플라이애쉬 콘크리트의 特性에 미치는 굵은 骨材 最大値數의 影響에 관한 實驗的 硏究

In this study, the experiment was carried out to investigate and analyze the influence of coarse aggregate's maximum size and Fly Ash replacements ratio on the properties of concrete. The main experimental variables were water/cement ratio 45 and 65(%), maximum size of coarse aggregate 15, 25 and 40(mm), Fly Ash replacements ratio 0, 10, 20(%). According to the test results, the principal conclusions are summarized as follows. 1) The slump and flow of fresh concrete were found to be higher in the order of maximum size of coarse aggregate 15, 25 and 40(mm), also in the order of Fly Ash replacements ratio 0, 10, 20(%). 2) The compressive strength of hardened concrete were found to be lower in the order of maximum size of coarse aggregate 15, 25 and 40(mm). While, Fly Ash replacements ratio increases in age 7days, showed tendency that compressive strength increases together. but, age 28, 56(day) were showed opposite tendency.

In this study, the experiment was carried out to investigate and analyze the influence of coarse aggregate's mix ratio and Blast Furnace Slag replacements ratio on the properties of concrete. The main experimental variables were water/cement ratio 45 and 65(%), coarse aggregate/fine aggregate ratio 90, 130 and 170(%), Blast Furnace Slag replacements ratio 0, 10, 20(%). According to the test results, the principal conclusions are summarized as follows. 1) The slump and flow of fresh concrete of general tendency case of G/S ratio 90, 130(%) according as Blast Furnace Slag replacements ratio increases together slump(flow) increase, but in the case of plain concrete in G/S ratio 170%, displayed opposite tendency. 2) The compressive strength of hardened concrete were found to be lower in the order of G/S ratio 90, 130, 170(%), also in the order of Blast Furnace Slag replacements ratio 10, 20(%) of concrete are better than the plain concrete.

Thermoplastic foams are materials that are composed of a cellular core structure created by the expansion of a blowing agents of volatile gases or liquids, which can be economically used in insulating, packaging, and automobile industries. It due to the optimized properties of stiffness, strength, and energy absorption. Thermoplastic olefins(TPO) are currently evaluated as a potential replacement of PVC or ABS blends in automotive interior skins such as Door Trim(DT) and Instrument Panel(IP) skins. Some of the advantages of TPO over PVC or ABS skins are improved UV and heat aging, reduced fogging due to absence of plasticizer exudation, and recyclability. In this study, the nucleation and volume expansion behaviors of ethylene-octene copolymer were investigated at when different types of PP with different Melting Index(MI) values were incorporated in the foaming process. The effects of polypropylene and its melt flow characteristics on the cell density, final expansion ratio, and foam morphology were examined.
혁신클러스터에서 기업의 자발성이 기업의 혁신성과와 기업경쟁력에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study explored relationships among volunteerism, innovative performance, and company competitiveness. PLS analysis is used to test the hypotheses set in this study focused on firms that inhabit Daedeok Innopolis, using a sample of 100 firms. Findings show that volunteerism has positive effects on the innovative performance and competitiveness of company, and innovative performance impacts on competitiveness of a company. In addition, mediating effects of innovative performance between the volunteerism and competitiveness of company are verified. Some academic contributions and policy implications based on the results of this research are suggested and future research directions are proposed.
도로 네트워크에서 A<SUP>*</SUP> 알고리즘을 이용한 k-최근접 이웃 객체에 대한 효과적인 경로 탐색 방법

본 논문에서는 기존 k-최근접 객체 검색의 효율성을 개선하고 도로 네트워크에의 응용을 용이하게 하기 위하여 질의 점으로부터 k개의 정적 객체까지의 경로를 효과적으로 탐색할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 우선, k-최근접 이웃 질의 방법을 이용하여 후보 정적 객체들을 선정한 후 이들 후보 객체들의 위치 정보를 이용하여 최단 경로를 탐색한다. 일대다 경로탐색을 위하여 A* 알고리즘을 개선하여 반복된 일대일 경로탐색에 따르는 중복된 노드 스캔을 제거한다. 또, 계산된 결과를 이용하여 질의 점으로부터 네트워크 거리상으로 가까운 k개의 정적 객체들의 위치를 재정렬하여 반환한다. 성능평가 실험 결과, 제안한 방법은 기존 방법들인 INE, post-Dijkstra, 그리고 na?ve method에 비해 정확성이 100%로 매우 높게 나타났으며, 노드 탐색 시간은 1.3~3.0배로 향상된 성능을 보였다. This paper proposes an efficient path finding scheme capable of searching the paths to k static objects from a given query point, aiming at both improving thelegacy k-nearest neighbor search and making it easily applicable to the road network environment. To the end of improving the speed of finding one-to-many paths, the modified A* obviates the duplicated part of node scans involved in the multiple executions of a one-to-one path finding algorithm. Additionally, the cost to the each object found in this step makes it possible to finalize the k objects according to the network distance from the candidate set as well as to order them by the path cost. Experiment results show that the proposed scheme has the accuracy of around 100% and improves the search speed by 1.3~3.0 times of k-nearest neighbor searches, compared with INE, post-Dijkstra, and na?ve method.

The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between management capability, interfunctional integration, opportunity recognizing and capitalizing capability, innovation performance, and export performance of export venture firms. Such relationships are studied over a sample of 102 Korean export venture firms by using the partial least squares (PLS) analysis. The results obtained show that the degree of management capability positively influences inter-functional integration as well as opportunity recognizing and capitalizing capability. The study also finds evidence that inter-functional integration has a positive effect on opportunity recognizing and capitalizing capability. Further, the study finds that inter-functional integration and opportunity recognizing and capitalizing capability are critical determinants of innovation performance. In addition, opportunity recognizing and capitalizing capability positively affect innovation performance and these factors, in turn, have a positive effect on export performance. This study, however, finds that inter-functional integration has no significant effect on export performance and indirectly influences the latter through innovation performance. This paper provides several theoretical and practical implications for export venture firms in Korea.
