        The forces and moments at the aircraft c.g. have components due to aerodynamic sffects and to engine thrust. For the flight stability and autopilot systems we present a attitude control method using an intelligent control algorithm Which is based on the control rules from experts knowledge concerning the motion equations and other experiences. Then a robust fuzzy cintroller is developed to control the flight attitude. The controller can deal with multiple inputs and outputs. We have made an aircraft model and the orientation sensor for experimental fights. The control rules based on the flight expert's experience and knowledge can be programmed by fuzzy rules, and determined control rules by experimental flight. We can be stable attiude control by fuzzy controller.

      • 거대 구부요도결석 1례

        요도결석은 대개 방광결석에 의해 생기며 드물게 원발성으로 요도에서 발견된다. 원발성 요도결석은 남성에 있어서는 요도협착, 요도게실, 이전의 요도 및 전립선수술과, 여성의 경우 거의 대부분 요도게실과 관계가 있다. 요도결석은 신체검사, 내시경검사 및 방사선학적 검사를 통해 진단하여 치료시 결석의 치료뿐 아니라 기존 질환의 진단 및 치료를 병행하여야 한다. 저자들은 급성 요폐로 내원한 55세 남자환자에서 신체검사 및 요도 내시경검사를 통해 거대 구부요도결석으로 진단한 후 관혈적 요도결석제거술로 치유하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Urethral stone may from primarily in the urethra or may migrate from the bladder or upper urinary tract. Primary urethral calculi usually are associated with chronic stasis and infection. Virtually all urethral stone in women have been found in a urethral diveniculum. The diagnosis may be confirmed by palpation, endoscopic visualizatlon, or radiographic study. Treatment should be directed by the underlying cause. Herein, we reported a case of giant bulbous urethral stone in 55-year-old men, with a brief review of literature.       • 대엽성 폐렴의 양상을 보인 폐 Cryptococcosis 1예

        A 26 year old lady was admitted due to fever and productive coughing of 10 days duration. She had been working at the office treating stuffs of oriental herb medicine without any problem in her health by then. Chest films revealed consolidative changes involving Lt. lower lobe and she was given systemic antibacterial antibiotics, but her illness was not improved. On 19th hospital day needle biopsy was performed and cryptococcosis was diagnosed involving both alveoli and intertitium. Antifungal agent, itraconazole, was prescribed for 10 weeks and the lesion was resolved completely without remnant change. We discussed this case with review of literatures.

        A Medium-Maturing, Lodging Tolerance, and Good-Quality Rice Variety "Seoan1"

        "Seoanl" is a new japonica rice variety developed from a cross between Namyang9, a line of lodging tolerance and adaptable to reclaimed saline area, and Gyehwa7, a line of good-quality, adaptable to reclaimed saline area and high yield by the rice breeding team of National Institute of Crop Science, RDA, in 2005. This variety has about 131 days of growth duration from transplanting to harvesting in central plain area, and mid-western coastal area in Korea. It is about 73 cm in culm length and tolerance to lodging. It has also semi-erect pubescent leaf blade and slightly tough culm with good canopy architecture. The number of panicles per hill of Seoanl is slightly more than that of Hwaseongbyeo. Seoanl was susceptible to major diseases, blast, bacterial blight and viruses, and insect, brown plant hopper. This variety has lower amylose content of 18.8% and better palatability of cooked rice than those of Hwaseongbyeo. The milled rice yield performance of this variety is about 5.60MT/ha in local adaptability test for three years. Seoanl would be adaptable to central plain area and mid-western coastal area of Korea.

        칠면초로부터 고순도 Rutin 및 Narcissin의 동시 분리 및 정제

        칠면초(Suaeda japonica)는 적색을 띠고 강한 항산화 페놀성 화합물을 다량 함유하고 있어 기호성 및 건강기능성을 증진된 블렌딩 차 제조를 위한 유용한 후보 식품소재 중 하나이다. Rutin과 narcissin은 칠면초에 함유된 다양한 페놀성 화합물들 중 다량 성분이면서 항산화, 항염증, 항균 및 항암 활성을 발휘하므로, 칠면초 및 그첨가 블렌딩 차의 지표성분으로 활용이 기대된다. 그러나 narcissin은 rutin에 비해 극히 일부식물에 미량으로 존재하고 있어 그 생리활성에 대한 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 그래서, 본 연구에서는 칠면초 지상부로부터 고순도의 rutin과 narcissin을 동시 분리 방법을 확립하고자 하였다. 먼저, 건조된 칠면초분말의 열수추출물에는 rutin과narcissin이 각각 59.2 ± 1.4 mg/100 g과 171.3 ± 2.1 mg/100 g으로 함유되어 있음을 ODS-HPLC 분석을 통하여 확인하였다. 칠면초분말(50 g)의 열수추출물에 water-saturated n-butanol를 가하여 용매분획한 다음 얻어진 용매분획물(1.05 g)을 ODS-MPLC를 이용하여 rutin (27.6 mg)과 narcissin (79.9 mg)을 분리하였다. 분리된 두 화합물의순도는 99% 이상임을 LC-MS 및 1 H-NMR 분석을 통하여 확인하였으며, 또한 그 회수율은 91% 이상이었다. 이러한 분리 방법으로 칠면초로부터 분리된 narcissin과 rutin은 다양한 생리활성 평가와 더불어 칠면초 및 그 첨가블렌딩차를 비롯한 다양한 가공품의 품질관리를 위한 지표성분으로 활용이 기대된다. Suaeda japonica is a useful candidate food material for the manufacture of blended tea due to its red color and excellent antioxidant activity. Rutin and narcissin are the main antioxidative flavonoids in the aerial parts of S.japonica, and these compounds have been reported to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anticancer activities. However, comparatively little is known about the biological activities of narcissin, which is present in small amounts in several plants. In this study, we developed an isolation method to obtain rutin and narcissin simultaneously in high purity from the aerial parts of S. japonica. The rutin and narcissin contents in the hot water extract of the aerial parts of S. japonica were 59.2 ± 1.3 mg/100 g and 171.3 ± 2.1 mg/100 g, respectively, as determined by ODS-HPLC. Briefly, the dried aerial parts (50 g) of S. japonica were extracted with hot water, and the filtrate obtained was extracted with water-saturated n-butanol (BuOH). The BuOH fraction was purified by medium-performance liquid chromatography using an octadecylsilane column. The purities of the rutin (27.6 mg) and narcissin (79.9 mg) isolated both exceeded 99% by LC-MS and 1 H-NMR analysis, and their total recoveries were estimated to be > 91%.

      • 토양특성 기반 토양수분 함량 예측을 위한 PTF 적용성 검정

        Identifying soil water content as a major factor for evaluating irrigation and water resource is a primary module to develop a prediction model. A variety of PTFs (Pedo-Transfer Functions) are applied in the models to estimate soil water content, the analysis techniques, however, which compare the estimated from models and the measured by instruments, are not reached at the level to demonstrate the effectiveness of the PTFs in Korea. Many soil physicians such as Eom, Peterson, Rawls, Saxton, Bruand, Baties, Tomasella & Hodnett (T&H), and Minasny, have developed analytic models using PTFs. Soil data for the analysis used soil water contents on 347 soil series (10 kPa), 358 soil series (33 kPa), 356 soil series (1,500 kPa) established by NAAS (National Academy of Agricultural Science). A coefficient of determination on soil water content at 10, 33 and 1,500 kPa was the highest as 0.5932 in EM (Eom model), 0.6744 in REM (Rawls model) and 0.6108 in REM, respectively. In conclusion, it is strongly suggested that the use of EM or REM is suitable for estimating soil water content in Korea although SM (Saxton model) has been widely used.

        SSR Analysis of Genetic Diversity and Nitrogen Use Efficiency Traits in Rice

        A total of 41 microsatellite markers were used with 29 genotypes to examine the relationship between SSR polymorphisms and N‐use efficiency related traits with a goal to identify the putative QTLs related to these traits. These primers yielded a total of 183 alleles (average 4.46 alleles per primer), and polymorphism information content (PIC) values of the SSRs ranged from 0.119 to 0.805 with mean value of 0.425. Correlation coefficients were obtained among the four N‐use efficiency traits in the 34 accessions and significant positive correlations of relative ratios between grain yield and harvest index (r=0.3404) and total dry matter (r=0.7976), while N uptake showed a moderate level of correlation with the ratios of the grain yield and total dry matter, respectively. 36.5% (15/41) SSR markers were monomorphic among the 25 japonica accessions out of the 29 accessions. Association between SSR genotypes and phenotypic performances from the total (29) or japonica (25) accessions was tested based on a single point analysis. Three putative QTL regions were detected for the ratio of grain yield. These include the chromosomal region containing the RM283 locus on chromosome 1 and RM25 on chromosome 8 (all and japonica accessions) and the region with the SSR marker, RM206 on chromosome 11 (the japonica accessions). For the total dry matter ratio, two chromosomal regions were identified as the putative QTL region. One is the region with the SSR marker, RM162 on chromosome 6 (all and japonica accessions) and the other was the one with the SSR marker RM25 on chromosome 8 (the japonica accessions). Among these markers, RM25 showed associations with both traits.

        동통을 동반한 Piezogenic Pedal Papules 1 예

        Piezogenic pedal papules are small, occasionally painful, fat hemiation, which become apparent when weight is placed on the heel. We present a case of painful piezogenic pedal papules occurring on both heels of 30-year-old female patient without family history. Clinical and histopathological features confirmed diagnosis. Foot-ankle stocking was effective therapy for painful piezogenic pedal papules.
