Hai-Jian Huang,Tong-Qiang Zhang,Qiao Lin, Jian-Hui Ye,Chuan-Xi ZHANG,Bao-Qin Zhang 한국응용곤충학회 2018 Journal of Asia-Pacific Entomology Vol.21 No.2
Pieris rapae granulovirus (PrGV) is an important pathogen that has been exploited as a microbial insecticide to control agriculture pests. They can specifically infect cabbage butterfly (Pieris rapae), causing a series of pathological symptoms. In this infected P. rapae at 6 h and 72 h. As a result, a series of host genes were significantly modulated following PrGV infection, including those correlated with exoskeleton, ribosome, heat shock protein (HSP), proteasome, oxidation-reduction and apoptosis. Taken together, our study unveiled the P. rapae response to PrGV at different time point and provided a potential strategy for pest management.

Background/Aims: Accumulating evidence indicates that L-carnitine (LC) protects against multiorgan damage through its antioxidant properties and preservation of the mitochondria. Little information is available about the effects of LC on renal fibrosis. This study examined whether LC treatment would provide renoprotection in a rat model of unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) and in vitro. Methods: Sprague-Dawley rats that underwent UUO were treated daily with LC for 7 or 14 days. The influence of LC on renal injury caused by UUO was evaluated by histopathology, and analysis of gene expression, oxidative stress, mitochondrial function, programmed cell death, and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/ AKT/forkhead box protein O 1a (FoxO1a) signaling. In addition, H2O2-exposed human kidney cells (HK-2) were treated with LC. Results: LC treatment inhibited expression of proinflammatory and profibrotic cytokines, and was followed by a significant attenuation of tubulointerstitial inflammation and fibrosis. The increased oxidative stress caused by UUO was associated with mitochondrial dysfunction and excessive apoptosis and autophagy via PI3K/AKT/FoxO1a-dependent signaling, and this was abrogated by administration of LC. In H2O2-exposed HK-2 cells, LC decreased intracellular production of reactive oxygen species, and suppressed expression of profibrotic cytokines and reduced the number of apoptotic cells. Conclusions: LC protects against the progression of tubulointerstitial fibrosis in an obstructed kidney.

In this paper, AgCl/Ag3PO4/diatomite photocatalyst is successfully synthesized by microemulsion method and anion in situ substitution method. X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis) are used to study the structural and physicochemical characteristics of the AgCl/Ag3PO4/diatomite composite. Using rhodamine B (RhB) as a simulated pollutant, the photocatalytic activity and stability of the AgCl/Ag3PO4/diatomite composite under visible light are evaluated. In the AgCl/Ag3PO4/diatomite visible light system, RhB is nearly 100 % degraded within 15 minutes. And, after five cycles of operation, the photocatalytic activity of AgCl/Ag3PO4/diatomite remains at 95 % of the original level, much higher than that of pure Ag3PO4 (40 %). In addition, the mechanism of enhanced catalytic performance is discussed. The high photocatalytic performance of AgCl/Ag3PO4/diatomite composites can be attributed to the synergistic effect of Ag3PO4, diatomite and AgCl nanoparticles. Free radical trapping experiments are used to show that holes and oxygen are the main active species. This material can quickly react with dye molecules adsorbed on the surface of diatomite to degrade RhB dye to CO2 and H2O. Even more remarkably, AgCl/Ag3PO4/diatomite can maintain above 95 % photo-degradation activity after five cycles.

Jiang, Chong Li,Ye, Wei Dong,Ming, Dong,Zhou, Hai Yang,Wang, Xiao Hui 대한전자공학회 1992 HICEC:Harbin International Conference on Electroni Vol.1 No.1
Three dimensional hydraulic simulative rocking test-bed is an experiment tool. It is drived by three dimensional hydraulic pressure, it could be applied to simulate various decline and rocking conditions to actual marine on sea as true as possible. It is vital test means to the equipments on the marine which need examination to decline and rocking condition. It is high accurate, safe, and convenient. By computer control, we strenghen the mobility of system, increase accuracy of trace, widen using scope. In this paper, we introduce sinuous servo system controlled by computer, system design, composition of system, stability analysis, program design, data processing and screen display.

Large conductance calcium-activated potassiumchannels (Slo) play important roles in controllingneuronal excitability. At present, very little is known aboutthe function of Slo channels on ovarian development. Wecloned the SPSlo gene from the mud crab, Scylla paramamosain. This gene shows 91 and 93 % sequence identityto PISlo from the spiny lobster, Panulirus interruptus andCBSlo from the jonah crab, Cancer borealis, respectively. We isolated six variants of the SPSlo cDNA within S. paramamosain ovary tissue. Sequence analysis indicatedthat there were at least seven alternative sites in SPSlo,each with multiple alternative segments. Real-time PCRshowed that the SPSlo gene was expressed in various tissues, and highly expressed in brain and ovary. In addition, the expression of SPSlo changed throughout ovariandevelopment, highest at the early-developing stage (StageII) followed by a slow decrease in subsequent stages. Theseresults suggested that SPSlo channels may be implicated inthe ovarian development of the mud crab.

A full-length cDNA of cyclin B was isolated from ovary of the mud crab (Scylla paramamosain) in this study. This transcript encodes a polypeptide of 401 amino acids, which is highly homologous to cyclin B protein family. Reverse transcription-PCR (RT-PCR) showed that cyclin B mRNA was expressed at highest levels in ovary of the mud crab. During the ovarian maturation process, realtime RT-PCR revealed that the abundance of cyclin B mRNA increased from the second stage (early-developing stage) to the fourth stage (nearly-ripe stage) and reached the peak level at the fifth stage (ripe stage). This result indicates the identified cyclin B gene might be related to the cell proliferation in ovary, both mitotically and meiotically. Immunohistochemistry showed that cyclin B protein was localized in the cytoplasm of prophase oocytes at the second stage while enriched in the nuclei of pro-metaphase oocytes at the fourth stage. It suggests the tested cyclin B protein might play different roles in ovary at the two stages.
