은퇴한 남성 회원의 피트니스 헬스 평가

본 연구에서 제시한 평가와 통계 분석은 계약을 중단한 남성 회원의 피트니스 센터 평가는 어느 정도까지 연령의존성인가? 하는 질문을 검토하려는 것이다. 피트니스 센터와 계약을 중단한 61명의 남성 회원에게 설문조사를 하였다. 응답자의 평균 연령은 43.5세였고 회원제의 평균 지속 기간은 총 4.4년이었다. 전체적으로 센터의 다양한 양상들이 등장하였고 주변 환경은 대부분 양호한 것으로 평가되었다. 평균값은 2점 정도였다. 응답자들은 개장시간, 트레이너(친밀감, 도움, 유능감), 시범 훈련과 첫 인상에 대해 호의적이었다. 회비, 음악, 공간, 락커, 주차시설 같은 개별적인 양상들은 아주 나쁘다고 하지 않을 경우라면 비판적으로 평가하였다. 응답자 연령과 관련하여, 연령 범주 간에 평가 차이는 미미하였다. 평가 항목에 따라 이렇게 작은 연령별 차이는 방향도 아주 달랐다. 수집된 자료는 피트니스 회사에 고객의 만족을 개선해 줄 수 있는 조언을 해주고 적절한 서비스를 제공함으로서 장기적인 중단 사태를 감수시키는 데 도움이 될 것이다. The aim of the evaluations and statistical analyses presented here is to examine the question to what extent the evaluations of a fitness studio by men dropping out from their contract are age-dependent. A total of 61 men, who had terminated their contract with a fitness studio, were questioned. The average age of the respondents was 43.5 years. The average duration of membership added up to 4.4 years. On the whole, the various aspects of the studio offer and its surroundings were largely rated as “good”, the mean values range around the value 2. The respondents particularly expressed their appreciation for opening hours, trainers (friendliness, helpfulness, competence), trial training and first impression. The membership costs and individual aspects such as music, spaciousness, ventilation, locker rooms and parking facilities are evaluated more critically, if not really badly. Regarding the respondents’ age, there are only minor evaluation differences among the age categories. These small differences in age have, depending on the item evaluated, very different directions. The collected data should help to create recommendations for action that can help to increase the customer satisfaction in fitness companies and to reduce the long-term drop-out rates by an adequate service offering.

고유섭과 한국회화사 연구

본 논문은 又玄 고유섭의 繪畵史 硏究 중 朝鮮時代에 초점을 두고자 한다. 그 이유는 三國, 統一新羅, 高麗시대의 연구까지를 포함하면 광범위하기도 하지만, 유달리 그의 조선시대 회화사에 관한 연구업적이 제대로 빛을 보지 못했기 때문이다. 흥미로운 사실은 又玄의 朝鮮時代 繪畵에 대한 논문들은 後學들이 거의 거들떠보지도 않았을 뿐더러, 보다 그의 학문 전체의 시대적 限界, 즉 植民地時代의 史觀에 대한 비판에 일관해 온 듯한 인상을 준다. 又玄의 朝解時代 繪畵史 연구는 화가별 연구, 화론의 집성에서 시작되었던 것으로 보인다. 그가 발표한 安堅, 姜希顔, 鄭善, 金弘道에 관한 논문들은 이미 現代 韓國繪畵史의 기틀을 마련하고 있고, 또 그 안에서 中國ㆍ日本 繪畵와 맺은 관계는 물론이고 나아가 그들 회화에 나타난 朝鮮時代의 美意識과 表現樣式의 성립과 변화, 영향 관계를 탐구하고 있다. 死後 그 자신의 표현대로 ‘未終章’으로 끝난 韓國繪畵史 연구는 황수영, 진홍섭, 최순우, 이동주 선생 제위에 의해 계승되어, 다음 세대에 와서 안휘준 선생에 의해 일차 완성을 보았으나 그의 양식분석과 작품과 문헌사료의 검증에 기초한 철저한 과학적인 연구태도는 미의식을 포함한 다각적인 측면을 배제한 것이었다. 이제 홍선표 선생 등 차세대 학자들에 의해 또 하나의 轉機를 맞고 있으며 이들은 보다 다각적인 연구를 지향하고 있다. 이들을 통해 고유섭 유산의 중요성이 재인식되고 한국회화사에서 이룩한 그의 학문적 성취가 인정받기를 바란다. 이 논문은 고유섭의 미술사 史觀, 고유섭의 회화사 연구방법과 연구범위, 고유섭의 朝鮮時代 繪畵史 硏究論文 고찰, 고유섭의 繪畵觀, 고유섭의 東洋畵論으로 구성되어 있다. 끝으로 고유섭의 사고와 학문적 범위를 알기 위해 〈부록 1〉에는 종류별로 그의 전 출판물을 정리해 보았고, 또〈부록 2〉에서는 그의 연구와 집필기간 동안인 1908-1944년 기간에 한, 일, 독, 불에서 출판되었던 한국 서예와 회화사 관련 책과 논문, 수필들을 총 열거해 놓음으로써 후학들이 그의 학문적 사승관계와 영향의 성격, 그리고 학문적 독창성을 탐구할 수 있는 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. This study is focused on the scholarship of Go Yuseop on the Joseon -dynasty painting, one of his scholarly accomplishments which has not been given due attention. It is an intriguing phenomenon that his studies on the subject have been often ignored by later scholars in the midst of criticism of his overall art historical view as based on colonial mentality and limitation. Go Yuseop's research on the history of Joseon painting appears to have started with individual painters and painting theory. His essays on An Gyeon, Gang Heuian, Jeong Seon, and Gim Hongdo established a firm methodological foundation for later art historians of Korean painting. In these essays he not only explores the relationship with Chinese and Japanese painting, but also the period's sense of beauty and stylistic formation and evolution. After his untimely death, his research work, left "unfinished" in his own words, was succeeded by Hwang Suyeong. Jin Hongseop, Choe Sunu, and Yi Dongju. With a life-long effort of An Hwijun, a complete history of Korean painting has become available. Throughout his career, he set his goal to pursue scientific data and stylistic analysis, intently devoid of aesthetic and political, socioeconomic discussions. Now a group of next-generation art historians including Hong Seonpyo is at work for the advancement of field in a more comprehensive approach. It is a hope of this writer that they recognize the significance of the Go Yuseop legacy and give due credit to his scholarship on the history of painting. The main part of this study presents, in order, Go Yuseop's view of art history, his methodology for the study of painting history, analysis of his essays on individual painters, his thoughts on painting, followed by his theory of Asian painting. Added are Appendix 1, Go Yuseop's published research by category and Appendix 2, List of books and articles on Korean painting and calligraphy published in Korea, Japan, Germany, and France from 1908 to 1944, the year of Go Yuseop's death.

스포츠 폭력: 성폭력과 성희롱

폭력과 성폭력은 사회 어디에서나 발견된다. 이에 따라 그 같은 폭력은 스포츠에서도 발생할 수 있다. 특히 아동과 청소년을 대상으로 발생하는 성학대와 희롱은 세계 어느 곳에서든 찾아볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 여성 운동선수의 현재 상황에 초점을 두었다. 1장에서는 폭력을 전체적으로 논의하고 성폭력 관련 용어를 연구하였다. 엘리트 체육인의 상황에 대해 최근 유럽에서 발표된 연구 결과로 보면 대인 관련 폭력의 유병율은 24%를 넘었다. 기타 결과에 의하면 그 선수들의 37%는 단체 스포츠에서 최소한 1회 정도 성 관련 문제를 경험하였다; 11%는 심각한 성폭력을 경험하였음을 보고하였다. 모든 스포츠 및 스포츠 단체, 클럽 등 종사자들과 스포츠 정책 관계자들은 성폭력 예방 프로그램을 지지한다고 하였다. 스포츠 조직뿐 아니라 스포츠 과학에서도 반드시 강력한 조치가 이루어져야 한다. Violence and sexual violence can be found everywhere in society. In accordance to this the same incidents of violence happen in sport. Especially sexual harassement and sexual abuse of female primarily of children and adolescents can be observed in nearly all countries of the world. The article focusses on the current situation of female athletes. In the first part violence will be discussed in general, followed by a discussion of relating terms dealing with sexual violence. Background’s are some recently published European studies of the situation of elite athletes. Findings show that lifetime prevalence of interpersonal violence for elite athletes is more than 24%. Other results show that about 37% of the athletes had experienced at least one sexual situation in organized sport; 11% reported severe forms of sexual violence. Nearly all actors in sport, sport organizations and clubs as well as in sport policy say that they will support preventive programs against sexual violence. There is indeed a strong need for action not only for sport organizations and clubs but also for sport science.

보건 예방을 위한 운동: 독일 근무지 보건 예방 사업

일하며 인생을 살아가는데 적합한 건강한 인간을 만드는 일은 다른 필수 항목 외에도 미래를 위해 아주 중요한 일이다. 개인의 생활 조건과 라이프스타일은 개개인의 건강 상태에 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 운동과 스포츠가 이런 맥락에서 중요한 역할들을 한다. 하지만 세계인의 4분의 1은 운동을 충분히 하지 않는다고 WHO에서 말하고 있다. 운동과 스포츠가 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 스포츠과학 분야에서 여러 번 입증하였음에도 불구하고 충분히 움직이지 않는다는 말은 사실이다. 대부분의 고용주들은 직장에서 보건 예방을 옹호하지만 실천하는 이는 많지 않다. 본 연구는 결과적으로 다수의 근무지에서는 건강 지향 활동과 운동을 허용하지 않고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 근무지 보건 예방 사업은 직장인이 건강하게 행동하게 해주고 비용을 줄여준다고 할 수 있다. 이 연구는 국제적인 캠페인과 컨셉을 논하고 몇 가지 제안을 하고자 한다. To make or to keep people fit for work and life is besides other necessities an important task for the future. Personal living conditions and lifestyles contribute significantly to the health situation of an individual. Physical exercise and sport are playing important roles in this context. However, one quarter of the world population do not move enough, said the WHO. This is the fact although the positive effects of physical exercise and sport were proved by sport science over and over again. Most of the employers were in favour of health prevention at work but many of them did not put it into practice. Results: Health-oriented activities and physical exercise were not allowed in many work places. Nevertheless, Workplace Health Prevention programs are supposed to bring more healthy behaviour to the employees and reduce costs. This article aimed to discuss International campaigns on health prevention programs and concepts and make some proposals.
