저위교합 유구치에서의 공간확장술을 이용한 외과적 접근

저위교합이란 능동적 맹출기 동안이나 이후 해당치아의 교합면 방향으로의 성장이 멈추어 다른 치아들보다 하방에 존재하는 것을 말한다 저위교합치의 결과로 침하치의 만기잔존, 부정교합, 증가된 치아우식 감수성과 치주질환의 가능성, 계승치의 이동 등이 나타날 수 있다. 따라서 조기진단 및 적절한 처치가 필요하다. 저위교합치의 치료는 저위교합 정도나 후속 영구치의 발육정도에 따라 보존에서 발치까지 다양하다. 영구 계승치가 없거나 부분적인 침하치가 치주적으로 건전한 경우, 공간문제를 발생하지 않는 경우 보존적인 접근이 추천되기도 한다. 그러나 계승치가 존재하고 맹출이 지연되는 경우, 국소적인 염증반응과 관련되는 경우 교정적인 치료가 필요한 경우에는 발거가 필요할 수도 있다. 특히 저위교합된 유구치의 상방으로 인접치가 경사되어 악궁장경에 문제를 초래할 위험이 있는 경우 외과적인 발치가 필요할 수도 있으며 경사가 심한 경우 발치를 위한 외과적 접근이 힘들 수 있다. 심하게 경사된 인접치로 인하여 저위교합치의 외과적 발거가 힘들 환아에서 가철성 교정장치를 이용하여 공간확보를 진행 하였으며 보다 용이하게 치아를 발거할 수 있었다. Infraclusion may be defined as teeth that stop their relative occlusal movement in the dental arches during or after the period of active eruption and then remain under the occlusal plane. Delayed exfoliation, malocclusion, increased susceptibility to dental caries and periodontal disease of both the neighboring teeth and retained molar, and dislocation of' the successor are the consequencces of infraclusion of primary molars. Therefore, early diagnosis and appropriate treatments are necessary. The therapeutic approach of' the infracluded teeth varied from preservation to extraction. The teeth with simple infraclusion without any signs of interference with occlusal and jaw development may be examined periodically with fellow-up check and radiographically. However, if the infracluded tooth interferes with normal eruption of successor or shows any sign of delayed resorption, or the tipping of adjacent teeth or supraeruption of op-posing teeth is expected, the teeth inflicted should be extracted and appropriate measures should be provided in order to maintain the normal development of occlusion and dentition. The adjacent teeth which have been collapsed over a infracluded deciduous teeth can disturb the arch length perimeter. In such cases, surgical approach might be necessary, although it would be difficult when teeth are severly leaned. However, an easier surgical access have been obtained by space regaining procedures, in young patients whose arch length has been shortened due to the infracluded teeth.

In the electronic marketplace which uses mobile agents as its infrastructure, users can disconnect their system after launching agents to perform their tasks and then receive the results from their agents when they want to view them. In this paper, we propose a framework of the electronic bidding marketplace based on mobile agent system, and implement the used automobile marketplace with this framework in order to show the strength of the electronic marketplace based on mobile agent systems. The proposed framework receives a proposal from end-users through the web browser, and launch a buyer agent to an agent server which implements the electronic marketplace, and then deliver the results, of which the buyer agent deals with seller agent, to the users. Also in our framework, a buyer agent can navigate agent servers on the Internet according to its itinerary.

Eula Snopes를 통해서 본 미국의 전통 남부사회

With the characterization of Eula snopes in The Town, William Faulkner dramatizes the changing society of Old South in the earlier 20th century. As has been seen in Eula's immorality(to say more exactly, amorality), the traditional values of Old South is deteriorating. Eula's adultery, Flem Snopes's cuckoldry, and Gavin's jealousy are enough to make up the basic framework of “sexual comedy.” But a closer examination of the novel's viewpoint and double structure demonstrates that The Town takes more than a vulgar and sensational form of sexual comedy. Among three narrators, Gavin Stevens is involved both in the inner story of Eula Snopes and in his own journey into the social reality of jefferson Owing to Gavin's interpretation of the inner story, vulgarity and sensationalism of Eula's promiscuity is reduced. For Gavin, the novel's double structure helps to gain the intuition of life. Gavin's ideal and romantic reality embodied in Eula Snopes is absolutely shattered. But the kind of courage and chivalic spirit shown by Gavin is worth praising, and offers us a glimpse of hope for the new South reborn in the materialistic society.

구조화 전화추적 면담을 이용한 품행장애 입원 치료 환자의 예후

연구 목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 입원치료후 퇴원한 품행장애 환자들의 예후와 가족들의 정신과 입원치료의 효능에 대한 인식도를 알아보고 예후에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 방법 : 품행장애의 진단 하에 7일 이상 입원치료를 받았으며 퇴원 후 6개월이 경과된 300명 중 전화 추적이 가능하였던 96명에서 퇴원 후 문제행동, 가족관계, 가족들의 인식도를 조사하였으며 이와 관련된 요인을 알아보았다. 결과 : 퇴원 후 문제행동의 양상은 입원전보다 호전된 경우가 90%이었으며 더 심해진 경우는 2%이었으며 8%는 변화가 없었다. 퇴원 후 가족관계는 보다 좋아진 경우가 70%, 나빠진 경우가 2%, 별 차이가 없는 경우가 28%이었다. 병원치료의 효율성에 대한 가족들의 인식도는 도움이 되었다는 경우가 57%, 해가 되었다는 경우가 6%, 그저 그렇다가 37%이었다. 퇴원 후 문제행동, 가족관계, 가족들의 입원치료에 대한 인식도 등 세 가지 항목이 모두 양호하다고 답변한 대상을 양호군으로 설정하고 그 외의 대상을 대조군으로 하여 양군의 특성의 차이를 비교하였을 때 양호군의 연령이 유의하게 낮았으며 가족 형태의 문제가 있었고 MMPI하위척도 중 남성성 -여성성 척도 점수가 유의하게 높았다. 결론 : 비록 본 연구는 여러 제한점이 내포되어 있음에도 불구하고, 정신과 입원치료를 받았던 청소년의 행동이 대부분은 호전된다는 것을 시사하여 품행장애에서의 정신과적 치료에 상당히 고무적인 결과를 나타내었으며 추후 대상자와 치료프로그램의 다양성을 통제한 연구를 지속하는 것이 필요할 것으로 생각되었다. 중심 단어 : 품행장애ㆍ청소년ㆍ예후ㆍ입원치료. Objectives : The major goal of this study was to investigate the treatment outcome of psychiatric treatment in inpatients with conduct disorder and to elucidate factors affecting its prognosis. Methods : We reviewed the medical records of 300 inpatients with conduct disorder who had been treated with a specialized adolescent treatment program. Follow-up structured telephone interview had been performed in 96 patients. Results : 1) At the point of follow-up, 90% of the patients were improved in behavioral patterns, 2% of the patients were worse, and 8% of the patients were unchanged. 2) Intrafamilial relationship was improved in 70% of the patients, worse in 2%, and unchanged in 28%, 3) Fiftyseven percent of families thought to be helped by psychiatric inpatient treatment, 6% replied to be harmed, and 37% thought not to be helpful. 4) Comparing the good prognosis group who were all better in behavioral patterns, intrafamilial relationship, and efficacy of treatment with the rest of subjects, the good prognosis group was significantly younger and had more history of problems in familial structure. Conclusion : Although the present study had some meterological limits, the promising positive results in the outcome of inpatients with conduct disorder encourages further more sophisticated investigations in this problematic psychiatric conditions. 폐광지역 토양과 농작물 중의 중금속 오염도 조사

This study was conducted to investigate the concentration of the heavy metals among the soils and crops, and the difference compared with the unpolluted area from the radius distance from the ruined mine. Gubong Mind in Cheongyang-Gun, Chungnam-Do was selected as the ruined mine, which the Taechi-Myon district was selected ad the unpolluted control area. Pepper, welch onion, cabbage, radish and their soils were collected at the mine and unpolluted area, respectively. The concentration of heavy metals(Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn and As) were measured by ICP. In the soil sample, the average concentrations of all the heavy metals were significantly increased in the min area compared with those of the unpolluted area and significantly differed from the radius distance from ruined mine. In the crop sample, the average concentration of Pb, Zn and As metals were significantly increased in the mine area compared with those of the unpolluted area and all the heavy metals were significantly differed from the radius distance from ruined mine. There was a significant negative correlation among the soils from the radius distance from ruined mine and among the crops in the concentrations of all the heavy metals. There was a significant positive correlation between soils and crops in concentration of Pb, Cd, Zn and As metals. The results indicate the concentrations of heavy metals among the soils and crops at the ruined mine were saturated more than the unpolluted and the soil metals had spread to the crops. Consequently, we cannot leave the matter unsettled and its utilization must be studied to lower the contamination degree.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the content of child & adolescent welfare services and specialists in community welfare centers. Raw data by interview obtained from 20 community welfare centers in Seoul, Inchon, Gyung-Gi, and Choong-nam . The major findings are as follows : 1. The most major service for children & adolescents in community welfare centers is counselling service. All centers of this study provide children and adolescents with counselling services; individual counselling, group counselling, and psychological testing. 2. There is almost no specialist(for example, counsellor, guidance leader, nurse, dietician, etc.) except social workers in community welfare centers. This means that there is almost no professional programs in community welfare centers, especially in counselling services. 3. Almost social workers perceive themselves as a multi-specialist who is competent to manage all kinds of programs in community welfare center. So they don't want to work with other specialists except social workers . They believe that they just only need more social workers to provide with professional programs in community welfare center.
