Drosophila TFIIB and TBP genes and suggest some consensus features in those regions We also present the developmental profile of mRNA expression of those two Drosophila genes. The data altogather suggest some common mechanism existing in the regulation of the expression of these two Drosophila genes.

<P>Animals prenatally exposed to valproic acid (VPA), an antiepileptic agent, have been used as a model for autism spectrum disorders (ASDs). Previous studies have identified enhanced NMDA receptor (NMDAR) function in the brain of VPA rats, and demonstrated that pharmacological suppression of NMDAR function normalizes social deficits in these animals. However, whether repetitive behavior, another key feature of ASDs, can be rescued by NMDAR inhibition remains unknown. We report here that memantine, an NMDAR antagonist, administered to VPA mice rescues both social deficits and repetitive behaviors such as self-grooming and jumping. These results suggest that suppression of elevated NMDAR function in VPA animals normalizes repetitive behaviors in addition to social deficits.</P>
To detect the position of the camera from a sequence of un-calibrated images

This paper presents a method of detecting the camera position from an un-calibrated image sequence. In Epipolar geometry, the fundamental matrix provides some geometric information including translation and rotation of the cameras. But the information is inexplicitly encapsulated and does not have the scale factor which raises a problem about the displacement or the direction of the sequential motion of the camera. In this paper, the scale of the direction of each camera movement is synchronized comparing the camera matrix which is from the fundamental matrix of some two images with the others. Furthermore, scale factors are determined using the knowledge of the displacement which is made by the first motion of the camera. And to achieve good results the fundamental matrix is computed by the Levenberg-arquardt algorithm using the Direct Linear Transformation algorithm to find the initial value. Experimental results show that the track of the camera is accurately estimated.
IoT 환경에서 소형 센서 디바이스를 위한 경량화 인증 및 키 교환 프로토콜 설계

최근 무선 통신 기술과 센서 디바이스들의 발달로 센서 기반 IoT 환경이 다양한 분야에 활용되고 있다. 하지만, IoT 환경을 구성하는 센서 노드가 소형 하드웨어로 구성되어 있어 메모리, 처리능력, 에너지 등에서 많은 제약사항을 가지고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 키 없는 해시 함수를 이용하여 센서노드간 인증 및 키 교환을 경량화 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 숲이나 군사지역 등 사람이 접근하기 어려운 곳에 활용되는 센서 노드들의 배터리 수명을 향상시켜 효율적이고 지속적인 데이터 수집이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
