Purpose: To investigate the efficacy and toxicity of a combination of gemcitabine with nedaplatin (GN) or cisplatin (GC) for patients with unresectable or recurrent esophagus squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Gemcitabine was administered at 1 g/m2 intravenously on days 1 and 8; and nedaplatin or cisplatin were administered at 80 mg/m2 intravenously on day 1. We analyzed the response rate, overall survival time, progression-free survival time, and toxicity in 21 patients treated with GN and 27 patients treated with GC. Results: In patients treated with gemcitabine plus nedaplatin, the ORR was 47.6%, the median progression-free survival time was 4.1 months, and the median survival time was 9.3 months. In patients treated with gemcitabine plus cisplatin, the ORR was 48.2%, the median progression-free survival time was 3.9 months, and the median survival time was 9.1 months, respectively. There were no statistically significant differences in ORR, PFS and OS between the two groups. In both, the most commonly observed toxicities were thrombocytopenia and fatigue. Nausea and vomiting was more frequent in the GC group than in the GN group. Conclusion: Gemcitabine based chemotherapy was effective and tolerable for patients with unresectable or recurrent esophagus squamous cell carcinoma refractory to first line chemotherapy.
Factors Influencing the Adoption of Cloud Computing in Healthcare Organizations: A Systematic Review

To analyze and compare the most influencing factors on cloud computing adoption (CCA) in the healthcare organization, a systematic review and meta-analyses of studies was performed using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) and Cochrane collaboration recommendations. A search of PubMed, ScienceDirect, Springer, Wiley Online, and Taylor & Francis Online digital libraries (From inception to January 19, 2022) was performed. A total of 17 studies met the defined studies’ inclusion and exclusion criteria. Statistical significance difference favoring most influencing factors on CCA were (MD 0.76, 95% CI -1.48 – 3.01, p <0.00001, I2 = 90%), (MD 1.40, 95% CI -4.76 – 7.55, p < 0.00007, I2 = 97%) (MD 0.17, 95% CI -2.69 – 3.03, p<0.00001, I2 = 96%) for technology vs. organizational, technology vs. environmental and business vs. human factors, respectively. Organizational and environmental factors had greater impacts on CCA compared with technological factors. Moreover, business factors were more influential than the human factors.

Two new sesquiterpenoids, named 2a-hydroxyxylaranolB (1) and 4b-hydroxyxylaranol B (2), togetherwith a known diterpenoid 3,4-seco-sonderianol (3) wereisolated from the fermentation of endophytic fungus J3 ofCeriops tagal. Their structures were elucidated based onspectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR(HMQC, 1H-1H COSY and HMBC). All compounds wereevaluated for their cytotoxic activities by MTT method,and compound 3 exhibited cytotoxic activities againstK562, SGC-7901, and BEL-7402 cell lines.
A Highly Stereoselective Synthesis and Crystal Structure of (E)-4'-Amino-3,4,5- trimethoxystilbene

3,4,5-Trimethoxybenzaldehyde과 p-nitrotoluene을 출발물질로 하여 두 단계 반응으로 (E)-4'-amino-3,4,5-trimethoxystilbene을 합성할 수 있는 합성 방법을 개발하였으며, 이 화합물에 대한 결정 구조를 X-ray 회절분석법으로 결정하였다. A new and highly stereoselective synthesis of (E)-4'-amino-3,4,5-trimethoxystilbene was achieved by using 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzaldehyde and p-nitrotoluene as starting materials through condensation under solvent-free condition and followed by the reducing of nitro group with the system of $NH_2NH_2/FeCl_3$/C in ethanol. The crystal structure of (E)-4'-amino-3,4,5-trimethoxystilbene was also determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.

Two new flavone glycosides, giraldiin A and B, together with three known compounds, annulatin, myricetin 3-O-$\alpha$- L-rhamnopyranoside and gallic acid, were isolated from the ethanol extract of the root of Pteroxygonum giraldii Damm. et Diels. The structures of giraldiin A and B are designated as 3'-($\alpha$-L-arabinopyranosyloxy)-4',5,5',7- tetrahydroxy-3-methoxyflavone and 4'-($\beta$-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-5,5',7-trihydroxy-2',3-dimethoxyflavone, respectively, on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analyses. The free radical scavenging activity of giraldiin A was evaluated by decolouring spectrophotometry of pentamethine cyanine dye (Cy5) with $Fe^{2+}-H_2O_2$ Fenton radical generating system. The results indicated the hydroxyl free radical scavenging activity of giraldiin A (E$D_{50}$ = 23.7 nmol/mL) is higher than that of some known antioxidants such as rutin, puerarin, daidzein and 2,6-di-tertbutyl-4-methylphenol.
Radio Frequency Plasma Power변화에 따른 ITO 특성 및 OLED의 광학적 특성

We has been analysed optical properties of OLED(organic light emitting diode) and characteristics of ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) in terms of $O_2$ plasma treatment for manufacturing high efficiency OLED, RF power of $O_2$ plasma was changed 25, 50, 100, 200 W. $O_2$ gas flow, gas pressure and treatment time were fixed. Sheet resistance and surface roughness of ITO were measured by Hall-effect measurement system and AFM, respectively. The ranges of sheet resistance and surface roughness were $5.5{\sim}6,06\;{\Omega}$ and $2.438{\sim}3.506\;nm$ changing of RF power, respectively, PM(Passive Matrix)OLED was fabricated with the structure of ITO(plasm treatment)/TPD($400\;{\AA}$)/$Alq_3(600\;{\AA})$/LiF($5\;{\AA}$)/Al($1200\;{\AA}$). Turn-on voltage of PMOLED was 7 V and luminance was $7,371\;cd/m^2$ at the RF power of 25 W, $O_2$ plasma treatment of ITO surface was result in lowering the operating voltage and improving luminance of PMOLED.
