<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>A new fluorine-doped porous carbon-decorated Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB>-FeF<SUB>2</SUB> composite, referred to as Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB>-FeF<SUB>2</SUB>@CF<SUB>x</SUB>, was prepared for the first time. The formation mechanism is discussed, and a new concept of introducing double layers of FeF<SUB>2</SUB> and CF<SUB>x</SUB> into the oxide-based anode is presented for lithium ion batteries. Varying the amount of fluorine precursor, derivatives of Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB>@CF<SUB>x</SUB> and FeF<SUB>2</SUB>@CF<SUB>x</SUB> were further obtained, allowing an original analysis of their electrochemical behaviors. As-prepared Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB>-FeF<SUB>2</SUB>@CF<SUB>x</SUB> can deliver a high capacity of 718mAhg<SUP>−1</SUP> at 50mAg<SUP>−1</SUP>. Under a hash rate of 1600mAg<SUP>−1</SUP>, the capacity of Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB>-FeF<SUB>2</SUB>@CF<SUB>x</SUB> (around 338mAhg<SUP>−1</SUP>) is higher than that (200mAhg<SUP>−1</SUP>) of FeF<SUB>2</SUB>@CF<SUB>x</SUB>. Further, its capacity retention of 97% over 100 cycles is much better than the 59.4% observed for Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB>@CF<SUB>x</SUB>. The positive effect of the CF<SUB>x</SUB> layer on the electronic conductivity and ionic diffusion ability was confirmed. The role of FeF<SUB>2</SUB> in the stabilization of the structure of CF<SUB>x</SUB> and Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> is also discussed. Further, a new battery composed of Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB>-FeF<SUB>2</SUB>@CF<SUB>x</SUB>/LiNi<SUB>0.5</SUB>Mn<SUB>1.5</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> with a robust rate capability was assembled and delivered a reversible capacity of 565mAhg<SUP>−1</SUP> (<I>vs.</I> anode) at 100mAg<SUP>−1</SUP> with a high potential of 3.3V and a capacity retention of 81.5% over 50 cycles.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> A new anode of fluorine-doped porous Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB>-FeF<SUB>2</SUB>@CF<SUB>x</SUB> composite is readily prepared. </LI> <LI> The CF<SUB>x</SUB> layer enhances the conductivity of Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> and ensures a fast Li<SUP>+</SUP> diffusion. </LI> <LI> The FeF<SUB>2</SUB> can stabilize the structure of Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> during the (dis) charge process. </LI> <LI> The Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB>-FeF<SUB>2</SUB>@CF<SUB>x</SUB> can deliver a high capacity with a robust rate capability. </LI> <LI> A full cell of Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB>-FeF<SUB>2</SUB>@CF<SUB>x</SUB>/LiNi<SUB>0.5</SUB>Mn<SUB>1.5</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> with high performance is assembled. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>A new anode of fluorine doped porous Fe<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB>-FeF<SUB>2</SUB>@CF<SUB>x</SUB> composite with double layers of FeF<SUB>2</SUB> and CF<SUB>x</SUB> was presented for the first time, and a high rate capability was obtained in lithium ion battery. 인간의 활동은 최근 육지로부터 해양으로 넓혀가고 있다. 따라서 국가의 해역소유권 보호, 해양경제의 지속적인 발전, 국가해역의 합리적인 사용 보장, 해역공간자원의 낭비를 방지하기 위하여 법적·기술적·제도적으로 뒷받침이 필요한 현실이다. 근래 한국에서는 해양지적 제도 도입을 위하여 해양지적 관련 여러 가지 연구를 진행하고 있다. 한국은 현재 해양지적 제도가 제도적으로 정착되지 않았고, 도입을 위한 기초 연구 단계에 있다. 본 연구에서는 중국 해적(海籍) 제도에 대한 현황을 고찰함으로써 향후 한국에서 해양지적 제도를 도입함에 있어서 체계적인 제도 정립에 기여하는데 있다. 중국은 해역관리를 위한 해적(海籍)조사 및 해적측량에 대한 법률 및 규정이 구비되어 있다. 비록 한국과 중국의 사회제도 및 나라 특성이 다르지만 중국 해적 제도의 전체적인 흐름을 통하여 한국 실정에 맞는 우수한 선행 사례를 벤치마킹하여야 한다. This study performs benchmarking on the current Chinese marine system through case studies and proposes possible enhancements. As the human activity in marine areas has been growing rapidly in last decades, it is needed to support the protection of marine areas in aspects of their relevant industries, economy development, rational use of national marine boundary, the prevention of squandering spatial marine resource. In Korea, however, there have been little research work on marine cadastre and its cadastral system is in a basic step yet. Since China has systematized laws and regulations about marine cadastral survey, thereafter, this study performed benchmarking tests on a few cases through the chinese marine cadastral system and proposes methodologies which may can be made in the marine cadastral system in Korea.

Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) in differentiating between benign and malignant enlarged lymph nodes using meta-analysis. Materials and Methods: Pubmed, Embase, SCI and Cochrane databases were searched for studies (up to September 1, 2014) reporting the diagnostic performance of CEUS in discriminating between benign and malignant lymph nodes. Inclusion criteria were: prospective study; histopathology as the reference standard; and sufficient data to construct $2{\times}2$ contingency tables. Methodological quality was assessed using Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies-2 (QUADAS-2). Patient clinical characteristics, sensitivity and specificity were extracted. The summary receiver operating characteristic curve was used to examine the accuracy of CEUS. A meta-analysis was performed to evaluate the clinical utility in identification of benign and malignant lymph nodes. Sensitivity analysis was performed after omitting outliers identified in a bivariate boxplot and publication bias was assessed with Egger testing. Results: The pooled sensitivity, specificity and AUROC were 0.92 (95%CI, 0.85-0.96), 0.91 (95%CI, 0.82-0.95) and 0.97 (95%CI, 0.95-0.98), respectively. After omitting 3 outlier studies, heterogeneity decreased. Sensitivity analysis demonstrated no disproportionate influences of individual studies. Publication bias was not significant. Conclusions: CEUS is a promising diagnostic modality in differentiating between benign and malignant lymph nodes and can potentially reduce unnecessary fine-needle aspiration biopsies of benign nodes.

<P>A positive effect of the polyacrylic acid (PAA)–carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) binder to enhance the performance of an oxide-based anode was reported in batteries. Purpose: To evaluate the prognostic value of serum CYFRA21-1, CEA and hemoglobin levels regarding long-term survival of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CRT). Methods: Age, gender, Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS), tumor location, tumor length, T stage, N stage and serum hemoglobin, and CYFRA21-1 and CEA levels before concurrent CRT were retrospectively investigated and related to outcome in 113 patients receiving 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin combined with radiotherapy for ESCC. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze prognosis, the log-rank to compare groups, the Cox proportional hazards model for multivariate analysis, and ROC curve analysis for assessment of predictive performance of biologic markers. Results: The median survival time was 20.1 months and the 1-, 2-, 3-, 5- year overall survival rates were 66.4%, 43.4%, 31.9% and 15.0%, respectively. Univariate analysis showed that factors associated with prognosis were KPS, tumor length, T-stage, N-stage, hemoglobin, CYFRA21-1 and CEA level. Multivariate analysis showed T-stage, N-stage, hemoglobin, CYFRA21-1 and CEA level were independent predictors of prognosis. By ROC curve, CYFRA21-1 and hemoglobin showed better predictive performance for OS than CEA (AUC= 0.791, 0.704, 0.545; P=0.000, 0.000, 0.409). Conclusions: Of all clinicopathological and molecular factors, T stage, N stage, hemoglobin, CYFRA21-1 and CEA level were independent predictors of prognosis for patients with ESCC treated with concurrent CRT. Among biomarkers, CYFRA21-1 and hemoglobin may have a better predictive potential than CEA for long-term outcomes.
Top-k Algorithm for User Preferences based on Selection Strategy

In order to deal with multiple user preferences and improve query efficiency, selection strategy is adopted for top-k query to depress the compare operations. Firstly, the kth order statistics are selected randomly along with partitioning the data set basing on it, and the top-k result set can be received after several recursive partitions. Secondly, to select the kth order statistics accurately, the approximate kth order statistics is choose as threshold according to the similarity of user preference and system preference, and the top-k query result set can be accessed through simple comparison. Finally, the time complexities of presented algorithms are analyzed and their correctness and completeness are proved respectively. The experimental results show that our algorithms improve the efficiency of top-k query greatly.
