This study was carried out to get the genetic information on the germination rate and fat acidity after 12 weeks’storage at 35 . Germination rate decreased with longer storage period, ℃ while fat acidity increased. Germination rate was higher in the order of Koshihikari, Hanmaeum and Unkwangbyeo after 12 weeks’storage at 35℃. Fat acidity of Koshihikari and Hanmaeum was gradually increased, but that of Unkwangbyeo was dramatically increased after 4 weeks’storage at 35℃. The genetic mode on germination rate and fat acidity using the joint scaling test was shown to be additive-dominance gene effects. Additive([d]) effect was higher than dominance effect([h]) in all crosses. The average degree of dominance, [h]/[d], was less than 1, indicating that germination rate and fat acidity was partially dominant. Germination rate and fat acidity based on frequency distribution of 2 crosses were quantitative characters expressed by polygenes.
Viscosity Blending Approach for 22.42% Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells

We report here the viscosity blending approach toward high efficiency perovskite solar cells. A binary solvent is introduced in the precursor solution, where 2-methoxyethaol (2ME) is mixed with dimethylformamide (DMF) or dimethylacetamide (DMAc). Viscosity of the binary solvent system is estimated by calculating the viscosity blending number. For the ratio of DMF (DMAc): 2ME = 75:25 leading to the viscosity of 1.0317 (1.1699) cSt, a forward-scanned power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 22.42% is achieved along with photocurrent density of 25.46?mA/cm2, voltage of 1.122?V and fill factor of 0.785, which is higher than the PCE of 20.59% for the single DMF solvent. The binary solvent with optimal viscosity is found to be beneficial to reducing trap density and improving carrier lifetime even in thicker perovskite film.

This study analyzed spatial and temporal effects of Pohang earthquake on sales prices of multi-family housing in Korea, where earthquake damage information was not fully known. Factors determining housing prices were examined with a multilevel model and the difference of earthquake effects on housing price was explored with a difference-in-difference method. A random intercept model with two-level variables and interaction terms was finally applied. The spatial effect of housing price was examined because of a big damage of earthquake in Pohang. As a result, the earthquake had a significant effect on low-rise multi-family housing prices in the danger area of an earthquake. The housing prices in the danger area fell 11.8% due to the earthquake. On the other hand, prices in non-danger area rose 7.4%. The increase of housing prices in non-danger area was probably due to residential movements from the danger area. The spatial effect of the earthquake on multi-family housing prices had a range of about 20 kilometers. It was different from the boundary of physical damage caused by earthquakes in the government report. The housing sales prices in the danger area decreased over time. Although such decrease was not statistically significant in terms of temporal effect. After the earthquake, housing prices in the danger area were higher as they became closer to and less dense in terms of population density.

Among the various industries and social sectors related to greenhouse gas emissions, the transportation sector currently contributes almost 23% of energy-related greenhouse gas emissions worldwide and is increasing faster than any other sector. Therefore, regulations on internal combustion engine vehicles are currently being tightened around the world, and accordingly, the distribution of Electric Vehicles(EVs) is accelerating. In addition, smart charging research is underway to efficiently operate and utilize EVs that are spreading. Therefore, in this paper, a study on the trends of international standards was conducted to analyze the impact of the rapid spread of EVs and to establish the concept of smart charging.
