        최근 의료 패러다임은 치료에서 예방과 관리의 개념으로 변화하고 있다. 특히 우리나라 성인 인구 중 20~30%에서 발견되는 만성질환은 예방과 관리가 더욱 필요한 성인병이다. 본 논문에서는 만성 질환 중 지속적인 치료와 예방 그리고 관리가 필요한 고혈압 환자들을 관리하기 위하여 생체 데이터, 검진 데이터, 문진 데이터, 생활 습관 등을 이용하여 순차패턴 방법을 적용한 고혈압 환자에 대한 약제 처방 시스템과 연관규칙을 적용하여 고혈압 환자들에게 24시간 관리가 가능하도록 하는 고혈압 환자 관리 시스템을 개발한다.

        ABSTRACT The purposes of this study were to investigate the structure, use and condition of the agricultural distance learning technology system, to identify the barriers in use, and finally to put forward some implications for future system construction. In order to achieve the purposes, two methodologies were adopted. One was review of literature, and the other was simulation test using alternative conferencing systems constructed by the researchers. It was revealed from the results of the study that ISDN was inappropriate network for the future and lack of multimedia database was the problem for current use. In terms of future system development and construction, three implications were made. The first was a conversion from site-built system to desktop system. Secondly, various network systems should be used. Lastly, the distance learning technology system should be constructed based on Internet platform as the trend of conferencing system is integrated in the Internet environment.

        A New Edible Pod Kidney Bean Cultivar, "Noghyeob 1" with Green Pod Color

        A new kidney bean cultivar, “Noghyeob 1” was developed at the Yeongnam Agricultural Research Institute (YARI) in 2005. “Noghyeob 1” was selected from a cross between KLG50074 and KLG50063. It has determinate growth habit, white flower, green pod color, oval shape of crossed section of pod at the harvesting time for edible pod, white seed coat and middle seed size (21.1 grams per 100 seeds). The average yield of edible pod of “Noghyeob 1” was 24.25 M/T per hectare in the yield trials which were carried out at the green house in spring and autumn in 2005. It was 7 percent higher than that of the check cultivar “Kangnangkong 1”.

      • 메타분석을 통한 가정특성 관련변인이 학업성취에 미치는 영향

        This paper was designed to synthesize quantitatively the master's theses and doctoral dissertations focusing on effects of family background traits related variables on academic achievements in Korean. This task was accomplished by utilizing the meta-analysis technique of research integration as defined by Glass(1982). Basically, meta-analysis is a statistical analysis of the summary findings of many empirical studies. Its purpose is to draw reliable and general conclusions form a large and complex body of literature on a common topic. Thus, the primary purpose of this paper was to conduct a quantitative synthesis of 96 master's theses and doctoral dissertations focusing on the effects of academic achievements using family background traits as independent variable and academic achievement as dependent variable. Nine independent variable were chosen by means of in depth review of those previously mentioned 96 studies. The independent variables employed in this study include psychologcal environment, physical environment, family structure, public and private educational expenditures, education process, breeding and education method of parents, socio-economic status, parents' characteristics, and role expectation. These variable are cartegorized by two different groups according to the traits of factors in terms of family environment variable group and parent's characteristics variable group. This study set the following questions to be answered: (1) How large are the grand average effect size of variables of family background traits proposed in this study on student's academic achievement?; (2) How different the effect size of the two family background traits related variable groups, naimly family environment and parents characteristics variable group on student's academic achievement?; and, (3) How different the effect size of the nine family background traits related independent variables on student's academic achievement? In order to answer the research questions, the researcher followed the standard procedures as such locating published studies to collect primary data, analysing and cording the characteristics and outcomes of the studies, and carring out statistical procedures of mata-analysis to describe the overall and sub-variable effects. Primary source of data was decided to limit within the master's these and doctoral dissertations in order to achieve the reliability and validity of the study results. By using the CD-ROM titled 'masterㆍdoctoral dissertation index' published by National Central Library in 1995 and 1997, a total of 112 studies were located and collected. Out of 112 studies, 96 studies were selected by excluding those studies that are not possible to employ mata-analysis such as studies used qualitative research method. While classifying family background traits related variables some of studies were also excluded in this study due to failing a consensus among the five specialists participated in this process. The effect size were calculated by using two different approaches depending upon the applicability of effect size formula. One was by using mean and standard deviation of experimental group and their countpart. The other was using transformational formula suggested by Wolf(1986) for the studies that have not presented descriptive statistics. The result of this study may be summarized as follows: (1) The grand average degree of effects of the academic achievement factors proposed in this study turned out to be .33. This means that if the average size of effects of the academic achievement factors of the controlled group is 50 percentile in normal distribution, that of the experimental group becomes 62.93 percentile. As it were, the latter surpass the former by 12.94 percentile. (2) Between the two groups of academic achievement factors proposed in this study, in terms of family environment variable group and parent's characteristics variable group, the former factors showed the higher average effect size, its average effect size being .35. Considering the grand average degree of effects size of .33,it can be suggested that those family environment related variables effects more on the student's academic achievement compare to the variables of parents' characteristics. Among the nine family background traits related independent variables on academic achievements proposed in this study, the variable of educational process showed the highest average effect size of 1.40, as followed by socio-economic status(effect size of 0.55),role expectation(effect size of 0.48), and physical environment(effect size of 0.40). The effect size of these variables turned out to be bigger that the grand average effect size of .33. This result means that these variable effects on student's academic achievement a lot more compare to other variable proposes in this study. In fact, the effect size of those variable such as phychologcal environment(effect size of 0.27), breeding and educational method of parents(effect size of 0.27), family structure(effect size of 0.26), public and private educational expenditures(effect size of 0.26), and parents' characteristics(effect size of 0.14) turned out to be much smaller than that of previously mentioned variables. It means that the variable of psychologcal environment, breeding and education method of parents, family structure, public and private educational expenditures, and parents' characteristics effect less on student's academic achievement compare to the variables of educational process, socio-economic status, role expectation, and physical environment.

      • Effects of Obesity and Obesity-Induced Stress On Depressive Symptoms in Korean Elementary School Children

        <P><B>Background:</B> Obesity is becoming prevalent in Korean children. Because body image is becoming increasingly important, it is likely that obesity-induced stress has a significant effect on childhood depression.</P> <P><B>Aims:</B> To examine the correlation between obesity-induced stress and depressive symptoms in Korean elementary school students.</P> <P><B>Methods:</B> The study participants were 2,305 elementary school children and their parents in the districts of Jeju-si, Seogwipo-si, Namjeju-gun and Bukjeju-gun on Jeju Island, Korea, who completed questionnaires involving demographic information, an obesity-induced stress scale and the Korean form of Kovacs' Children's Depression Inventory (CDI) from September to December 2006.</P> <P><B>Results:</B> After controlling for significant independent variables that are wellknown correlates of depressive symptoms in children (e.g. age, gender, residence, family monthly income, obesity status of both parents, family history of chronic illness, and time spent with mother), obesity-induced stress had an odds ratio of 1.128 (95% CI 1.111—1.146).</P> <P><B>Conclusions:</B> Reducing the prevalence of depressive symptoms in elementary school children in Jeju Island will require special attention, particularly the development of coping strategies to resolve obesity-induced stress in various areas including school, family and society.</P>

        DTM(Digital Terrain Model) can play a key rule in a great number of the fields of construction Engineering. One of the most important application fields is to determine volume in that the total construction expenses is usually calculated through this. It therefore is necessary to the study on improving the precise of the determination using DTM on account of saving time and cost. On this study, 1:5000 topographic maos issued by NGI in 15 districts involved in Pusan city was digitalized to generate DTM at first. After this step, not only was the determination of the volume as well as readjusted area and height done for the sake of estimating the changable topography caused by cut & fill volume in future but also provided the model to calculate it as results. In addition, comparison among the interpolations, such as Inverse Distance Method and Nearest Neighbor, was respectively done to look over the differences of the volume estimated from each interpolation and also to find the most suitable method. As a result, the former yielded the largest values of area and the volume while the latter gave the smallest ones. Moreover, the values estimated on this study were closely similar to ones obtained by the government of Pusan.

        기존의 부스트 컨버터는 출력 전압이 커질수록 스위치와 다이오드의 전압, 전류 스트레스가 커져 실제 사용 가능한 승압비가 제한된다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 높은 전압전달비를 가지는 DC-DC 부스트 컨버터를 제안한다. 제안한 컨버터는 커플드 인덕터 방식을 사용하여 인덕터의 턴비로 승압을 가능하게 하기 때문에 작은 듀티비로 높은 전압으로 승압 할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 제안된 컨버터의 동작원리를 설명하고, 이론적 해석과 실험을 통해 타당성을 검증하였다.

        A New Tofu and Soy-paste Soybean Cultivar, “Seonyu” with Large Seed and Early Maturity

        A new tofu and soy-paste soybean cultivar, Seonyu, was developed at the Yeongnam Agricultural Research Institute(YARI) in 2004. Seonyu was selected from a cross Suwon 162/YS 548. The preliminary, advanced, and regional yield trials forflower, gray pubescence, gray pod color, yellow seed coat, yellow cotyledon, globular seed shape, oval leaflet shape and large seedsize (29.6 grams per 100 seeds), and it was 8 days earlier in maturity than the check variety Taekwang. In the seed quality such anoil and isoflavone contents, Seonyu was better than those of check variety, and it has good adaptability for tofu and soy-paste. Itsoybean disease. The average yield of Seonyu was 2.44 ton per hectare in the regional yield trials (RYT) carried out for three yearsfrom 2002 to 2004 which was 1 percent lower than one of the check variety Taekwang.
