        This study aims at investigating the influence of past leisure activty a experience on present leisure deepening of the old. Specifically, this study aims at investigating the influence of non-participation, irregularty participation and regularity participation in past leisure activities of older adults on present leisure deepening stage from the Godbey's leisure definition. This study Were used quality research method. The subjects of this study was selected by purposeful sampling method from the non-participants and participants in leisure activities 2004 residing in Seoul area. They m re above 65 year old. The using 8 data for approach quality method. The analysis methods utilized constant comparative method form case record analysis and inductive categorical system). From the analyses of the data, this study reaches the following conclusions: Firstly, the non-participation in past leisure activities influence on present leisure deepening stage. In groups of non-participation, past leisure activities were leisure deepening stage into leisure as time. Secondly, the irregularity participation in past leisure activities influence on present leisure deepening stage. [n groups of irregularity participation past leisure activities were leisure deepening stage into a part of leisure as activity and pleasure to pursue. Thirdly, the regularity participation in past leisure activities influence on present leisure deepening stage. In groups of regularity participation past leisure activities were leisure deepening stage into value of existence definition.

        제 5세대와 6세대 상아질 접착제의 전단접착강도 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare the shear bonding strength and the interfacial micromorpholoy of the 5th and 6th generation dentin bonding system. The evaluation of durability was performed by 1,000 thermocycling with 4℃ and 60℃ water. As the results, mean shear bond strengths of 5th generation dentin bonding systems ranged from 12.48 MPa to 16.71 MPa for One Step and OptiBond Solo, respectively. Mean shear bond strengths of 6th generation dentin bonding systems ranged from 19.03 for Prompt L-Pop to 20.12 MPa for One-Up Bond F. After the thermocycling, the shear bond strengths of 5th generation dentin bonding systems reduced more than that of the 6th generation dentin bonding system. In the thermocycle 0 and 1,000 groups, a significantly different bond strength was observed. The thickness of Hybrid layers were 2∼3㎛ and 1∼2㎛ for 5th and 6th generation dentin bonding systems, respectively. In the 5th generation dentin bonding systems, resin tags and resin penetration through lateral branches of tubules were prominent. In 6th generation, however, the same effect was not observed in the tubules.

        Sandblast 처리한 도재의 잔류응력 평가

        To evaluate the residual stress in porcelain surfaces by three different pressures, fracture toughness by indentation microfracture method, and shear bond strength of bonded porcelain-resin specimens were measured. The values of residual stress calculated from fracture toughness determined by the indentation microfracture method were increased with the increasing of sandblasting pressure of 7 ㎏f/㎠ showed the lowest shear bond strength, but there were no significant difference among the three groups at the 95% confidence level. It was observed that the surface condition was irregular and sharp. The experimental group sandblasted by the pressure of 3 ㎏f/㎠ showed mostly a separation between porcelain-resin interface with crack propagation inside the porcelain, while the experimental group sandblasted by the pressure of 7 ㎏f/㎠ showed porcelain cohesive fractures. As a result, the residual stress was generated by sandblasting in the porcelain surface, and this residual stress seemed to determine the failure types of bonded porcelain-resin specimens.

        Ti-6Al-4V 합금의 표면개질에 의한 calcium phosphate의 형성

        The purpose of this study os to investigate the formation of calcium phosphate on Ti-6Al-4V surface on aqueous solutions containing phosphate and calcium ions. The surface of Ti-6Al-4V specimens were treated in phosphate buffered solutions for 3 days followed by immersion in calcium phosphate buffered solutions for 10 days. These solutions have different concentration and pH(pH 5.8, 7.0, 8.0) one another. Then, the specimens treated with P and Ca ions and control group without surface treatment were immersed in Hanks' balanced solution for 30 days to make sure the effectiveness of this surface treatment. All specimens were characterized using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry(FT-IR). The amount of crystallized particles formed on the specimens by surface treatment was significantly increased in all experimental conditions as compared with that immersed only in Hanks' solution. Dense granular shaped precipitates were observed on the surface and these particles were recognized as calcium phosphate similar to HA(hydroxyapatite) or TCP(tri-calcium phosphate).

        Until now it was said the world of Seuk-Jeung's poetry is pastroal-style or pastroal literature by critics. Of course, it is not a fallacy because Seuk-Jeung's poetry are naturalistic and meditative. But analizing the world of a poet, we must interpretate minutely before his poetry world to a place under a category. When we think in from these sides, generally speaking, we have explained simply it's impressive elements about the world of Seuk-Jeung's poetry. In this article, I interpretate his poetic peculiarity through the several poetric words be used frequently and made illustrated his another poetic world. In result, I make out the evidence that the pecularity of Seuk-Jeung's poetry we can explain: First, he had written his works with a negative resistant attitude from the beginning of a period and little by little was added an annual ring, we can perchased his poetric path which his resistant elements rippening to the world of reconciliation and contemplation. Second, the whole frame of his poetric world depended on humanistic view, his humanism is that nature make transfer to humanity, humanity make transfer to nature. Therefore he perchased an essence of human in this path. And his humanism was exhibited a tendency to social nature. All of these path beginning in a love spirits. Third, Seuk-Jeung's poetry perchase the esthetics of a exist. He wished not only his poet and poetry is in accord with his living, but put his poet's thought into practice. He is a prodigy of poet as a seeker after poetic truth in the history of Korean poetry and then his poetry is honest and faithful.

        유화 Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene Rubber (CSM)의 제조 및 특성 연구

        본 연구에서는 CSM 에멀젼의 물성을 향상시키고자 금속성 가교제인 magnesium carbonate 및 calcium hydroxide를 첨가하여 가교밀도, 열적특성, 표면자유에너지 그리고 인장강도, 파단신율 및 인열강도 특성을 고찰하였다, 금속성 가교제인 magnesium carbonate 및 calcium hydroxide 양이 증가함에 따라 CSM 에멀젼 필름은 가교밀도는 증가하였고, 이에 내수성과 T_(g) 값도 증가하였다. 금속성 가교제로 magnesium carbonate를 첨가하였을 때 calcium hydroxide에 비해서 다소 높은 가교밀도와 T_(g) 값을 보였다. 하지만 CSM 에멀젼 필름의 표면에너지 및 기계적 특성들은 다소 다른거동을 보였다 Magnesium carbonate 0.75% 그리고 calcium hydroxide 1.0% 첨가한 경우가 가장 높은 표면 자유에너지 값과 인장강도 및 인열강도를 보였으나, 그 이상의 양을 첨가하였을 경우에는 오히려 감소함을 확인하였다. 그러므로 본 연구에서 CSM 에멀젼의 물성을 향상시키는데 적용되는 금속성 가교제로서 calcium hydroxide 보다 magnesium carbonate가 더 적당하며, 0.75% 첨가하였을 때 보다 향상된 물성을 얻을 수 있었다. In this work. magnesium carbonate and calcium hydroxide as metallic crosslinking agent were added to chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber (CSM) emulsion to enhance the mechanical properties of emulsion film such as tensile strength. elongation at break, and tear strength and crosslinking density. thermal features, and surface energy were also investigated. Crosslinking density of the CSM emulsion film with increasing the amount of magnesium carbonate and calcium hydroxide increased. leading to the enhancement of water resistance. It was shown that compared with calcium hydroxide, magnesium carbonate had a little higher crosslinking density and To value. The surface energy and mechanical characteristics of the CSM emulsion film, however, showed somewhat different behaviors. The highest surface energy. tensile strength. and tear strength were observed when 0.75° o for magnesium carbonate and 1.0° o for calcium hydroxide were added respectively. Therefore. it can be concluded that as metallic crosslinking agent to improve water resistance and mechanical properties of the CSM emulsion, magnesium carbonate is more preferable to calcium hydroxide

      • 농작물 해충 및 진균류 방제를 위한 방선균의 분리 및 동정

        Twenty seven out of ca. 5,000 actinomycete strains, which were isolated from soil collected throughout the country, showed antimicrobial effects against fungi, Rhizopus stronifer (ATCC6227a), Rhizoctonia solani (KCCM 11271) and yeast, Candida albicans(ATCC10231). From these antifungal microorganisms, we further selected seven strains which seemed to produce insecticidal substances with in vivo test, using silkworm, Bombyx mori and beet armyworm, Spodoptera exigua. Morphological and biochemical experiments revealed that three strains out of seven were streptomyces. Further investigations on the physical and chemical properties of these antifungal and insecticidal substances are now in progress.

        A microwave device measurement tool kit using the TRL method for microwave tuner was developed. Teflon substrate was used for easy manufacturing. An adapter from CDI was used for the junction transition between microstrip and coaxial line. Mask production procedure which have the 3:1 reduction ratio was developed for microstrip transmission line manufacturing. Using these procedure the Cal Kit which can have Thru, Reflect, and Line was manufactured. TRL error correction method can be applied to the Kit. We tested the Cal kit and the error due to the microstrip line could be corrected. It can be applicable to the accurate measurement of microwave transistors.

        흰쥐 재생간의 Monoamine Oxidase 의 활성치

        This study was intended to investigate the changes of hepatic mitochondrial and microsomal monoamine oxidase(MAO) A and B activities after 70%(median and left lateral lobes) partial hepatectomy in rats. The activities of mitochondrial MAO A and B in the regenerating liver significantly increased between the second and the third days of the operation. However, the microsomal MAO A activity in regenerating liver showed a marked decrease from two days after operation.

        자작나무 및 벚나무 껍질추출물이 抗알레르기 效果에 대한 實驗的 연구

        Anti-allergic effects resulted by Cortex Betula Platyphyllae(CB) or Cortex Pruni Serrulatae(CP) extract were observed from the mast cell before or after treatment with Compound 48/80, anti-DNP IgE and Substance P, respectively. In addition, it was investigated on inhibition of IgE release from B cell line and spleen cell after treatment with two extracts. The results were as follows ; 1. CB or CP extract inhibited Anaphylaxis shock induced by intraperitoneal injection with Compound 48/80. 2. Both extracts inhibited histamine release from the mast cell after treatment with Compound 48/80, anti-DNP IgE or Substance P. 3. The IgE release stimulated from spleen cell of mouse after treatment with LPS or LPS plus IL-4 was inhibited with increasing concentrations of extracts. The level of IgE release was significantly much lower in treatment of CB extract than that of CP extract when compared to high concentrations of extracts. 4. The IgE release from U266B1 of human myeloma was inhibited dependently to the concentrations of CB and CP extract, respectively, and CB extract inhibited effectively more IgE release than that after treatment of CP extract.
