Was construed that weight lifters are difference that is attentive being higher than Taekwondo player weight lifting and Taekwondo player's body special quality comparison. 2. Showed laziness or difference by thing that weight lifters are tall in weight lifter and Taekwondo player's cycle and comparative analysis result maximum blood pressure of heart exhaust ability and minimum blood pressure in weight lifting and Taekwondo player's cycle and heart exhaust ability special quality comparison. There is no difference in heart beat, capacity of the lung, standard capacity of the lung, %Capacity of the lung. 3. According to weight lifter's age change state of physical strength as result that analyze comparison age high maximum oxygen intake amount, sit-up, getting down push-up, appeared by standing high, difference that die and appeared by thing that increase from one leg stand, and keep in mind from other physical strength measurement item is not. Appeared difference A that is not that keep in mind according to result that compare Taekwondo player's physical strength by rain parameter statistics. Therefore, can see that there is no special in difference physical strength in athletes. In this research is looked should be developed more various program for development that have at athlete type playing the first stones for 8 weeks station and Taekwondo training that influence in health physical strength and body development know can but present correct measurement data because forward research develops various program with little more many number of persons and athletes' health physical strength and bodily balance.

Specific binding sites for substance P (SP) were investigated in the rat tongue by in vitro autoradiographic techniques. The specific binding sites for 1251-BH-SP were concentrated to the parenchyma of the lingual von Ebner glands. Cold inhibition experiments(n=3) revealed high affinity binding sites with a Kd of 2.16±0.82 nM and a Bmax of 51±12 pM 111m2 in the von Ebner gland. Specific binding was inhibited by related unlabelled tachykinins with a rank order of potenty SP>NKA>NKB. Values for the inhibitory constants (Ki) for NKA and NKB, respectively, were 6.24±0.78 nM (n=3) and 537±69 nM(n=3). These results suggest that SP may be involved in the physiologic function of the lingual von Ebmer glands.
한국 성인 상악 중절치 치근의 근관 면적비 및 폭경비에 의한 연령추정

저자들은 1989년 7월 1일부터 1990년 8월 30일 사이에 전북대학교 치과병원에 내원한 성인 남. 녀 환자의 건강한 상악 중절치 605개를 대상으로 촬영한 표준 구강방사선 사진을 각 연령군 (20대, 30대, 40대, 50대, 60대별로 구분하고 화상분석기상에서 근관면적비 및 근관폭경비를 동기 계측하여 연령 증가에 따르는 경향을 조사한 바 다음돠 같은 결론을 얻었다.) 1.남, 녀 성별 근관폭경비의 차이는 없으나(p0.05). 근관면적비에 있어서는 남. 녀 성별 차이가 있었다(p0.01) 2.근관면적비를 개인의 연령추정에 이용할 때에 연령과 근관면적비의 상관관계는 남, 녀에서 모두 r=0.82이었고, 희귀방정식은 남,녀에서 각각v=6.01v+4.35와 v=7.02v-3.38(단; v:연령 v:근관면적비 p0.01)로 나타났다. 이상의 시험결과를 국내에서 조사발표된 보고들의 성적과 비교하여 볼 때 연령의 증가에 따르는 근과면적비 및 근괌폭경비의 경향은 유사하였으며, 40대 이후의 연령군에서 근관면적비와 근관폭경비의 변화 폭은 크게 나타나서 치아를 총한 연령감성에 화상분석기를 이용하는 것이 오파를 줄이는데 유용하리라 .사료된다.
Distalization pattern of whole maxillary dentition according to force application points

Objective: The purpose of this study was to observe stress distribution and displacement patterns of the entire maxillary arch with regard to distalizing force vectors applied from interdental miniscrews. Methods: A standard three-dimensional finite element model was constructed to simulate the maxillary teeth, periodontal ligament, and alveolar process. The displacement of each tooth was calculated on x, y, and z axes, and the von Mises stress distribution was visualized using color-coded scales. Results: A single distalizing force at the archwire level induced lingual inclination of the anterior segment, and slight intrusive distal tipping of the posterior segment. In contrast, force at the high level of the retraction hook resulted in lingual root movement of the anterior segment, and extrusive distal translation of the posterior segment. As the force application point was located posteriorly along the archwire, the likelihood of extrusive lingual inclination of the anterior segment increased, and the vertical component of the force led to intrusion and buccal tipping of the posterior segment. Rotation of the occlusal plane was dependent on the relationship between the line of force and the possible center of resistance of the entire arch. Conclusions: Displacement of the entire arch may be dictated by a direct relationship between the center of resistance of the whole arch and the line of action generated between the miniscrews and force application points at the archwire, which makes the total arch movement highly predictable.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>Little is known about the effects of mechanical forces on osteoclastogenesis by bone marrow macrophages (BMMs) in the absence of mechanosensitive cells, including osteoblasts and fibroblasts. In this study, we examined the effects of mechanical force on osteoclastogenesis by applying centrifugal force to BMMs using a horizontal microplate rotor. Our findings, as measured by an in vitro model system, show that tumor necrosis factor (TNF)‐α is capable of inducing osteoclast differentiation from BMMs and bone resorption in the presence of macrophage‐colony stimulating factor (M‐CSF) and is further facilitated by receptor activator of nuclear factor‐kappaB (NF‐κB) ligand (RANKL). Application of force to BMMs accelerated TNF‐α‐induced osteoclastogenesis; this was inhibited either by anti‐TNF‐α or anti‐TNF‐α receptor but not by OPG. TNF‐α also increased c‐Fms expression at both mRNA and protein levels in BMMs. An anti‐c‐Fms antibody completely inhibited osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption induced by TNF‐α but partially blocked osteoclastogenesis stimulated in combination with RANKL. These results suggest that TNF‐α (in the presence of M‐CSF) is capable of inducing osteoclastogenesis from BMMs, and that osteoclastogenesis is significantly stimulated by force application through the activation of c‐Fms‐mediated signaling. Overall, the present study reveals the facilitating effect of mechanical force on osteoclastic differentiation from BMMs without the addition of mechanosensitive cells. J. Cell.
