        숲길에서의 Barrier-Free 인증제도 개발에 관한 연구

        This study carried out to develop barrier-free certification program in forest trail. It is done to provide the certification system presented about certification organized, certification standard and indexes, evaluation method and operation plan. In order to develop certification program in forest trail, detailed measurement index must be developed earlier based on an accessbility, a stability, a preservation and a walking continuity. The suitable forest trail for weak pedestrian was investigated that running slope should be 1/20(5%) maximum, cross slope cannot exceed 1/50(2%) maximum and clear tread width should be above of minimum 90cm. In addition, the trail type is designed as a mixed trail system which is a combination of the loop and the line form and its distance should be 225~675m. Finally, forest trail should be manage sustainably by having regular monitoring and evaluation.

        간선임도와 작업임도를 고려한 복합임도망의 적정밀도 산정

        본 연구는 효율적인 임내도로망 구축을 위한 정책적 기초자료를 제공하고자 산림청 산하 5개소의 임도시설시범단지를 대상으로 복합임도망의 적정밀도를 산정하였다. 그 결과, 복합임도망의 적정밀도는 10.1~15.9 m/ha이었으며, 단일 규격의 간선임도망은 8.4~12.4 m/ha로 나타났다. 이를 기준으로 임도개설비용을 추정해보면, 단일규격의 간선임도망에 비해 약 1~8% 낮게 측정된 반면, 임도밀도는 20~30%가량 증가하였다. 또한, 대상지의 생산예정재적과 집재비용이 증가함에 따라 복합임도망의 적정밀도도 증가하였으며, 특히 고규격의 간선임도 밀도가 급격히 증가하였다. 한편, 경사가 급한 지역일수록 저규격의 작업임도 밀도가 상대적으로 증가하는 경향을 보였다. This study was conducted to provide the basic policy information for establishing efficient forest-road networks. Synthetic forest-road networks that consist of main and spur roads and forest-road networks with only main road (hereafter called “main-road network”) were planned for the five forest-road experimental districts of Korea Forest Service in this study. Road density of the synthetic forest-road networks was calculated and compared with the road density of the main-road networks. The results showed that the optimum road density of the synthetic forest-road networks was 10.1~15.9 m/ha, and the road density of the main-road networks was 8.4~12.4 m/ha. The construction cost of the synthetic forest-road networks was estimated about 1~8% lower than the main-road networks, while the road density was 20~30% greater than the main-road networks. As timber volume and hauling cost increased, the optimum road density of the synthetic forest-road networks increased, within which the road density of highstandard main road rapidly increased. On the other hand, the spur road density increased with slope gradient.

        휠체어 사용자를 고려한 숲길의 장애요소 도출에 관한 연구

        Recently, as people have become more interested in health issues, their demand on forest trails for bush walking exercise has increased, The purpose of the study is to select barrier factors into forest trail for disabled using wheelchairs. As a result this, it has selected 31 barrier factors through the Delphi method. Of all the these factors, the information board of forest trails, showing the location of the trails, has indicated the highest score of importance at 4.50. Next, securing hiker’ walking safety space has indicated an importance level of 4.44; both the slope of forest trails and the height of obstacles have indicated an importance level of 4.38; and the effective width of forest trails has indicated the highest score of importance level of 4.33. From these indicated levels of importance, the respondents of the Delphi method consider the safety of users of forest trail’ as the most important factor while the physically disables arc hiking. That is why these factors have resulted in acquiring relatively higber values.

        지실(枳實)의 항알러지 작용에 대한 연구

        The unripe fruit of Poncirus trifoliata Raf has been used for the treatment of allergic disease. Recently it was reported that the fruit inhibits passive cutaneous anaphylaxis and histamine release at mast cell. Type I immediate hypersensitivity of anaphylactic type is caused by released mediate chemical at mast cell. Histamine is also known as one of potent mediate chemical. Also release of mediate chemical is affected by specific stimulation of IgE combined with mast cell. Activation of mast cell is known to be stimulated by compound 48/80 and inhibited by increase of cAMP. In this experiment, the effect of water extract of Poncirus trifoliata Raf fruit (PT) on a histamine release, cAMP concentration and IgE production was measured. Compound 48/80 was administrated to the mouse peritoneal cell which was pretreated with PT. PT dosedependently inhibited histamine release at peritoneal mast cell and the serum level of histamine induced by compound 48/80. PT also instantly increased cAMP level of peritoneal mast cell right after it was added and the level gradually decreased. Production of IgE induced by antigens at mouse peritoneal cell was inhibited by PT. The IgE synthesis is induced by IL-4 and it is known that lipopolysaccharide(LPS) plus IL-4 cause an increase in IgE secretion by murine B cells. The effects of PT inhibited the production of IgE activated by LPS plus IL-4 at human U266B1 cells. These results indicate that PT has antiallergic activity by Inhibition of IgE production from B cells and histamine release by increase of cAMP.

        임도시설에 관한 관리자 집단 간의 의식성향 분석

        본 연구는 임도사업의 계획과 유지관리 단계에서 임도 관리자 집단의 의식성향을 파악하여 체계적인 임도정책 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행하였다. 임도의 계획과 유지관리에 대한 설문조사 결과, 임도 노선의 계획시 고려사항으로는 육림작업, 산지재해 예방, 목재수확 등의 항목에서 높은 중요도를 보였으며, 간선임도에 대한 선호도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 임도 유지관리 작업의 적절성에 대해서는 두 집단 모두 인력 및 예산부족으로 인한 어려움(92.9%)이 있다고 응답하였다. 임도의 개설로 우려되는 주요 피해형태로는 사면붕괴로 인한 인명피해, 사유지 통행에 대한 분쟁 등의 순으로 나타났으며, 현재 실행하고 있는 임도 유지·관리작업의 주요 내용으로는 배수시설의 정비와 노면정비가 높게 나타났다. 임도시설에 대한 주요 보완사항으로는 배수시설, 비탈면 녹화와 안정에 대한 응답이 높게 나타났다. This study was conducted to provide the basic policy information for systematic forest road planning and maintenance management by surveying two different administrator groups. The survey results showed that the high priorities of forest road planning were silviculture, disaster prevention, and timber harvesting, and main forest road type was preferred for future use. Also 92.9% of the respondents expressed difficulties due to insufficient manpower and budget. The expected damage types due to forest road construction were threat-tolife by slope failure and dispute on crossing private land. The current main maintenance tasks on forest roads included drainage and road surface maintenance works. Main forest road facilities that should be needed after the construction were installation of additional drainage structures, and slope revegetation and stabilization.

        인도네시아의 산림 관련 법체계 및 조림사업 허가 절차

        Of the countries where Korea has advanced for overseas afforestation investments, Indonesia might be the most important country. As the end of 2010, nine Korean companies have been implementing afforestation projects in Indonesia, covering a total area of one hundred and fifty thousand hectares roughly. Following the Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) on afforestation investment covering five hundred thousand hectares (A/R CDM / industrial afforestation) signed between Korea and Indonesia, the two countries concluded in 2009 an additional MOU covering two hundred thousand hectares for biomass afforestation, thus securing a total afforestation area of seven hundred thousand hectares. Further it was guaranteed that afforestation license would have validity for maximum 95 years, which laid the foundation for long-term stable investments for afforestation projects. Forest law of Indonesia consists of Presidential decree and Governmental decree as superior regulations and Minister's decree as subordinate regulations, being made up of total 17 chapters. Forestry Minister's decree was amended at end of last year, as regards license for exploitation of timber and forestry products in afforestation area. In the past, such license to develop and use timber and forestry products had been granted under Forestry Minister's decree No. P 11 / Menhut-II / 2008. After the amendment in 2010, however, the ground was shifted to Forestry Minister's decree No. P 50 / Menhut-II / 2010, trimming the procedure to obtain afforestation license into a little simplified one.

        국내 지진 유발 산지토사재해 대응을 위한 향후 연구방향

        이 연구에서는 지진 유발 산지토사재해에 관련한 국내 연구의 방향성을 제시할 목적으로 국내의 지진특성을 규정하고, 이와 유사한 특성이 나타나는 국가를 도출하여 구체적인 연구사례를 파악하였으며, 이를 토대로 국내의 현 실정에 적합한 연구과제를 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 우리나라의 지진은 그 규모가 작고 빈도가 낮지만, 발생 깊이가 얕은 천발성 지진이 판 내부의 단층대에서 주로 발생하여 피해 규모가 가중되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이와 비교적 유사한 지진 특성이 나타나는 국가는 중국이었으며, 계기지진 관측 이래 국내에서 발생한 큰 규모의 지진은 일본과 밀접한 연관이 있는 것으로 추정된다. 또한, 중국에서 발행된 연구논문에서 제시된 연구기술은 방재분야 선진국인 일본의 선행 연구기술과 상당부분 중첩되는 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 지진 유발 산지토사재해의 발생이력이 거의 보고되고 있지 않은 우리나라에서는 지진 중ㆍ후의 토사이동 및 기작, 지진과 강우가 연속적으로 발생할 경우의 산지토사재해 규모 및 빈도에 관한 종합적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 또한, 기존의 산사태위험지도에 단층대 정보를 반영한 피해위험지도의 작성, 지진의 규모 및 강우 정도에 따른 산지토사재해 피해범위를 고려한 위험지도의 고도화 등에 관한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다. The objective of this study was to present future research direction in response to mountainous sediment-related disasters induced by earthquakes in Korea, based on the previous studies in the countries with similar seismic characteristics as Korea. Earthquakes in Korea have lower magnitude and frequency, and occur mainly in faults inside tectonic zones. These features are similar to those in China, but recent major earthquakes in Korea may be related to those in Japan. In fact, the research techniques derived from Chinese studies were overlapped with those in Japan. The findings suggest the need of experimental studies on mechanism of sediment transportation during earthquakes and on scale of the disasters according to sequential occurrence of heavy rainfalls and earthquakes. This study also recommends further studies on the establishment of disaster hazard map including seismic fault information and on the improvement of disaster hazard map incorporating the scope of disaster-related damages with respect to earthquake magnitude and rainfall intensity.

        우리나라 정맥의 마루금 등산로 훼손에 관한 연구1a -금남, 금북, 낙남, 한남금북정맥을 대상으로 -

        본 연구는 우리나라 정맥의 마루금 등산로 훼손실태를 파악하고 관리방안을 수립하고자 수행되었다. 등산로의 훼손 정도를 파악하기 위하여 물리적 인자 12가지를 조사하고 조사자가 등산로의 건전여부를 정성적으로 평가하였다. 그 결과 한남금북정맥 마루금 등산로의 훼손 정도는 평균노폭이 78㎝, 최대침식깊이의 평균값은 6.4㎝, 평균경사는 20.8% 였으며, 금북정맥 마루금 등산로의 훼손 정도는 평균노폭이 73㎝, 최대침식깊이의 평균값은 7.3㎝, 평균경사는 20.0%로 나타났다. 낙남정맥 마루금 등산로의 훼손 정도는 평균노폭이 73㎝, 최대침식깊이의 평균값은 6.7㎝, 평균경사는 17.7%이며, 금남정맥 마루금 등산로의 훼손정도는 79㎝, 최대침식깊이의 평균값은 6.7㎝, 평균경사는 19.7%로 비교적 양호한 편이었다. 위와 같은 결과를 백두대간 및 국립공원의 훼손 실태와 비교하여 볼 때, 정맥의 훼손은 양호한 편이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 일부 도심권을 통과하는 지역과 관광지 주변의 등산로는 훼손이 심화된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 향후 이용객의 증가가 예상되는 지역에 대해서는 보다 자세한 모니터링과 적극적인 관리가 요망된다. This study has been conducted to understand the deterioration state and to establish a management plan for the trails of Jeongmaek ridge. To find the extent of the deterioration, researchers investigated twelve physical factors and they examined the states of the trails qualitatively. The results are as follows. The extent of the damages to the trails of the Hannam Geumbuk-Jeongmaek ridge was 78㎝ in breadth, 6.4㎝in depth, 20.8% in slope, the extent of the damages to the trails of the Guembuk-Jeongmaek ridge was 73㎝ in breadth, 7.3㎝ in depth, 20.0% in slope. And the extent of the damages to the trails of the Naknam-Jeongmaek ridge was 73㎝ in breadth, 6.7㎝in depth, 17.7% in slope, the extent of the damages to the trails of the Guemnam-Jeongmaek ridge was 79㎝ in breadth, 6.7㎝ in depth, 19.7% in slope, which could be interpreted as relatively good. However, it was confirmed that damages to the trails that run through the urban areas and tourist attractions had become worse than in the past. Therefore, in the regions where the number of comers is expected to increase, more detailed monitoring and proactive management is required.

        AHP기법을 활용한 임도의 재해위험 등급 구분에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 임도의 재해위험 등급을 구분하기 위한 평가표를 제시하고자 수행되었으며, 이를 위해 임도의 재해에 영향을 미치는 인자들을 선정하고 산림공학 전문가들을 대상으로 AHP 설문조사를 실시하였다. 평가항목은 전문가집단의 자문을 통해 크게 자연환경, 인문·사회환경, 임도의 구성요소로 구분하였으며, 총 21개의 평가인자로 구성하였다. 설문조사결과를 바탕으로 각 평가항목에 대한 가중치 분석을 실시하였으며, 분석결과 임도의 구성요소 항목 중 배수시설이 가장 높은 가중치를 점하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, AHP 분석결과를 바탕으로 각각의 평가항목에 대한 평가기준과 평가점수를 부여하여 평가표를 작성하였다. 도출된 평가표를 현장조사에 적용시킨 결과 최고점은 78.8점, 최저점은 42.7점, 평균점수는 61.8점으로 나타났다. 산정된 점수를 바탕으로 전문가 집단의 회의를 통해 임도의 재해위험 등급을 4등급으로 구분하여 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for forest roads management by using AHP methodology to group the grade of disaster risk. In addition to this, a field study was performed at 114 targeted points on forest roads where there are high risks of disaster occurrence. The results of the field survey and the analysis of AHP were compared to provide the degree of disaster risks. It shows that the drainage facilities occupied the highest weighted value. Meanwhile, based on AHP analysis data, evaluation chart was created by providing evaluation criteria and evaluation score to each evaluation items. As a result of applying the evaluation chart to the field survey data, the highest score was 78.8 and the lowest score was 42.7 with the mean score of 61.8. Finally, through the experts` consultation based on calculated scores, this study proposed four different groups of disaster risk on forest roads.

        This study was conducted to identify items that should be considered in order to increase user satisfaction in the Jayeonmadang project by analyzing the importance and satisfaction targeting Gochang Jayeonmadang users. As a result of analysis on the importance and satisfaction of Gochang Jayeonmadang users focusing on 20 items in 6 fields, Overall, it was analyzed that they were not satisfied as they were important. In order to increase user satisfaction of Gochang Jayeonmadang, maintenance such as 'cleanliness and hygiene', 'water quality', 'vegetation growth', and 'facility management' should be carefully reflected from the planning and design stage, and careful attention should be paid even after the project. In addition, emphasis should be placed on enhancing the user convenience, such as 'accessibility', 'space layout and utilization efficiency', and 'convenience of route'. And, when promoting the Jayeonmadang project, the purpose of the project should be actively promoted to local residents to raise the residents' awareness of the importance of biodiversity in the city.
