      • 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET)의 內部摩擦損 및 誘電損의 溫度特性에 關한 相關性 硏究

        This paper investigated comparatively the temperature dependence of dielectric α relaxation process and dynamic mechanical α relaxation process. Dynamic mechanical and dielectric loss data on a given polythylene terephthalate (PET) are generally viewed as being directly comparable. This is based on the notion that, if each exhibits a loss peak at about the same temperature and frequency, they must be manifestations of the same process. This supposes that the process couples in the exact same manner with both mechanical and electrical stress fields. That this need be so may be seen from the fact that not only non polar process give rise to dynamic mechanical losses, but also dipolar losses. The results obtained are as follows. 1) Dielectric α peak and dynamic mechanical α peck in PET are observed at almost same temperature correspondently. 2) The elongated sample exhibits the higher α peck at the almost same maximum temperature. 3) The magnitude, location and breadth of the α relaxation in PET are strong function of the degree of crystallinity and also the manner in which a particular degree of crystallinity is attained. And the degree of crystallinity is changed with external conditions, that is, density, annealing. quenching, drawing, orientations and irradiation etc. 4) In the results of observation the absorption peak at 1,788 ?? on infrared spectra, the more bigger concentration of carbonyl dipole group was observed on the elongated sample.

      • Circuit Weight Training이 여윈 여고생의 혈청 항산화 작용에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of Circuit Weight Training(CWT) serum antioxidant activity in lean high school girls. The subjects were 10 lean highschool girls(BMI<19㎏/㎡). They were to perform the Circuit Weight Training with 40~55% intensity of 1RM, for 50 mins/day, 3 times/week during 12 weeks, Before and after training 10 ㎖ blood was extracted from the antecubital vein of each subject for the purpose of analyzing its effects on serum antioxidant activity. The conclusion of this study is as follows: 1. In serum antioxidant activity profile after 12-week Circuit Weight Training was increased significantly in H₂ O₂ OH, MDA. 2. In serum antioxidant activity profile after 12-week Circuit Weight Training was decreased significantly in Uric acid.

        외주를 고려한 가공경로 선정에서의 유전알고리즘 접근

        This paper addresses a problem of machining route selection in multi-stage process with machine group. The problem is considered the subcontracting and the production in-house such as regular and overtime work. The proposed model is formulated as a 0-1 integer programming constraining the avaliable time of each machine for planning period and total overtimes. The objective of the model is to minimize the sum of processing cost, overtime cost, and subcontracting cost. To solve this model, a genetic algorithm(GA) approach is developed. The effectiveness of the proposed GA approach is evaluated through comparisons with the optimal solution obtained from the branch and bound. In results, the same optimal solution is obtained from two methods at small size problem, and the consistent solution is provided by the GA approach at large size problem. The advantage of the GA approach is the flexibility into decision-making process because of providing multiple machining routes.

        Spectroelectrochemistry involve the combination of an electrochemical technique with a spectroscopic techinque so that the two measurements may be performed simultaneously in an electrochemical cell. One of the most generally useful spectroelectrochemical technique involves spectral observation of a thin layer of solution. Thin-layer spectroelectrochemistry at the optically transparent thin-layer electrode(OTTLE) takes advantage of the rapid electrolysis (30∼60 sec.) and small volume features of thin-layer electrochemistry. This study has used controlled potential as the excitation signal. Potential control provides a facile means of presicely adjusting the redox potential of the thin solution layer as determined by the Nernst equation for reversible systems: E_applied=E^0'+0.059/n log (O)/(R) In experiment, the slopes of Nernstian plot were 28.3mV in aqeous solution and 53mV in N, N-dimethylformamide(DMF) solution. The results of this study showed that the reduction mechanisms of 4-(2-pyridylazo)-resorcinol(PAR) were one two-electron step in aqueous solution and two one-electrons steps in DMF solution. The formal reduction potentials(E^0') of the PAR were -0.574 volts vs. S.C.E. in aqueous soltion and -0.74 volts vs. Ag/AgClO_4 in DMF solution. These results were generally similar to the reduction mechanism of the other cyclic hydrocarbons in the aprotic solvent. In aprotic solvent, the product of the first electron transfer is expected to be a relatively stable anion radical. In this experiment tetraethylammonium perchlorate was used as a supporting electrolyte of the DMF solution.

      • 여고생의 BMI와 체력과의 상관관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation of BMI and physical fitness in high school girls. The subjects were high school girls(n=295). The measurement items are physical fitness, physique, physique index(BMI : Body Mass Index). The conclusion of this study was as follows; 1. The record of 100M sprint, standing long jump, and sit ups showed a slack downward curve(low record) as BMI rises. 2. The record of softball showed a slack upward curve(high record) as BMI rises. 3. The record of 800M run, sit-ups and softball throw, from the top to the bottom. 4. The order of correlation between BMI and physical fitness was, flexed-arm hang, 100M sprint, standing long jump, 800M run, sit-ups and softball throw, from the top to the bottom. Therefore, we concluded that correlation BMI and physical fitness showed not so high.

      • Ⅲ. 벼 교잡종의 Allelopathy 효과 구명

        본 연구는 allelopathic potential을 지닌 벼의 교잡종을 포장에서 재배하여 그 식물체의 잎을 생물검정에 이용하여 allelopathy 효과 유무를 검정하고, 생물검정으로 선발된 교잡종을 대상으로 phenolic compounds를 조사하여 allelochemical로써의 가능성을 확인하고 나아가 phenolic compounds 생합성에 관여하는 효소의 활성 측정과 이 효소의 작용에 의해 유도되는 phenolic compounds를 구명한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 포장상태에서 피를 대상으로 생물검정을 실시한 결과 양친으로는 Kouketsumochi, Woo cochin yu에서 공통적으로 90% 이상의 높은 피뿌리 생장 억제율을 보였고, 교잡종에서는 Kouketsumochi/Woo co chin yu, Dongjinbyeo/Kouketsumochi Dongjinbyeo/Woo co chin yu 조합에서 80% 이상의 높은 억제율을 나타냈다. 2. Kouketsumochi의 PAL 활성은 protein 1kg당 63.46μkats로 타 공시품종보다 높았다. 또한 Kouketsumochi와의 교잡종도 타교잡종보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 3. Kouketsumochi의 cinnamate 함량은 생체중 1g당 2.64μg으로서 다른품종이나 교잡종보다 2∼5배 높았고, Kouketsumochi와의 교잡종도 타교잡종보다 높았다. This study was conducted to investigate allelopathic potential of various crosses of rice cultivars using their inhibitory effect on barnyardgrass growth under field conditions, and to determine PAL activity and phenolic compounds involved in phenylpropanoid pathway from selected crosses of rice cultivars. Under field conditions, Kouketsumochi, Woo co chin yu possessed higher allelopathic potential inhibiting over 90% of barnsyardgrass growth. Crosses of Kouketsumochi/Woo co chin yu, Dongjinbeyo/Korketsumochi, Dongjinbeyo/Woo co chin yu showed over 80% inhibitory effects on barnyardgrass growth. The highest PAL activity, 63.46μkats/kg proteins was detected in Kouketsumochi which is the most important enzyme in phenylpropanoid pathway and also higher PAL activity in crosses with kouketsumochi. Content of cinnamate was 2.64㎍/g f.w. in Kouketsumochi which was 2 to 5 times higher than other rice cultivars tested, indicating that higher PAL activity resulted in more cinnamate. The similar trends in cinnamate content and PAL activity were observed in crosses of rice cultivars with Kouketsumochi.

        By impproving the educational program of the Department of Architectural Engineering and studying the theory of learning and the applied method necessary for the development of nation and society, we should develop a satisfying course of education to meet the demand and skill in the industralized society for the purpose of cultivating men of baility with great personalities and creative minds. Therefore, this study focused on classifying several kinds of occupations in the prart of architectured related to what graduates from the department of Architectural Engineering go with into the society. Accordingly after choosing some works adequate to each occupation by the proposed curricula, we tried to establish the scope of education and courses corresponding to the jobs and thus and develop a satisfying curriculum.

      • Circuit Weight Training이 비만 여고생의 신체조성 및 혈청지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of Circuit Weight Training (CWT) on body composition and serum lipids in obese high school girls. The subjects were 11 obese highschool girls(BMI≥27㎏/㎡). They were to perform the Circuit Weight Training with 40~55% intensity of 1RM, for 50 mins/day, 3 times/week during 12 weeks. Before and after training, 10 ml blood was extracted from the antecubital vein of each subject for the purpose of analyzing its effects on serum lipids. The conclusion of this study is as follows : 1. In body composition and anthropometry profile after 12-week Circuit Weight Training was decreased significantly in %fat, BMI, body weight but LBM had no statistical signification. 2. 1. In serum lipid profile after 12-week Circuit Weight Training was increased significantly in TC, HDL - C and decreased significantly in PL but LDL - C had no statistical signification.
