The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between Art management and Cultural activities in China from the K-wave case. Research design, data, and methodology: This study used the method of the cases study survey, with the K-wave case in as the survey objects, 3 valid survey sample case were collected in this paper. Results: The two dimensions of art management and cultural activities differently influences from the K-wave, and the influence of availability on customer satisfaction is not significant. Conclusion: The results of this study will provide useful reference for the Art management and Cultural activities in China from the K-wave case. And improve the development of art management and cultural activities in China by improving the K-wave of service quality. Art management can shape urban commercial space in a beneficial way, create a good consumption atmosphere, and enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of the city. The introduction of art elements into urban commercial space can create a strong cultural atmosphere, so that the city presents a smart look. Art management has a positive impact on K-Wave production and operation activities, which can promote the shaping of art commercial space, the promotion of urban cultural atmosphere.

Investment Climate Analysis of China and South Korea: Based on Grading Method

Purpose - This study analyzes the investment environment of South Korea by using the rating scale of Robert B Stobaugh, Jr, and draws conclusion implication. Research design, data, and methodology - The study conducted a survey on according to the political stability, capital repatriation, foreign ownership allowed, discrimination and controls, foreign vs domestic businesses, currency stability, willingness to grant tariff protection, availability of local capital, and annual inflation for last 5 years. The score of these eight aspects will be given based on the current situation in South Korea and the sum of the scores will be calculated. Result - China-Korea economic and trade relations are in a stage of transformation and upgrading, and the level of economic and trade cooperation in various fields is reaching a new level. It is hoped that Chinese enterprises will grasp business opportunities, strengthen research and analysis of the Korea market and achieve mutually beneficial cooperation. A comparative study on the usage intention of social network service (SNS) in Korea and China

To investigate factors influencing on continued usage of SNS, this study used ECM model (Expectation-confirmation Model) as a theoretical foundation. Based on ECM model, two critical variables, perceived entertainment and perceived switching costs, were examined. This study collected data by a survey method for an empirical analysis. A total of 271 replies were used for data analysis. While 139 out of 271 replies were collected from Korean users of Facebook, the rest 135 replies were did from Chinese users of RenRen. The collected dataset were analyzed by employing PLS (Partial Least Squares) technique. As results of PLS analysis on the subjects of Korean users, all of the hypotheses were supported. On the subjects of Chinese users, we found that 1) Expectation-Confirmation is positively associated with both perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyness, 2) both perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyness are positively associated with satisfaction, 3) Satisfaction has a positive impact on intention to use . Specialized farmers cooperatives should establish a transparent regulatory mechanism and be subject to dual supervision from both the Chinese government and farmers. However, we found no empirical evidence that perceived pleasure and perceived switching cost are positively associated with continued usage intention.

A Study of Comparative Analysis for China and Korea Company M&A in Anti-trust Law

China and Korea have culture tradition, historic development similar each other, and two Countries in the East Asian together, and signed China-Korea FTA in 2015.But, the differences in economic circumstances that respective countries encounter could not influence on establishing the Antitrust law. This thesis intends to discuss on law establishment, to study antimonopoly law in combination deeply, and to be helpful in amalgamation system at suitable concrete economic development stages.

Anticancer effects of metformin in experimental animal models of different types of cancer: a systematic review and meta-analysis

To systematically evaluate the effects of metformin on tumors in experimental animal models of different types of cancer. Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane, and Web of Science databases were searched for studies on metformin used in various experimental animal tumor models from 2008 to 2022. Meta-analysis was performed using STATA 16.0 software after screening literature extraction data and methodological quality evaluation by inclusion and exclusion criteria. A total of 24 studies with 1108 model animals were included. Meta-analysis results showed that this study used meta-analysis for quantitative synthesis of study results and found that tumor model animals of different species showed different degrees of reduction in tumor volume, weight, and number after metformin intervention.

Ratiometric and discriminative visualization of autophagic processes with a novel dual-responded lysosome-specific fluorescent probe

Background Autophagy is a critical self-eating pathway involved in numerous physiological and pathological processes. Lysosomal degradation of dysfunctional organelles and invading microorganisms is central to the autophagy mechanism and essential for combating disease-related conditions. Therefore, monitoring fluctuations in the lysosomal microenvironment is vital for tracking the dynamic process of autophagy. Although much effort has been put into designing probes for measuring lysosomal viscosity or pH separately, there is a need to validate the concurrent imaging of the two elements to enhance the understanding of the dynamic progression of autophagy. Methods Probe HFI was synthesized in three steps and was developed to visualize changes in viscosity and pH within lysosomes for real-time autophagy tracking. Then, the spectrometric determination was carried out. Next, the probe was applied to image autophagy in cells under nutrient-deprivation or external stress. Additionally, the performance of HFI to monitor autophagy was employed to evaluate acetaminophen-induced liver injury. Results We constructed a ratiometric dual-responsive probe, HFI, with a large Stokes shift over 200 nm, dualwavelength emission, and small background interference. The ratiometric fluorescent signal (R = I610/I460) of HFI had an excellent correlation with both viscosity and pH. More importantly, high viscosity and low pH had a synergistic promotion effect on the emission intensity of HFI, which enabled it to specially lit lysosomes without disturbing the inherent microenvironment. We then successfully used HFI to monitor intracellular autophagy induced by starvation or drugs in real-time. Interestingly, HFI also enabled us to visualize the occurrence of autophagy in the liver tissue of a DILI model, as well as the reversible effect of hepatoprotective drugs on this event. Conclusions In this study, we developed the first ratiometric dual-responsive fluorescent probe, HFI, for real-time revealing autophagic details. It could image lysosomes with minimal perturbation to their inherent pH, allowing us to track changes in lysosomal viscosity and pH in living cells. Ultimately, HFI has great potential to serve as a useful indicator for autophagic changes in viscosity and pH in complex biological samples and can also be used to assess drug safety.

A Research of the Logistics Legal System in China-Korea FTA

With China and Korea signed a Korea-China Free Trade Agreement on 20,Dec,2015, the eighth round of negotiations and chief negotiator meeting on China-Korea FTA was held in Beijing on December 20th, during which, the representatives of the two parties had an in-depth exchanges of views on commodity trade, service trade, investment, agreed areas and other topics. The results of China-Korea FTA feasibility joint research report showed that when China-Korea FTA is established, the GDP and trading volume of the three countries will increase, and it will have a positive impact on the development of logistics industry in each country. The two countries are recommended to build a coordinated and efficient transport and logistics system to reduce the product costs of the three countries and improve their international competitiveness.

A study on the policy of Korean Cultural Industry

After achieving economical take-off during the end of the last century, Korea has rapidly altered its policy direction by taking cultural industry as one of national strategies and has, within twenty years, developed to be one of the world-famous powers of cultural industry. Now, throughout the whole world, the cultural industry of Korea has transformed into a successful sample for cultural industry development research. When it refers to the reasons why Korea cultural industry has developed so rapidly, the active promotion effect of Korea government, such as its huge budget input, definitely cannot be ignored. China, as a country of owning abundant cultural resources, in geography, is quietly adjacent to Korea and culturally, China and Korea are both belong to the only cultural circle of Confucianism and Chinese character, therefore, to research the successful experience of Korea government in cultural industry development will do much good to better promoting the optimal development of China cultural industry.

A Research on Legal Risk Prevention of Chinese enterprises' FDI in China-Japan-Korea FTA

Purpose – This research mainly studied with the promotion of "one belt and one road "initiative's strategy and the construction of China, Japan and South Korea Free Trade Zone, China exports urgently needed industrial products to Japan and South Korea, which will not only help digest excess industrial capacity, optimize China's industrial structure, but also promote the economic development of Japan and South Korea. Research design, data, and Methodology – The study conducted a survey on 2018 year new revision of China-Korea Japan`s data. Results – This study shows that In this process, multinational enterprises, as pioneers of economic development, play an irreplaceable role. However, due to the differences between laws of different countries and their own corporate culture concepts, enterprises in different countries will inevitably encounter various conflicts in the process of development. Conclusions –This requires our enterprises to have awareness of legal risk prevention in the process of development, and to study the corporate culture of relevant enterprises to truly achieve win-win cooperation.

A survey of Factors Influencing College Students Participating in Discipline Competition Based on the questionnaire

Purpose - “Higher education of vocational education focuses on Discipline competition” This is the requirement of the education sector in China for the Application-oriented Undergraduate in the 21st century. As an integral part of Higher education vocational education, Discipline competition is not only an effective way to test the higher education reform of the Application-oriented Undergraduate, but also a measure of the level of Application-oriented Undergraduate. Research design, data, and methodology - The study conducted a survey on SPSS 24.0 Through factor analysis of 192 questionnaires data. After empirically analyzing the data, we found that the factors can be classified into four main factors. Result - This study shows that in terms of gender, boys are more susceptible to external factors and time factors while girls are more vulnerable to internal factors. And girls are more susceptible to internal factors. In terms of professional categories, non-teacher students are more likely to be hindered by external factors such as missing entry information. Conclusion - This paper assumes that there are significant differences in internal promotion and barriers in different disciplines competition.
