2021 Journal of the Korean Data Analysis Society Vol.23 No.3

This paper aims to analyze the ripple effect on the creation of shared value (CSV), social performance, and partner company performance, which are attracting attention as an element of continuous competitive advantage of companies, focusing on the analysis method of artificial neural networks. The subject of this study was a questionnaire survey for workers in aviation manufacturing companies, and 234 copies were used for the final analysis. As an analysis method, path analysis of the existing structural equations and artificial neural networks (ANNs) analysis methods were compared, and the meaning and implications of the ANNs analysis method were presented. As a result of the analysis, the impact of the sub-factors of CSV, such as economic value, environmental value, and social value, on social performance and partner business performance, was determined between the results of path analysis through AMOS and ANNs analysis results. It was found that there was a significant positive relationship. As a result, based on the results of this research paper derived through the ANN analysis method, it has been identified as a win-win growth strategy that enables companies to achieve social and partner business performance through CSV activities, and has meaningful academic and practical implications. Are presented.

      • A case of bullous pemphigoid induced by clobazam

( Howard Chu ),( Jae Won Lee ),( Dongyun Shin ),( Hee Ju Kim ),( Min Geol Lee ),( Daesuk Kim ) 대한피부과학회 2015 대한피부과학회 학술발표대회집 Vol.67 No.1

Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is an acquired autoimmunebullous dermatosis resulting in subepidermal blistering. Although usually idiopathic, certain medications are known to be associated, which is referred as drug-induced BP. Herein, we report a novel case of a patient who developed BP after taking clobazam, an anticonvulsant agent. A 50-year-old female presented with a 1cm-sized tense yellowish bulla and few 3mm-sized vesicles on her right shin. When she was six, she started to havedevelopmental delay on her left face and arm. Also, she has a prolonged history of recurrent episodes of seizures since she was 30 years old, and had continuously taken anti-epileptic medications since then. Her seizures were relatively well-controlled until May, 2014, when she arrived at the emergency room with another episode of seizure, and clobazam was added. After taking clobazam for about a month, she visited our dermatology clinic with the skin lesions described above. Biopsy was done and it revealed subepidermal blister containing eosinophils and neutrophils. Although the result for direct immunofluorescence was negative, her clinical features and histological results were highly suggestive of BP. This adverse reaction of clobazam has never been reported before.Further studies are required to clearly determine this drug as the causative agent, yet cautions should be taken before starting treatment with clobazam.

Vol.6 No.2

The purpose of this study is to compare the learning styles of the mathematics gifted, the science gifted, and general students at elementary schools by Kolb"s four learning styles, and ascertain how the preference of instructional methods become different by learning style. To achieve the purpose in this study, the four propositions were set as follows: First, what differences exist among the mathematics gifted, the science gifted and general students in terms of learning style? Second, what differences exist in terms of the preference of instructional methods by learning style among the mathematics gifted, the science gifted, and general students? To solve the abovementioned propositions, this study targeted 60 elementary school-level mathematics gifted students, 60 science gifted students at gifted students education institutes, and 120 six graders at Elementary School: this study targeted a total of 240 students. For the learning style test used in this study, ""Learning Style Inventory (LSI),"" which originally presented by Kolb in 1976, but was revised anew in 1999, and was translated by Lee, Shin-dong (2005), was used. As a test to measure the preference of instructional methods, ""Measure of Student Preference for Instructional Techniques,"" developed by Renzulli, Rizza, and Smith (2002), and translated by Lee Shin-dong (2005) was used. The confidence levels of the tests were good, respectively. The analysis of the collected test responses was tested through a confidence analysis, technical statistics, MANOVA, and Sheffe test was used for follow up test. The SPSS 12.0 Program was used for the analysis. The analytical results of the collected data are presented as follows: Firstly, there was no difference in the learning style of the mathematics gifted and the science gifted, but there was difference in the learning style of the gifted and general students. Secondly, it was identified that divergent learners, convergent learners, regulated learners, except for assimilative learners, had their preferred instructional methods. Thirdly, there was no difference in the preference of instructional methods by learning style and gender between the mathematics gifted and general students. The science gifted students had different preference of instructional methods by learning style, but they did not show any difference on the preference of instructional methods by gender. In conclusion, the divergent learners and convergent learners are judged to be more active in learning activities and have higher learning motivation. Teachers taking charge of classroom teaching should provide instructional methods in line with such learning styles so as to achieve the adequacy of instruction, and draw maximum instructional effects. Those teachers also need to pay more attention to enhancing learning motivation of the relatively passive regulated learners and assimilative learners.

      • Phodphatidic Acid-induced Elevation of Intracellular Ca²+ Is Mediated by RhoA and H₂O₂in Rat-2 Fibroblasts

        Shin, Incheol,Lee, Zee-Won,Kweon, Soo-Mi,Leem, Sun-Hee,Kim, Jae-Hong,Kim, Byung-Chul,Ha, Kwon-Soo 東亞大學校附設遺傳工學硏究所 1999 遺傳工學硏究 Vol.- No.6

We have investigated possible roles of RhoA and H₂O₂ in the elevation of intracellular Ca²+[Ca²+]i) by phosphatidic acid (PA) in Rat-2 fibroblasts. PA induced a transient elevation of [Ca²+]i in nthe presence or absence of EGTA. Lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) also increased [Ca²+]i, but the sustained Ca²+ response was inhibited by EGTA. LPA stimulated the production of inositol phosphates, but PA did not. In the presence of EGTA, preincubation with LPA completely blocked the subsequent elevation of [Ca²+]i by PA, but not vice versa. PA stimulated the translocation of RhoA to the particulate fraction as did LPA. Scrape loading of C3 transferase inhibited the transient Ca²+ response to PA, but not to LPA, suggesting an essential role of RhoA in the elevation of [Ca²+]i by PA, H₂O₂ also induced a transient increase of [Ca²+]i as did PA. H₂O₂ scavengers, catalase and N-acetyl-L-cysteine, completely blocked the rise of [Ca²+]i stimulated by PA, but not by LPA. Furthermore, preincubation with PA blocked the subsequent Ca²+ response to H₂O₂, and the incubation with H₂O₂ also blocked the PA-induced rise of [Ca²+]i. Thus, it was suggested that PA stimulated Ca²+ release from PA-sensitive, but not inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate-sensitive,Ca²+? stores by the activation of RhoA and intracellular H₂O₂.
