적층각도가 다른 단방향 CFRP와 SM45C샌드위치형 복합재료에 관한 융합적 연구

본 연구에서는 고분자재료인 CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic)과 구조용 금속인 SM45C로 이루 어진 이종 복합재료가 경량화 재료용으로 사용되고 있다. SM45C를 심재로 갖고 양면에 섬유 적층각도가 다른 단반향 CFRP를 접착시킨 샌드위치형 복합재료를 이용하여 CT(Compact Tension)시험을 기초로 한 유한요소 해 석을 진행하였다. CT시험은 하중을 받는 재료내의 크랙으로 인한 파괴거동을 확인하기 위한 대표적인 방법이다. 이종 복합재료를 기계 구조물에 적용하기 위해서는 크랙 및 구멍에 대한 영향을 연구하여야 한다. 샌드위치형 복합 재료의 CT시험에 의한 파괴거동을 시뮬레이션 해석으로 연구하였다. 본 연구 결과로서, [0/60/-60/0]의 적층각도 를 가진 단방향 CFRP 샌드위치형태 복합재료가 우수한 강도를 갖으며 최대 등가응력은 약 182GPa정도가 나타났 다. 또한 복합 재료 형상으로서의 디자인적 요소를 융합 기술에 접목함으로서 그 미적인 감각을 나타낼 수 있다. In this study, the inhomogeneous material composed of CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced plastic) and structural metal of SM45C is used for the light material. The finite element analysis on the basis of compact tension test was carried out by using the composite material for sandwich type bonded with the unidirectional CFRP that differs in fiber stacking angle at both sides with the core of SM 45C. CT test is the representative method to confirm the fracture behaviour due to crack in material under the load. The effect on crack and hole must be investigated in order to apply inhomogeneous material to mechanical structure. As the result of this study, the fracture behaviour by CT test of the composite material for sandwich was studied by simulation analysis. The sandwich composite of unidirectional CFRP with the stacking angle of [0/60/-60/0] has the superior strength and the maximum equivalent stress of about 182GPa.Also, the esthetic sense can be shown as the designed factor of shape with composite material is grafted onto the convergence technique.
유한요소 해석법을 이용한 단방향 CFRP에서의 중앙크랙 진전에 의한 파괴 거동 연구

At modern mechanical and automotive industry, the material with light weight proceeds in order to thr environmental issue and high performance. Machine part is fastened with numbers of bolts and nuts. Generally, the metal part at mechanical structure is fastened with bolt and nut through puncturing. But it is difficult to puncture at CFRP with the property of fiber structure like the general metal. In this study, the fracture behavior is investigated by the hole and crack at the plate of the unidirectional CFRP due to ply angle. The thickness of plate is 2 mm. Two laminates with the varied ply angles are layered and eight plies are made. The hole is placed at the center of plate and the cracks with the length of 2 mm are generated on both left and right sides from the hole. The finite element program of ANSYS is carried out in order to analyze the CFRP with fiber layer. As analysis, the maximum reaction force and equivalent stress are investigated due the angle of ply. The reaction force in case of the stacking angle of 90° is shown to be greatest among all specimens.

Then no load power loss indicates 25W (KSC 9619) in a KVA level, as of the end-June in 1981 of 2,002,440 houses for 220V, 80 percentage houses are nearly using the stepdown transformer power loss is showed as 176,214,720(KWH), Counting no load load as 12 hours in a day. In this paper, the Conditions of no load and light load was to be supplied with power through series Condenser, and that of high load was to be supplied by transformer in a more than standard Value. When no load and light load keeps on Power loss less than 50 percentage, the power factor was improved in a working transformer.

The describing function method is widely used the nonlinear element. In this study, the magnetizing characteristics of the saturable magnetic core is approximated and the characteristics of the parallel ferro-resonance circuit by describing function method is analized. And we obtained the various characteristics of the circuit.
