Corynebacterium of hoffmannii is a part of normal pharyngeal flora. Human infection caused by C. hofmannii is very rare. All reported cases involve prosthetic or native cardiac valve. This patient sufered from chronic alcohlism, diabetes mellitus, and acute suppurative inflammation of brain, meninges and soft tissue. And he failed to show any clinical response to various antimicrobial therapy and died after discharge.
초등교원양성대학의 교육서비스품질과 학생만족도 및 충성도의 구조적 관계

본 연구는 초등교원양성대학의 교육서비스품질과 학생만족도 및 충성도의 구조적관계를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 모집단으로는 현재 전국교육대학교에 재학 중인 학생들을 선정하였고, 이 중 서울과 강원도, 충청도에 소재한 A대학교, B대학교, C 대학교 학생들을 2017년 6월 5일부터 23일까지 약 3주간 표본 집단으로 설정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구의 수행을 위해 설문지를 측정도구로써 사용하였으며, 총 234명의 자료를 분석하여 가설을 검증하였다. 자료 처리에는 Windows용 PASW 18.0과 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육서비스품질은 학생만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육서비스품질은 학생충성도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학생만족도는 학생충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 교육서비스품질과 학생충성도 사이에서 학생만족도는 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. The current study was aimed to investigate the structural relationships among educational service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty. Data were drawn from 234 students in three different universities. PASW 18.0 for windows and AMOS 20.0 program were used for data processing. Data were analyzed using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling techniques. The results were as follows. First, educational service quality had a positive effect on satisfaction. Second, educational service quality did not affect loyalty. Third, satisfaction had a positive effect on loyalty. Lastly, satisfaction fully mediated the relationship between educational service quality and loyalty.
자동차 조립라인에서의 인간공학적 위험요인 평가에 관한 연구

There are many ergonomic risk factors such as awkward postures, forceful exertions, repetition, vibration and cold temperature in automobile assembly lines. This survey was conducted in automobile assembly lines that produce 4-wheel vehicles and vans. ANSIZ-365 Quick Check and modified NIOSH questionnaire are used for evaluation of ergonomic risk factors and self-reported symptoms of workers. Direct observation of awkward postures, repetition, manual lifting, the use of power tools, contact stress, static posture and working environment was performed by two raters. Agreement of two raters is evaluated with Cohen's K(kappa). The validity of ANSI Z-365 is evaluated as Pearson's coefficient of correlation with symptoms. 92 sites was observed, and 517 questionnaires were obtained for analysis. The results are as follows: 1. Inter-rater variability was evaluated with Cohen's K9kappa) and percentage. The range of risk factor's K and percentage were 0.28-0.72, 64.0-89.8%, respectively. 2. The number of sites which risk factors exceed the lower risk threshold is 66(76.75), and 20 sites(23.3%) were in the lower risk category. Frame and Trim line are higher risk group than any others, and the risk of PBS line is low. 3. The range of positive percentage is 57.1%(Chassis)-80.4%(Trim). 4. The correlation range between postural scores and body-part's scores was 0.26-0.63, but there were no statistical significances(p>0.05). 5. It may happen the problem that ergonomic risk is underestimated if ANSI Z-365 is used only tool for evaluation. Therefore simultaneously, biomechanic evaluation and physical load measurement must be considered and applicated.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>In this study, graphite oxide was successfully synthesized from bulk graphite flakes using a Couette-Taylor flow reactor. A high yield (∼93%) of single-layer and few-layer graphene oxide sheets was achieved in this study within a reaction time of one hour by optimizing the conditions. The graphite oxide was effectively exfoliated using the Taylor vortex flow with shearing stress. The degree of oxidation and the graphite oxide morphology were then studied. In addition, mesoporous and three-dimensional nitrogen-doped graphene structures were prepared via graphene oxide sheets and facile solution phase synthesis followed by thermal treatment. The nitrogen in the pyrrolidone ring of PVP was decomposed and incorporated into the carbon network, including pyridinic-N and graphitic-N. Furthermore, the mesoporous and three-dimensional Ni<SUB>1.5</SUB>Co<SUB>1.5</SUB>[Co(CN)<SUB>6</SUB>]<SUB>2</SUB> Prussian blue analogue (PBA) and NiCo sulfides/N-doped graphene hybrid composite structures were successfully demonstrated via facile hydrothermal method.</P>
