유아무용교육용 스마트폰 애플리케이션에 대한 교수자 인식조사

The purpose of this study was to conduct an online survey of 102 child education instructors to verify the need for educational application for smart early childhood dance education. The findings are as follows. First, most instructors confirm that they need the apps in early childhood dance education. Second, the reasons need the app are teaching tools, class efficiency, customized information, attracting interest, acquiring professional knowledge and information. Third, reasons need app are supplement instructors' expertise, educational tools, class notes, introduction of new programs, exchanging between leaders, revitalization of dance education, providing customized education and stimulating the interest of infants.
The sex and age dependant differences in ECG values in C57BL6/N mice

Eelectrocardiogram (ECG) is a surface recording of the electric current passing through the heart, revealing the electrical activity associated with each heartbeat, and allowing visualization of the electrical state of the heart. In a state of consciousness, normal rat heart rates range from 500 to 700 beats per minute (bpm). ECG reflects the cycle of the heart and consists of P, Q, R, S and T waves. The non-invasive ECG system has the advantage of acquiring information not only on heart rate, but also on heart rate variability, RR, QT and PR intervals, as well as acquiring cardiac abnormalities in conscious animals. In this study, we conducted experiments ECG analysis with 12 weeks and 56 weeks aged male and female C57BL/6N mice. We compared the ECG values between male and female mice and between 12 weeks and 56 weeks aged mice, comparing age and gender differences. There were sex differences in HR and RR in 12 weeks aged mice and in HR and QRS in 56 weeks aged mice. We also found age dependant differences in QRS, ST, HR and RR in male mice and in PR, ST and QTc in female mice. These result indicate that there is age and sex differences in ECG values.

씀바귀뿌리를 이용하여 침출차를 제조하고자 건조온도 및 처리조건을 달리하여 생리활성을 검토하였다. 각각의 씀바귀뿌리 침출차의 침출액에 대한 생리활성을 측정한 결과, 전자공여능은 증숙처리 후 열풍건조한 것이 98%로 가장 높았고 뒤이어 천일건조>열풍건조 후 볶음처리>열풍건조의 순으로 높았으며, 침출액의 SOD유사활성은 열풍건조 후 볶음 처리한 씀바귀뿌리 추출물에서 35.61±0.67%의 활성을 보였다. ACE저해활성은 천일건조한 것이 44.60%로 가장 저해활성이 가장 높았고, 증숙 처리 후 열풍건조한 처리구가 가장 낮아 28.89%의 저해활성을 보였고, tyrosinase 저해활성은 천일건조한 것이 44.61%로 가장 높았고 열풍건조>열풍건조 후 볶음처리>증숙처리 후 열풍건조의 순으로 저해활성을 나타내었으며, 아질산염 소거능은 pH가 낮을수록 효과가 있었으며, 특히 열풍건조 후 볶음처리를 한 씀바귀뿌리 침출차의 침출액이 모든 pH 구간에서 가장 효과적인 것을 볼 수 있었다. This study was carried out to investigate physiological functionalities of tea prepared by various thermal processing methods from Ixeris dentata root in order to elevate utilization of Ixeris dentata root as food. These methods included natural drying (ND), hot-air drying (HAD, 75℃), hot-air drying after steam (HADS, steaming at 95℃ for 30 min) and roasting after hot-air drying (RHAD, roasting at 140℃ for 2~3 min). Physiological functionalities of tea prepared by ND, HAD, HADS, and RHAD were measured as hot-water extracts and each tea was extracted by 100 ㎖ water on 1 g dried Ixeris dentata root powder. Electron donating abilities were the highest in HADS treatment at 98%. SOD-like activities were the highest in RHAD at 35.61%. Both ACE and tyrosinase inhibitory activities were the highest on ND treatment at 52.34% and 44.60%, respectively. Nitrite scavenging abilities of all treatment were the highest at pH 1.2 and the highest activity among them was on RHAD treatment at 50.5%.
스마트 유아무용교육용 애플리케이션 개발을 위한 기획연구

목적 본 연구는 유아무용교육 현장의 스마트 무용교육의 실행과 현장적용을 위해 『2019 개정 누리과정(교육부)』을 적용한 유아무용교육용 앱 <댄싱 포켓>을 제안하였다. 이 연구를 토대로 스마트무용교육 연구가 활성화되어 곧 다가올 미래의 무용교육의 환경과 교수방법을 개선하기 위한 초석이 되길 기대한다. 방법 유아무용교육용 앱을 기획하기 위해 문헌연구를 기초로 하여, 연구자 간의 협의와 전문가 자문을 거쳐, 앱 기획을 위한 과정을 ‘분석’과 ‘설계’로 나누어 단계별로 진행하였다. 결과 첫 번째, ‘분석’ 단계에서는 스마트 유아교육의 개념과 현황을 살펴보고 『2019 개정 누리과정(교육부)』에서 나타난 5개의 영역 중 ‘신체운동⋅건강 영역’, ‘사회관계영역’, ‘예술경험영역’을 중심으로 콘텐츠의 기반이 되는 내용을 마련하였다. 두 번째, ‘설계’ 단계에서는 유아무용교육을 위한 프로토타입을 구현하였으며 기술적 아이디어를 제안하였다. 그리고 앱 개발에 따른 내용면, 유지⋅관리면, 기능면에서 지속적으로 필요한 부분을 정리하였다. 결론 본 연구는 앱의 활발한 사용을 위한 방향을 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 유아무용교육용 앱은 조작이 용이하고 간단하면서도 필요한 기능만을 탑재한 앱이 되어야 하며, 유아의 연령과 단계에 따라 난이도를 조절할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 『2019 개정 누리과정(교육부)』과 연계하여 교육적인 부분을 간과하지 말아야 한다. 마지막으로 지속적인 교육콘텐츠 업그레이드와 함께 증강현실, 광학신체인식, 모션 캡쳐, 가상현실 AR과 같은 기능을 접목한다면 교육콘텐츠 변화에 부흥하는 앱으로 발전하여 무용교과의 특성을 적절하게 담아낼 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to propose <Dancing Pocket>, an application for early childhood dance education applying 『2019 Revised Nuri Course (Ministry of Education)』 for the implementation and application of smart dance education in the field of early childhood dance education. In the future, this research on smart dance education is expected to become active, and it is expected to serve as a cornerstone for improving the environment and teaching methods of dance education in the future. Methods Based on literature research, an app for early childhood dance education was planned, and in the process, two consultations were received between researchers and expert advice. The process for app planning was divided into ‘analysis’ and ‘design’ and proceeded step by step. ‘Analysis’ examines the concept and current status of smart early childhood education, and focuses on ‘physical exercise and health area’, ‘social relation area’, and ‘art experience area’ among the five areas shown in 『2019 Revised Nuri Course (Ministry of Education)』. As a result, we prepared the contents that are the basis of the contents. In ‘Design’, a prototype was implemented for early childhood dance education, and technical ideas for the future were suggested. In addition, in terms of content, maintenance/management, and functions, the necessary parts of app planning are summarized. Lastly, it is believed that if functions such as augmented reality, optical body recognition, motion capture, and virtual reality AR are combined with continuous education content upgrades, it will develop into an app that revives changes in educational content and appropriately contain the characteristics of dance subjects.
Rxfp2, an Insl3 receptor might be associated with the failure of spermatogenesis in Phf7 ko mice

PHD finger protein 7 (Phf7) is a member of the PHF family, which contain the PHD domain known as a histone methylation reader and RING domain known as a E3 ubiquitin ligase. Phf7 is expressed testis, specifically in germ cells and Leydig cells but not in Sertoli cells. The deficiency of Phf7 induces male infertility. And it was found that Phf7 acts as a histone H2A E3 ligase in histone-to-protamine exchange during spermatogenesis. Until now, most studies on Phf7 have been focused on spermatogenesis. Here, we tried to found any phenotypes other than male infertility in the Phf7 Ko mice. We found that there are growth-retardation and reduction of bone mineral density in Phf7 knockout (ko) mice. We also tried to found any mechanism that may associated with abnormal spermatogenesis in the Phf7 ko mice. It is known that Rxfp2 is expressed in the postmeiotic germ cells in testis and that Rxfp2 with Insl3, a hormone released from Leydig cells constitute a paracrine hormone-receptor system in testis. Therefore, we determined the expression level of Insl3 and Rxfp2 in testis of Phf7 ko mice. We found that the Insl3 mRNA level was higher in the ko mice, but the Rxfp2 mRNA expression level was reduced in the mutant mice then wild mice. In conclusion, we suggest that the failure of spermatogenesis observed in Phf7 ko mice might related with the reduced expression of Rxfp2 in the developing germ cells.
