The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of pay for performance and procedural justice on job involvement and job stress. According to LISREL, the overall adequacy of fit was found to be acceptable. The results showed that pay for performance and procedural justice had significant positive effects on job involvement. Procedural justice decreased job stress but pay for performance had positive effects on job stress. We discuss what our results imply about the nature of procedural justice and pay for performance.

Twelve residual pesticides which applied on the fruits and vegetables cultivation were tested for mutagenic activity using Salmonella typhimurium TA strain. Mutagenic activities against Tedion, Monopho, Danoton, Ometon and Captan of twelve pesticides tested were strong, Thalonil, Prosing, EPN, Phentoate, Dicopol and Captan were medium, and Dicopol were no. Tedion, hlonopho and Danoton showed strong mutagenic activities on TA98, Thalonil, Prosing, EPN, Phentoate, Parathion and Sappiran showed medium, and Danoton showed weak, while Dicopol and Sappiran showed no. At the other hand, Tedion, Danoton, Ometon and Captan showed storng mutagenic acitivities on TA100, Thalonil and Monopho showed medium and Prosing, Phentoate, Parathion and Sappiran showed weak, while EPN and Dicopol showed no. Therefore, EPN identified mutagen which induced only frameshift mutation, Sappiran was only base-substitution, and nine except these and Dicopol of twelve pesticides tested were mutagens which induced both frameshift and base-substitution mutation.

직무몰입, 조직시민행동에 대한 성과지향적 보상체계의 효과 : 영업직을 중심으로 the Study of Stock Brokers

본 연구는 성과-보상의 연계성으로 유발된 직무동기가 직무몰입 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 대하여 증권회사의 영업직을 대상으로 실증 분석하였다. 성과-보상의 연계성은 성과-승진의 연계성, 성과-급여의 연계성 그리고 성과-평가의 연계성의 하위개념으로 구분하여 고찰하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구변수들에 대한 상관관계 분석결과, 성과-급여의 연계성과 성과-평가의 연계성은 정의 상관성을 나타내고 있다. 또한 성과-급여의 연계성은 직무동기, 직무몰입, 의사소통 및 이타성 변수 등과 모두 정의 상관성을 보이고 있었다. 한편 성과-평가의 연계성은 직무동기 및 의사소통과 정의 상관성을 나타내고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 직무동기는 직무몰입, 의사소통 및 이타성과 모두 정의 상관성을 나타내고 있다. 둘째, 자신의 업무영역이 분명하고 업무 성과에 대한 측정이 가능한 영업직 구성원의 경우에는 성과-급여 및 성과-평가의 연계성을 높이는 제도를 도입하는 경우 직무동기가 높아진다는 것이다. 영업직 구성원은 성과-승진의 연계성을 통하여 동기부여되지 않으며, 또한 승진과 급여를 별개로 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 성과지향적 보상체계를 설계하는 인사관리자들은 성과-평가의 연계성을 제고할 수 있는 방안을 찾아야 할 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 성과와 급여의 연계에 집중되어 왔던 기존의 관점에서 성과와 평가의 연계성에 대한 관점으로 확대 또는 전환되어야 할 필요성을 시사하고 있다. This research investigated the relationship of reward for performance, work motivation, job involvement, and organizational citizenship behaviors. With 251 employees in stock brokerage, it was found that (1) pay for performance and evaluation for performance were related positively to employees' work motivation while promotion for performance was not, (2) work motivation showed positive relationship with job involvement and organizational citizenship behaviors such as communication and altruism. thus, (3) reward for performance encouraged in-role and extra-role behaviors at the same time. Some implications of these results were discussed.

According to Ricardo`s labor theory of value which is a guiding one of his theories of economy and distribution, it is not the shift in wage or profit but the amount of labor expended directly or indirectly on the production of goods that causes charge of relative value of goods. But the major premise explicit in his law of equi-profit rate has forced him to revise the expended labor theory of value, admitting his failure to solve the value problem by meens of the theory alone. In his revised theory was added the average profit to the amount of expended labor as a major determinant of relative value. Ricardo further asserted that the value should comprise the average profit, and that the money indicate the natural price. In short, Ricardo has a firm faith in the expended labor theory of value as a value source, and he revised it an account of the law of equi-profit rate but he rather attached more importance to the labor theory of value. In other words, he argued that the rise and fall of wages might influence the value including average profit, but that the influence was negligible Hence his theory of distribution, even after the revision, has been developed in the light of the labor theory of value. His great contribution in the history of law of value is his consistent explication of the expended labor theory of value by regarding the means of production as an indirect labor, enabling his law of value to be applied to the capitalistic society.

This paper presents the process of the make a hardness tester and presentation of the evaluation method on sensation hardness of residential floors. Evaluation index of hardness is based on the relation between the physical value of floors measured with the hardness tester and the evaluating scales of hardness reported in part (I). Evaluation index of sensation hardness difference the distinction of sex and shoes type. And liking for sensation hardness is a great difference between Korean and Japanese.

국내 아스팔트 포장의 소성변형으로 인한 유지보수 비용 및 방지대책에 관한 연구

본 연구는 아스팔트 포장의 현장조사 자료를 근거로 기존 포장을 유지보수하기 위하여 사용한 과거 10년간의 예산사용액을 타토목구조물과 비교 검토하였으며, 소성 변형으로 인한 문제점, 소성변형에 영향을 미치는 인자를 분석하였다. 특히, 우리나라 소성변형 발생원인 및 특성, 소성변형 발생 장소 및 유형을 조사 분석하여 소성변형 방지방안에 대해 검토하였다. 본 연구는 아스팔트 포장의 소성변형으로 인하여 매년 증가하고 있는 유지보수 비용을 절감하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. The study was compare and review the budget of other civil structure with that which has been used to maintain and repair the old pavement for ten years on the field investigation data of asphalt pavement as well as to analyze the problems occurred by the plastic deformation and the factors affecting plastic deformation. In especial, the method to prevent plastic deformation was reviewed by analyzing the causes and characteristics, place, type which plastic deformation has occurred in Korea. The purpose of this study is to decrease the cost of maintenance thtat had been increased due to the plastic deformation of asphalt pavement.

재가노인복지서비스에 관한 연구 : 노인복지법제를 중심으로

본 연구는 노인인구증가와 함께 대두된 노인부양 및 보호의 서비스가 가족이 아닌 공공서비스적인 실천의 필요성이 증대됨에 따른 재가노인서비스의 현황과 과제를 분석한 것이다. 연구의 범위는 노인복지법제에서 규정하고 있는 사회복지서비스를 대상으로 하였으며, 연구방법은 공공서비스의 분석모형에 따라 문제점을 도출하고 개선과제를 제시하였다. 연구결과는 재가노인복지서비스 향상을 위해서는 첫째, 급여대상자 선정에서 선정기준의 전문화, 대상자 확대가 필요하고, 둘째, 급여형태에서는 서비스 내용의 다양화와 체계화가 요구되며, 셋째, 급여전달체계 면에서는 인력과 시설 면에서의 기준강화와 행정 관리체계의 일원화가 필요하고, 넷째, 급여재정 면에서는 국가부담 분의 재정확충과 수익자부담에서도 개선이 요구되는 것으로 요약·정리할 수 있다.
