결정적 재현 방법은 컴퓨터 시스템의 실행을 결정적으로 재현함으로써 디버깅, 고장감내, 보안 및 사후분석을 비롯한 여러 영역에서 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다. 기존에 제안된 전시스템 재현 방법들은 전시스템 재현을 위해 특수한 하드웨어의 구현 또는 가상머신 기술의 지원을 요구한다는 제약이 있다. 본 논문에서는 특수한 하드웨어의 구현 또는 가상머신 기술의 지원을 요구하지 않는 소프트웨어 기반 전시스템 재현 기술인 소프트웨어 블랙박스(SBB)를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 SBB는 과거 실행된 응용프로그램과 운영체제의 실행을 결정적으로 재현한다. ARMv7 Cortex-A9 시스템 상에 구현된 SBB의 프로토타입은 응용 프로그램과 운영체제에서 발생할 수 있는 경쟁상태와 교착상태를 성공적으로 재현하였으며 낮은 성능 오버헤드를 보였다. Deterministic replay mechanisms have proved to be useful in many areas including debugging, fault tolerance, security, and postmortem analysis because they can deterministically reproduce a computer system’s execution. However, proposed full-system replay mechanisms have limited applicability because of their reliance on special hardware instrumentation or virtual machine (VM) technology. In this paper, we present a purely software-based approach to full-system replay, a software black box (SBB) that does not require either special hardware instrumentation or virtual machine technology. Our proposed SBB can deterministically replay a full software system, including both applications and the OS itself. We have implemented a prototype of SBB in an embedded RTOS on top of ARMv7 Cortex-A9 and have carried out experiments to evaluate our approach. Our experiments demonstrate that SBB can successfully reproduce subtle concurrency bugs, such as races and deadlocks that may occur both in applications and in the OS kernel. We also show that the event and data logging of SBB incurs such small performance overhead that it can be enabled permanently in the OS kernel.
Naval Vessel Spare Parts Demand Forecasting Using Data Mining

Recent development in science and technology has modernized the weapon system of ROKN (Republic Of Korea Navy). Although the cost of purchasing, operating and maintaining the cutting-edge weapon systems has been increased significantly, the national defense expenditure is under a tight budget constraint. In order to maintain the availability of ships with low cost, we need accurate demand forecasts for spare parts. We attempted to find consumption pattern using data mining techniques. First we gathered a large amount of component consumption data through the DELIIS (Defense Logistics Intergrated Information System). Through data collection, we obtained 42 variables such as annual consumption quantity , ASL selection quantity, order-re-lase ratio. The objective variable is the quantity of spare parts purchased in f-year and MSE (Mean squared error) is used as the predictive power measure. To construct an optimal demand forecasting model, regression tree model, randomforest model, neural network model, and linear regression model were used as data mining techniques. The open software R was used for model construction. The results show that randomforest model is the best value of MSE. The important variables utilized in all models are consumption quantity, ASL selection quantity and order-release rate. The data related to the demand forecast of spare parts in the DELIIS was collected and the demand for the spare parts was estimated by using the data mining technique. Our approach shows improved performance in demand forecasting with higher accuracy then previous work. Also data mining can be used to identify variables that are related to demand forecasting.

본 연구는 안드로이드 앱 스토어 교육카테고리의 유아교육용 유무료 인기앱 178개를 선정 제조국, 캐릭터 관련성, 콘텐츠 유형, 교육영역 으로 유형을 분류하고 그에 따른 터치와 모션 제스처의 적용을 탐색하였다, 그 결과 높은 애니메이션 캐릭터 감상형 콘텐츠 편중현상과 교육영역의 다양성 부족, 상호작용성을 높이기 위한 터치 및 모션제스처 사용은 제한적이라는 특성이 나타났다. 그리고 이것은 유아교육용 앱을 사용하는 부모의 사용동기와 사용패턴 및 유아의 다른 미디어 사용과의 관련성을 제기할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to analyze 178 popular educational application for young children on the android app store with the country of manufacture, character types, contents types, and educational categories. And the touches and motion gestures applied to the applications were explored. As a result, the applications were concentrated in animation character, just watching contents, lack of diversity of the education area and limited use of touch and motion gestures. The analysis showed This research will provide teachers and parents in early childhood education with a better understanding features of popular educational application for young children and relation between application use motivation and use pattern of parents and media use of young children.
AUTOSAR 기반 소프트웨어의 실시간성 보장을 위한 태스크와 메시지의 우선순위 지정 방법

The rapidly increasing complexity of automotive software has led to an open industry standard, AUTOSAR (AUTomotive Open Systems ARchitecture). The AUTOSAR standard centers around specifying requirements on automotive software architectures and process flows for software development. Since it does not provide specific design and implementation methods, automotive system designers should rely on their own experience and heuristic algorithms that may result in suboptimal designs. In this paper, we consider one of important software design issues, i.e., how to guarantee hard real-time constraints imposed on tasks and communication messages, within the AUTOSAR framework. We first show that the AUTOSAR task model can be transformed into a real-time task model that is amenable to response time analysis. We then propose an iterative priority assignment method based on response time analysis and genetic algorithm.
Evaluation of stability of interface between CCM (Co-Cr-Mo) UCLA abutment and external hex implant

PURPOSE. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the stability of interface between Co-Cr-Mo (CCM) UCLA abutment and external hex implant. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Sixteen external hex implant fixtures were assigned to two groups (CCM and Gold group) and were embedded in molds using clear acrylic resin. Screw-retained prostheses were constructed using CCM UCLA abutment and Gold UCLA abutment. The external implant fixture and screw-retained prostheses were connected using abutment screws. After the abutments were tightened to 30 Ncm torque, 5 kg thermocyclic functional loading was applied by chewing simulator. A target of $1.0{\times}10^6$cycles was applied. After cyclic loading, removal torque values were recorded using a driving torque tester, and the interface between implant fixture and abutment was evaluated by scanning electronic microscope (SEM). The means and standard deviations (SD) between the CCM and Gold groups were analyzed with independent t-test at the significance level of 0.05. RESULTS. Fractures of crowns, abutments, abutment screws, and fixtures and loosening of abutment screws were not observed after thermocyclic loading. There were no statistically significant differences at the recorded removal torque values between CCM and Gold groups (P>.05). SEM analysis revealed that remarkable wear patterns were observed at the abutment interface only for Gold UCLA abutments. Those patterns were not observed for other specimens. CONCLUSION. Within the limit of this study, CCM UCLA abutment has no statistically significant difference in the stability of interface with external hex implant, compared with Gold UCLA abutment.

We report a simple and rapid microfluidic production for multicompartmental core-shell hydrogel microspheres in a single step. We exploit triple emulsion drops with sacrificial oil layers that separate two prepolymer phases, forming poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)-based core-shell microspheres via photopolymerization followed by spontaneous removal of the oil layer. Our technique enables generation of monodisperse core-shell microspheres, with varying dimension of each compartment by independently and precisely tuning of volumetric flow rates. This leads to stable and consistent incorporation of functional moieties in the core compartment with negligible cross-contamination into the shell compartment. Selective conjugation of bio㏖ecules is achieved through a rapid biorthogonal reaction with functional groups in the core compartment with minimal non-specific adsorption. Finally, In-depth study for protein conjugation kinetics using microspheres with varying shell porosity highlight the capability to provide tunable size-selective diffusion barriers by simple tuning of prepolymer compositions for the shell compartment.
